Love you but this is not your best album. I love your hits like blank space, love story, shake it off, you belong with me, look what you made me do or You need to calm down.

Clearly review bombed by the swiftlees. It’s the same music over and over and over. Boring. Same old song and dance. Only the swifters are giving this positive reviews before they even listen to it.

I was especting something different, but you know when Taylor only cares about charts and make music just because. I want the 1989 era back!!!

She’s not the songwriter y’all make her to be. She’s racist. Boring. Bland. And this album is simply a catastrophic release cause’ she will never in reality get a worldwide hit ever again. We need real music back. Not Jack Antonoff rejects.

Injustiça foi o que ela fez com a Lana Del Rey, como podemos chamar a participação dela de feat, se nem mesmo a voz da Lana conseguimos ouvir

Definitely not her best album. Lyrically she’s done better in the past, sonically as well. A shame

Terrible album for Taylor. Very sleepy. No highlights. She’s still singing about karma, revenge and scheming as if it’s 2017.

Forgettable melodies, childish lyrics, and boring production choices. These three themes are present in the entirety of 'Midnights' (including the 3am edition).

The entire album can be characterized as someone attempting to reach the word count on a high school essay, and then patting their back once they've reached it, neglecting to actually reread the essay upon completion.

Some tracks sound unfinished, and most sound boring. While others may have interesting motifs ('Midnight Rain'), they don't go anywhere sonically, ultimately resulting in an unsatisfied listen.

The 3 am edition, although some better than the 13 original tracks (and this isn't really saying much!), are monotonous compared to the rest of her discography.

Her worst album to date. There are no highs and only lows. Please, go back to the punchy and reflective pop of 1989.

I’ll never understand why people sensationalize this music. Midnights is the same thing we’ve heard from Taylor time and time again. Where’s the edge!?

We might find in Swift's artistry some semblance of the ideas set forth o long ago, forgotten by our modern critical sentiments, only to be reusrrected by a genius of such repute as to be beyond all impeachment, criticiazem, or reproach; Swift has procen herself once again to be a gods amonst montrals in the field of music making in the moder erna. Let this stand for lla time as a memorial of our generation - of our common hopes, dreams, aspirations, frustrations, ad yes, our very souls and spirits. The zeitgesit of the modern era wil be inexoribly and illimitably changed and shaped by this, Ms. Swift's greatest achievement to date.

For all of that, the album still sux.

It’s just so basic. It sounds like a mixture of folklore, lover, and reputation. Productions are not the best, and it makes it a bit boring. The lyrics and vocals are bot as good as folklore and evermore, but yet they’re still acceptable. Unfortunately, It just didn’t meet my high expectations for it…

This was the best album of 2022. It's the ultimate album to get into Taylor Swift because it's like a hybrid of all the previous eras. Lavender Haze and Maroon are just so different from anything she's done before, and Anti-Hero is hands down her most relatable single. I think to produce such a conceptual album in the midst of planning a world tour, and re-recording the first six albums of your back catalogue and doing promo! Bravo! Expand

Midnight is bound to be ridiculed and dismissed using the 1st three letters of it's title but it's not the precipitous drop you reactively feel it is once the credits roll. It had the daunting task of following up arguably one of Swifts biggest eras and unfortunately it doesn't measure up. It's not an improvement but possibly a slight regression. Feeling closer in sound to her 2019

Feeling closer in sound to her 2019 bubblegum rainbow burst of confectionery pop with focus on love, activism and acceptance. It would have been better received in succession to that 2019 record but now it feels quite under baked. From the clunky lyrics that uncharacteristically burden a sizeable portion of the record to the productions missteps. Even so "Midnights" is a love letter to her fans, a treat that tries to reassure them that she can return to pop whenever she wishes and though she proves so she accidentally suggest none of returns to the sound will resonate . Nonetheless the Janet Jackson(snow on the beach) references, vulnerability (you are on your own kid)and ambitious(vigilante **** ) still make this a win for Swift and a repayable transitional statement to Swifts abundance . Highlights: anti hero, snow on the beach, labyrinth, sweet nothing

Pop Taylor is back and it seems like she learnt from her mistakes from her last pop record, Lover, and brought over her awesome lyrics and melodies from folklore and evermore. Midnights is smooth and polished. A very solid album perfect for a late night listening.

Bangers after bangers— a stellar feat for Taylor Swift, for someone whose name was painted next with bright lights, showed so much versatility and ingenuity in her 10th album. Maintaining such momentum in this epoch is one for the books and, indisputably, Taylor and Midnights are one of the main topics.

This album it's amazing. The pop production it's exquisite, the lyrics... It's impossible not relate to them. And her voice has improved massively! Even when Midnights feels like a mix between 1989 for it's synth pop and the bubblegum melodies of Lover, she has delivery a brand album very original. Instant classic!

It allows Swift to do what she has always wanted: make an album for its own sake that is received primarily as a work of art instead of a commercial entity or tabloid fodder.

While her 10th album doesn’t make instant classic status like 1989, and Evermore and Folklore remain her masterpieces, it is still an understated, beguiling look into the mind of one of the biggest pop stars of our age.
