Ariana conveyed what she felt to her fans and Positions was no exception we see a more mature Ariana Grande, more self-confident without fear of saying or doing what she thinks is the right thing to do on the album we can see that shePositions the album is one of Ariana Grande's most important eras as the Anyone Era (Thank u, next, Swetenner, Dangerous woman, My Everything, Yours Truly). Ariana conveyed what she felt to her fans and Positions was no exception we see a more mature Ariana Grande, more self-confident without fear of saying or doing what she thinks is the right thing to do on the album we can see that she can handle any types of genre and if the need for her great vocal range she can convey with her lyrics the phase she is going through, the instrumental, her voice, her message perfectly match the album.     I loved this album so much, I definitely wasn't expecting all that she served with this project, some people complaining about her not singing pop so much but r&b is what she wants and her zone, love her and this album is masterpiece

    The songs are good, she brought something totally different than the other albums and it was good, it's not like TUN with trap and stuff, but it was nice to hear that she went back to work with R&B,We can say that Ariana returned with her place as pop princess with this album, and it is impossible to choose a favorite song

    o album é cheio de vocais incriveis, eu estava temerosa por ter sido feito em um tempo tao curto mas com certeza estou impressionada com a produção, letras lindas e VOCAIS insanos, ah sim, vale muito a pena embora muitos tenham esperado mais um album pop ela se excedeu dessa vez. o melhor album até agora.

    This album truly shows Ariana’s growth both as an artist and a person.The sound is different to what we are used to with Ariana but it totally fits her aesthetic.     This album was definitely a grower. On my first listen I didn't think much of it, however tracks like off the table, safety net, nasty, and pov stood out to me on the first listen. But on the 2nd listen, i was amazed, as if i've never heard it before. This is like nothing she's done before, it has elements of what she's done, but this is a completely different sound, especially with songs like motive, my hair, love language, pov, she really took a step back from her pop roots and dived into R&B/Soul beautifully. To many this might not be her best album, but anyone who says it's a terrible album clearly doesn't know what mysic is, and doesn't appreciate R&B well enough to enjoy this masteriece of an album.     The beautiful pop/r&b album takes the audience on an emotional roller coaster as the album progresses. My personal favourites are off the table ft The Weekend, pov, and 34+35. The main themes that were heard during the album was love, sex and growing from past mistakes. The album is a beautiful piece of art and everyone should give it a listen.

    Ariana really did the best work that she could´ve. She literally changed her genre and it´s not generic. She is used to do pop+trap, but now she is at the r&b/soul. There´s not the same old pop, because the album were not made for it! It´s amazing

    Ariana has matured a lot, not only do you hear it in her voice but her techniques. This midtempo R&B album was able to showcase how Ariana feels at this point in her life. The vocal production along with the writing and production is top tier. Positions is one of Ariana's best album.

Thirty Six is simply perfect, I love every sound and melody of that song now I will be able to sleep and relax with a voice as sweet as the one on 'POV' and dance with the same sweet voice but a little more upbeat with 'Positions and Motive'.

    For those who probably don't know, positions is a r&b album. It might be Ariana´s first attempt on this genre since My Everything and even though some of her songs on this album have her distinctive trap vibe, it just suits perfectly. Music is evolving and Ariana Grande is showing that. This r&b masterpiece is probably one of Ariana's most passionate and meaningful albums. *Loves it*

    Truly believe this is one of Ariana Grande’s most cohesive albums to date. I wasn’t fully sold when just the lead single came out, but was I wrong. Positions (the song) fits perfectly in this album, almost in a way that makes the song even better. Top tracks: My Hair, Nasty, Shut Up and Safety Net (but realistically every song is a top track)

    Grande is making no effort to be discreet, instead explicitly owning her sexuality—the album is called Positions, after all. The juxtaposition of beautiful violin sounds and risqué lyrics has become one of Grande’s signature sounds, and it suits her well.

    Grande laid bare may well be seen as a stopgap in her canon, using taboo to checkmate her past trauma, but it does pull off the rare feat of at least sounding effortless.

    With little conflict and few psychological insights, Positions zeroes in on the enviable confidence that only pop stars on top of the world and with nothing to lose can afford. It's easy to write it off as empty calories, but pop has always been described in such terms: cake, candy, chocolate, confection. Positions isn't a "sweetener" but pure sugar.
