    Depois de 4 anos de espera, finalmente esse álbum saiu e posso dizer que é maravilhoso, e com musicas deliciosas, dançantes e intensas.
    A selena merece o mundo e todo sucesso também.

    What a great way to start the 20's! After 4 years in the making of Selena Gomez's long awaited third studio album, it's safe to say the waiting and big anticipation has been generously rewarded. In a time where the music market is filled up with generic trap and r&b songs, getting to listen to "RARE" is like a new fresh breath of air that gives you a taste of euphoria and bliss. It'sWhat a great way to start the 20's! After 4 years in the making of Selena Gomez's long awaited third studio album, it's safe to say the waiting and big anticipation has been generously rewarded. In a time where the music market is filled up with generic trap and r&b songs, getting to listen to "RARE" is like a new fresh breath of air that gives you a taste of euphoria and bliss. It's doesn't require a master's degree to see how the pop star's sound has evolved in a miraculously the best way possible though it's not also quite surprising after Gomez tasted the waters back in 2017 with "Bad Liar" & "Fetish" when they became two of her most critically acclaimed songs from her discography as "Bad Liar" became the number 1 song of the that year according to Billboard critics. All of the songs fit perfectly into the album's concept and theme both lyrically and sonically and it's obvious that Gomez has found her sound in music, a sound that not everyone is willing and able to pull up. Throughout the tracks the singer makes it very clear there's no place in her life for anything but confidence, self-acceptance and strength as she also embraces her own vulnerability and weaknesses. With the release of "RARE", Gomez raises the bar quite high and it may be hard for other artists to reach it any time soon as more and more established pop artists lean towards the "new wave" sound. With all said, it's more than clear that "RARE" is truly her best body of work (so far!) and we are only yet to see and witness the pop princess's next music triumphs.… Expand

    Cada letra, cada ritmo es algo mágico, desde que empieza hasta que acaba el álbum te envuelve por completo, una producción impecable, donde podemos escuhar a una Selena más madura, más segura,más empoderada, simplemente este álbum nos habla de autosuperación, su voz suena mucho más experimentada, con una mejor técnica, cada canción cuenta una    Rare es el mejor al álbum de toda su carrera

    This album has no skips. Production, lyrics, vocals are all well done. My favorites are Crowded Room and Sweeter Places.

    One of the best pop albums released in last 6 months. It's actually the best Selena's work. Album feels like something new and lyrics are really adult. I think Selena is giving a good start for this decade.

    this album is AMAZINGLY COHESIVE, it shows her most mature self & it’s a fun album. At a first listen, you’re like “oh okay, that different” but a good different. you can tell she has a lot of control over this album & her vocal growth is amazing

    In recent years, pop music has become non black artists trying to dip their toes in trap music and black adjacent music, and while it does sound good at that moment, it doesn’t necessarily age well in the meantime. Selena sticks true to her roots and lets the public know that she appreciates pop music. This album recognizes confidence, self growth, and being your own savior instead of letting someone else save you all while keeping the songs catchy. Listen closely to the lyrics and you can tell she does not need someone to be her hero, she is her own hero. This is very Tove Lo inspired, and that is true modern day pop music. The production is superb, and so are the lyrics. Great job Selena, this tasty album was worth the 4 year wait.… Expand

    I'm not a Selena Gomez fan, and tuned in to hear the song with Kid Cudi. But I ended up streaming the entire album from end-to-end. Memorable songs with catchy production that stick in your head!

    While none of these 13 songs attempt the subtle weirdness of “Bad Liar” and the emotional thesis—self-love!—can be a bit one-note, Rare is the 27-year-old’s most cohesive record to date. ... But it’s difficult to come away from Rare with any real perspective on who Gomez is other than that she doesn’t want to be the person she was, whoever that similarly mysterious shadow was.
