    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. When opening with Never Really Over it promised a lot and it did not fail in that, each song transports you to different scenarios, typical for a night to dance starting with something super moved and ending up dancing with your partner.

    The album is perfect, I looked for a bad song and I didn't find it, my favorite so far is Not the end of the world, I loved the rhythm of the song and everything, it's already # 1 in my house.

    It´s an impressive album, although it sounds like the pop sounds that could characterize Katy Perry, it has no comparison with her previous recordings, it has given her a touch of picaresque joy that her fans like so much.
    In spite of being an album that could be taken as a game or fun, Katy Perry did not repeat the same strategies with her singles and the fact that it is a solo album    It´s an impressive album, although it sounds like the pop sounds that could characterize Katy Perry, it has no comparison with her previous recordings, it has given her a touch of picaresque joy that her fans like so much.

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
