    After two albuns with generic sound (MDNA and Rebel Heart), she releases this masterpiece with portuguese and latin influence, this is the first reinvention performed by Madonna since Ray of light, Madame X presents brilliant ballads and dance songs, with deep lyrics, chorus and ''noises'', which reminds the sounds included on 'Frozen' from Ray of light.

    One of the best albums of all time. Period. Madonna has truly secured her position further even though she never needed to. A mix of culture and something there for any pop music fan.

    Tiene canciones buenas, pero tristemente la mayoria de las canciones son burdas, con excesivo autotune, monotonas y repetitivas, no es bueno, tampoco tan malo, solo pues, uno mas del montón.

    An excellent pop album is one that is cohesive, flows, is melodic to the point feeling carefree to sing-a-long, creates a plethora of moods, is surprising and challenges the listener musically and conceptually, has a narrative and something to say. Congratulations Madonna, you bought back the excellent gold bar of a cohesive album that is refreshing and an edgy fusion of styles that is futuristic with a lot to say. It has so many layers that at times your breathe is taken away by how brave this album is. This is exactly what the Grammy awards should be recognising - great pop that takes your breath away by its audacity to change the game. This is art.… Expand

The biggest jump in quality of albums from 2015’s ‘Rebel Heart’, ‘Madame X’ is her most original album since Confessions. Medellín, Batuka, I Don’t Search I Find, I Rise and the AMAZING Looking For Mercy are the album highlights for me. Give this album a chance even if you’re not a fan it’s amazing.     She did a fantastic job combining sounds from so many different places (mainly Portugal) and making what feels like a global album. In some songs she utilized elements from the reggaetón trend that is going on but she made it her own and created something different that we hadn’t heard before.     Her most experimental album in years. So new and fresh... sounds like nothing we've heard before. The writing and production are on point. It really is a continuation of American Life. One of her best albums for sure

    OMG MADAME X IS GREATEST ALBUM OF 2019 YEAR. IM WAIT IT FOR A VARY LONG TIME. IF BE A MORE-4 YEAR!! Madonna is a best singer of our time and my life. I love her. I love her very very much!!! TOO MUCH TOO MUCH IS NEVER ENOUGH

In all honesty, wasn't a Madonna fan after listening to her last two albums which had some true gems that deserved to be megahits but were overall underwhelming and uninspired. However, this album is impeccable. Probably has two songs worth skipping in the deluxe (15 songs) version. Faz Gostoso and **** I'm Loca are upbeat dance songs which can make aObjectively the best album of 2019. In all honesty, wasn't a Madonna fan after listening to her last two albums which had some true gems that deserved to be megahits but were overall underwhelming and uninspired. However, this album is impeccable. Probably has two songs worth skipping in the deluxe (15 songs) version. Faz Gostoso and **** I'm Loca are upbeat dance songs which can make a dead man move. Come Alive is very unique and catchy. Give Medellin two or three listens before coming to a conclusion because the song is the definition of a grower. Crave is a true gem. Extreme Occident is a lyrical and musical masterpiece. Looking for Mercy is beyond touching. Just love the album. I wish Madonna incredible success, glory and recognition with this album.     Overall, Madonna’s fourteenth album Madame X feels as if Mirwais had mostly completed a decent run-of-the-mill modern pop record, albeit with a cool hotch-potch global feel; hip nods in place to fado, dub and other micro-genres dunked amongst the trap and retro disco. But then just before sign-off, Herself went through the top-lines with a sharpie. ... None of these carefully curated flourishes feel as if they truly live inside the ‘whole’ of this music. Instead it all feels plonked on top of a template.
