    Um álbum incrível, sincero e do coração. Katy traz total verdade do que sente em suas letras e a arte vem de dentro pra fora. Além disso, o álbum conta uma história de forma coesa como nunca visto em nenhum lugar. A sonoridade também conversa com cada fase dessa história, o que torna a experiência de ouvi-lo incrível!

    Katy's range is visible in this album and she's continually evolving as an artists. Although these last few years have had a bad time, they have given us excellent music and none is the exception. But most of the public I hate it, I really don't understand it !! I disrespect perry. The album has a good concept, some great songs that are really worth listening to a thousand times and of course it is perfect, unlike Wittness it does not bring much more catchy songs that are not easy to forget. For me Katy deserves all the unconditional love. She has never given us something to hate her. If you don't have anything good to say to the great perry. Then shut your mouth. I mean, WHY NOT NOW? That’s the question I ask to them, like, every single human being on earth had plans for this year and they got cancelled/postponed, literally I think every single human on earth has felt like sh*t during these times and honestly (in my case) music is something that has been making me hold on, it’s given me something to hold on, literally all of the records released this year so far have been very important to me til this day and I think they always will exactly because I heard them for the first time in THESE TIMES, they gave me hope, happiness, joy, sadness, coziness, they lifted me up a HUNDRED TIMES when I was losing almost everything in me to keep fighting, they gave me a reason to SMILE. They made me dance, and though it was in my bedroom, they did. All f*cking records have done that to me, Future Nostalgia by Dua Lipa, Chromatica by Lady Gaga, folklore by Taylor Swift and now SMILE by Katy Perry. Not to mention the non-album (yet) songs that Miley, Cardi, Nicki, Doja, Selena, Ariana and all of them have given to us. Now, focusing on Smile, you have my word that this record will make you; (1) Smile (like it’s title); (2) Dance and (3) Feel better that you were feeling 1 minute before. Every single song gives you a different feeling, new motivation, fun, emotions, it’s honestly amazing. You will NOT be disappointed, I assure you that. After Witness, Perry said herself she was feeling lost (just like her One of the Boys' song), and we can see her journey to get back her smile on this album. Some songs like "Tucked" and "Smile" takes us back to a bit of her old sounds, but it still manages to be coehsive, innovative and fresh. Dare I say this IS her best album, although PRISM will always be unique. It's clearly seen here that she has grown a lot, and is still on this endless path to become her best self. Smile is fun, deep, joyful, peaceful, cheerful. Its peak was definetely "Cry About It Later", in which Katy takes advantage of electroguitars, gritty vocals, and an attitute to die for.     After facing depression and rejection in a very dramatic way, Katy puts on Smile s story that tells the trajectory of conscience that the singer acquired in these years of music industry. The tracks are danceable, nostalgic, fresh but still sounds dramatic. Perry really is back!

Tucked and What Makes A Woman are a masterpiece. Be alive on the Future Nostalgia, Chromatica, Sawayama and Smile year it’s such a privilege.

There's maybe one or two that you don't like that much (or aren't so great as the others) but Smile is perfect for me. Is right what we needed from the pop industry, especially in those pandemic times. The only sad thing is that 'High on your supply' is exclusive for Target and the JapaneseThis album for me is amazing. Is perfect. There isn't a song that you can say "this one is bad". There's maybe one or two that you don't like that much (or aren't so great as the others) but Smile is perfect for me. Is right what we needed from the pop industry, especially in those pandemic times. The only sad thing is that 'High on your supply' is exclusive for Target and the Japanese version.     And once again, Katy shows a more mature but yet popish version of herself. Smile is full of bops and amazing lyrics. Teary Eyes, Not the End of the World and Only Love remind us of PRISM, while songs like Cry About It Later or Resilient give Witness vibes. This album is definitely a grower, and I can't wait to see Katy brings next!

    her best album. some of her best lyrical content, production, cohesiveness. the “critics” were harsh, rude and judged Katy as a person over the actual quality of the music. read the reviews and you’ll see. teary eyes, never really over, cry about it later and not the end of the world are amongst some of her best songs in her discography. support Katy, support smile!

    Arguably Katy's best album; it takes influences from all of her previous works in what feels like an accumulation and the end of a chapter of her life, one that she started in 2008 with one of the boys. One thing that ticks me off is the production on "Resilient"- a song that has the best bridge she's ever written.

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
