    Es un álbum donde vemos como Katy Perry nos sigue demostrando que nada está perdido, que las cosas positivas llegan que después de lo malo viene lo bueno. Y que si estás mal sigas adelante enérgicamente. Digno album de este año. Y sobretodo en pandemia.

    But it is really that bad as critics claimed? Various critics keep comparing SMILE with Lady Gaga’s CHROMATICA and Taylor Swift’s FOLKLORE and even Perry’s previous album! BUT CHROMATICA and FOLKLORE are barely on the same Genre with SMILE! They seem to rate this album in terms of Katy Perry personal behaviour instead of how the album actually is. But I don’t care, this    59 metascore....

    Katy Perry nos trás talvez o melhor álbum do ano até agora (ou pelo menos um dos melhores) ela parece mesmo que não vai mais ouvir as críticas negativas e decidiu ser ela mesma, acredito que nunca deixou de ser. Se é seu melhor álbum só o tempo dirá! Mas esse algum foi uma mistura de tudo que ela já fez e ao mesmo tempo inovador do jeito que só Perry sabe fazer. Nos trouxe de volta aquelaKaty Perry nos trás talvez o melhor álbum do ano até agora (ou pelo menos um dos melhores) ela parece mesmo que não vai mais ouvir as críticas negativas e decidiu ser ela mesma, acredito que nunca deixou de ser. Se é seu melhor álbum só o tempo dirá! Mas esse algum foi uma mistura de tudo que ela já fez e ao mesmo tempo inovador do jeito que só Perry sabe fazer. Nos trouxe de volta aquela garota louca e revoltada de One of The Boys, nos trouxe músicas que fazem a gente voltar ao tempo do lendário Teenege Dream e ao mesmo tempo perceber o quanto ela amadureceu
    Em questão lírica não deve nada ao aclamado Prism e ao mesmo tempo parece que ela sente orgulho de Witness. Katy sem dúvidas é uma das maiores artistas Pop que esse mundo tem a oportunidade de ouvir, ela realmente não precisa mais de charts, ela precisa apenas que seus fãs e fãs de música de conectem com a sua arte e com Smile ela conseguiu    … Expand

    I really don't care, what could other reviews (like official websites) did. Me as a truly unbiased person, would rate this album is on another level. If only new artist or others favs release bop like smile (album) did, they could hit the chart. Just because it's Katy Perry ? Those articles are saying it boring ? What nonsense ?     Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
