    Even though it's pop and mostly upbeat songs, the lyrics are very smart and captivating. She put work and her heart on this record, it shows. It follows a narrative very well and i got her message loud and clear. She's doing amazing now and she's heathly, but her past changed her forever, and it's one she's grateful for and has made her the woman she is today. Lastly, her vocals areEven though it's pop and mostly upbeat songs, the lyrics are very smart and captivating. She put work and her heart on this record, it shows. Acredito fielmente no crescimento dela ao longos dos anos, e fico muito feliz que ela não se propõe a lançar feats com cantores na era dos streams só pra conseguir números que muitas das vezes são irrelevantes. Ela trouxe um álbum solo e com produção executiva da própria.

Because those negative comments are from the same people that wanted Katy Perry to experiment with her sound, and when she did that with ‘Witness’ she got the same negativity. Go listen to the full album with a clear mind, relax and listen to what Katy has to say. Her Lyrics are very deep and may reflect on your personal life. It’s a very hopeful album, and I think this something we all can relate on during these challenging times. I appreciate Katy for going back to her pop/trap roots and give us a ‘Dark Horse’ 2.0 with ‘Not The End Of The World’. This is something I wanted from Katy music wise for a very long time. If u loved ‘Roulette’ from ‘Witness’ u definitely want to check out ‘Cry About It Later’ and ‘Teary Eyes’. Again I feel with this album Katy created not only pop perfection but every song has it’s own story. Not alot of chart topping songs these days can relate to that.     Es el mejor Álbum del año y cada canción te cautiva, cada canción es increíble y puedo decir que es el mejor de su carrera por esa razón lo concuerdo con los críticos que le dan calificaciones muy bajas e incongruentes. Comparándola con otros artistas y dándole malas críticas, se nota el odio que le tienen y están cometiendo el mismo error que con Teenage Dream donde lo catalogaron comoEs el mejor Álbum del año y cada canción te cautiva, cada canción es increíble y puedo decir que es el mejor de su carrera por esa razón lo concuerdo con los críticos que le dan calificaciones muy bajas e incongruentes.     To be honest when I saw the first singles I was not excited about this new work, however when I had the opportunity to appreciate ir all it hit me positively. I'm in love of this Katy Perry's new album

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
