    This is her best album this decade, and her most experimental ever. She touches everything from personal issues to world problems in a very intimate and original way. Props to her for using her platform year after year to raise these issues and making people think. Both sonically and lyrically, it's Madonna's doing her best. Love it!

    More than 30 years after, she keeps being experimental, outrageous, sexy and bringing questions and controversy about our society...
    In a world with so much artists doing the same boring thing is good to see Madonna trying new roads on her carreer...Some critcs called Madame X bizarre, if this is bizarre, so bizarre is a good adjective

    This is a wild experimental album, full of different sonic surprises. I hope she continues to explore this way, it suits this woman better than reducing herself to fit in with the standard. I'm glad she's owning up to her eccentricity

    Masterpiece ... experimental, dark, haunting, but still stylish. Nothing an average pop star would dare to do nowadays. One of her best!

    This is Madonna's best album since Confessions on a Dance Floor. She manages to take many genres, mix them together and make the work brilliantly. God Control is **** crazy, but works flawlessly. Batuka is a masterpiece. it left me speechless the first time i heard it. and then there is Come Alive, a true gem. This album really sets Madonna apart from all her peers, and actuallyThis is Madonna's best album since Confessions on a Dance Floor.     This is a superb album and will become one of the standout albums of her career, it takes you on a journey like nothing you have heard before, just fabulous. Standout track God control.

    Such an amazing album that is wacky, brilliant and takes you on a crazy trip. Very political album but Madonna does a nice job of presenting the material in a non-angry way and even closes the album with a hopeful message of I Rise.

    A brilliant masterpiece, a trip that inspire and awake all the senses. The highest points of the album to me are the tracks: "Crazy", "Looking For Mercy", "Crave", "I don't search I find" & "Faz Gostoso".

    Fabulous return to form for Madonna. Very diverse and musically creative album and was well worth the wait. I can't stop listening to it and hear different parts of songs each time. Dark Ballet is brilliant and bonkers. Thanks Madonna x

    The most creative incredible album since confessions, standard as ray of light. The highlight of Madonna’s European influence is for me, crazy and come alive. There is something for everyone here, I’d like to congratulate her amazing imagination, skill and knowledge of what makes amazing music.

    Overall, Madonna’s fourteenth album Madame X feels as if Mirwais had mostly completed a decent run-of-the-mill modern pop record, albeit with a cool hotch-potch global feel; hip nods in place to fado, dub and other micro-genres dunked amongst the trap and retro disco. But then just before sign-off, Herself went through the top-lines with a sharpie. ... None of these carefully curated flourishes feel as if they truly live inside the ‘whole’ of this music. Instead it all feels plonked on top of a template.
