    Katy Perry really did her best to give us the best music during the epidemic. The layers transmitting from songs to songs are very cohesive with the feeling from healing to the reborn with her love and smile back. Some critics just hate her for no reasons comparing with her past records and even other females. Those are nonsense and pointless.     The first 3 tracks (NRO, CAIL, TE) flow with each others PERFECTLY, lyrics are kinda repetitive in both Teary Eyes and CAIL but I’m not that mad about it.

    I’ve never been a fan of Daisies. Resilient is placed perfectly, I love the lyrics and the overall production though it has nothing special. NTEOTW is a hit song material, a chart topper to say the least..     Tucked is one of my faves on the album. Harleys in Hawaii not being pushed and promoted is a case of the FBI because its probably one of the best songs in her career. Only Love is such a good ballad-mid tempo song, I don’t get the hate. What Makes A Woman is an ok ballad, I wasn’t expecting something special, should’ve never been released earlier.. such a dumb move.    … Expand

    I think smile is the best album of her. I am so impressed by the theme of the album, it is joyfull but also sad. My faves are never really over, teary eyes, harleys in hawaii and cry about it later. I am so satisfied!

    The whole album is amazing! It's her signature, that's how you recognize her. I don't understand all the critics here, they're just unobjective. You cannot review an artist's album and talk about other singers, it's not constructive. I found this record very powerful, both in the lyrics and in beat. Chapeau Katy!

    Esto no es una comparación, es mi opinión del album.

    Desde la primera canción que escuchas te da una vibra increíble, solo escucho una canción y me encanta pero a la medida que van las siguientes se siente increíble cada canción, no solo por ser fan de Katy le doy una calificación de 10, simplemente es de los mejores álbumes de este año, tiene un poco de todo y en ningún momento escuchas    Esto no es una comparación, es mi opinión del album.

    Desde la primera canción que escuchas te da una vibra increíble, solo escucho una canción y me encanta pero a la medida que van las siguientes se siente increíble cada canción, no solo por ser fan de Katy le doy una calificación de 10, simplemente es de los mejores álbumes de este año, tiene un poco de todo y en ningún momento escuchas música de "relleno" es de los mejores trabajos de Katy, llore de la emoción, increíble, este álbum definitivamente me dejó sin palabras.

    Ella simplemente te lleva por una montaña de emociones, pero simplemente este álbum es para tener un poco de esperanza, de fé y de amor.
    Katy Perry ha lanzado el mejor álbum de su carrera estando embarazada, en medio de una pandemia y a sus 35 años.

    The queen of pure pop is back and better than ever, this is Katy Perry at her best. Each track delivers an euphoric uplifting get out of your seat urgency but it’s filled with deeper undertone lyrics which is personally my favourite style of music. Smile is 10/10.

    El mejor álbum que escuché.

    Katy dijo "Ojalá sólo conmigo baste", y sí, estoy realmente satisfecho, ya que no tiene colaboraciones, pero igual me dejó super obsesionado con cada una de las canciones.
    Mis favoritas son Cry About It Later, Tucked, Only Love y Not The End Of The World.
    Tienen que escucharla!
    Que pena que la critica no sepa apreciar tanto arte.

    Finally, Miss Perry has outdone herself with this album full of BOPS that can easily make you dance until you break your legs or cry your heart to track number 11 Only Love. This is definitely Katy's best album and is undoubtedly Album Of The Year. The World needs an album like this during this tiring times to get through it with a BIG AND BRIGHT SMILE.

    Katy Perry has yet again proved that she cannot write a bad song! This album is her big return from the Witness hate train and i think she did it like no other. SMILE is so personal and deep lyrically but sonically it calls for a dance party. I think everyone should give this album good few listens before they judge! It's incredible.

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
