    This album is everything great about Taylor put into one. Excellent lyrics. Raw vocals. Fantastic productions from Jack and Aaron (a great addition to the group of people she has worked with). Powerful emotions and deep analysis about her life but also playing with different perspectives. As well as a lot of self reflections like This is Me Trying and Seven. This is such a strong album and really appropriate in times like this. Taylor really is a once in a generation artist and no one is doing it like her!! She went from reputation to Lover to Folklore in a matter of 3 years. Putting out great music but also staying true to her roots and the reason why she became a popular artist, her songwriting skills.     it's a beautiful album, memorable, sweet, nostalgic. Got me through the worst part of my life, it was realised the same day my grandma passed away, and I felt it was like a warm hug from Taylor. I wanna say thank you so much Taylor Swift, this album means everything to me.

    Saved my 2020. A shift from pop to alternative is something rare in the music industry and Taylor didn’t fail us with this shift. Her exquisite use of words in the album’s lyrics is a plus. The songs are deep and it cuts right through tour heart. The album is the perfect genre for whatever the world is going through right now.

OMG! at first I am hesitant to listen to it because im not a fan of alternative music but after listening to cardigan over the radio i ended up buying the entire album to listen to all its 17 tracks ! Im a person who values the lyrics more than the music ! I may be late for the party but good gracious this Folklore is soooo good a cant stop listening to it. ☺️ Taylor Swift really. is a master lyricist that I can tell for sure. She's like an author telling stories but in a way of singing it instead of reading it. She definitely saved my ass from this unending quarantine. She probably saved more people than what i think is possible. This is the escape i was looking for because reality is something we all wish to end in this current state.     this phase of Taylor is really comfortable, she is capable of making an album of all the genres that she wants and it will be really interesting, from the lyrics to the production. It’s not her number #1 album, but it is one of the best.

    These 16 tracks (17 on the deluxe version) play out quite pleasurably in their entirety, the joins between Swift, Dessner and Antonoff ultimately only of niche interest. But Swift’s powerful songs reach their climaxes with bittersweet orchestrations, rather than blows to the solar plexus or a ringing in the ears. Everything hovers; little truly lands.
