    Relatable content is rare, indeed. So the title of Selena's 2020 album makes a LOT of sense. She brings up her past experience and makes you feel like she's seen what you've been through in your life at some point. But also sheds light on how awesome we all are, and how we should appreciate it more. The sound of the tracks makes it feel very fancy, a high level production and her vocals,Relatable content is rare, indeed. So the title of Selena's 2020 album makes a LOT of sense. She brings up her past experience and makes you feel like she's seen what you've been through in your life at some point. But also sheds light on how awesome we all are, and how we should appreciate it more. The sound of the tracks makes it feel very fancy, a high level production and her vocals, although not powerful, are soothing and make you want to sing along with every tune.     she really did that with this album. if you asked me about revival, i’d say “she could do better and we all know it”. but with RARE she really showed the world that she can sing and has a voice of her own. she made a story with this album and left the haters speechless.

    Not her best work yet but not her worst. Revival was way more authentic in terms of production. The opening song 'Rare' isn’t strong enough and songs like 'Fun' makes the album feel like a teenager pop album. 'Dance Again' and 'Kinda Crazy' could be Selena’s next hits.

"RARE" as an album is very cohesive and has such an "I'm better than this, and I deserve better" kind of presence. One can see that Gomez wanted to send out a message toThis is her best album to date. Tracks like 'Rare', 'Dance Again', 'LYTLM', 'Ring' and 'A Sweeter Place' show her versatility and her bravery to experiment in new sounds for her, all while trying to stay true to herself. "RARE" as an album is very cohesive and has such an "I'm better than this, and I deserve better" kind of presence. One can see that Gomez wanted to send out a message to her fans that they do not have to stay in a dark place and can go to 'A Sweeter Place'. The album is mostly in the dance-pop genre but has tracks like 'LYTLM', 'Cut You Off' that show true emotion and true 'Vulnerability' from the artist.
    Personally, I LOVED the album on the first listen, but I can see how it might not be for others. I TRULY believe it has growth potential. After a couple of listens, some might come to love the album and I really hope they do.

    The album is absolutely amazing! From the first song to the last one. It's starts strong with the title-track and finish with the gorgeous 'a sweeter okace'. Melodies and lyrics so catchy and, the lyrical content amazing, the vocals are surprising, Gomez shows the amazing artist she can be and she does it in the best way possible

    Rare is like a fresh air of breath. The way the sounds and vocals sound on this album flow so beautifully. The rhymes and most of all the messages are very wonderful. It has a little bit of everything that by the end of each song, it leaves you wanting to play it over again.

    While none of these 13 songs attempt the subtle weirdness of “Bad Liar” and the emotional thesis—self-love!—can be a bit one-note, Rare is the 27-year-old’s most cohesive record to date. ... But it’s difficult to come away from Rare with any real perspective on who Gomez is other than that she doesn’t want to be the person she was, whoever that similarly mysterious shadow was.
