    This is the best pop album Lady Gaga has ever recorded so far. Venus is mystic pop song, lyrics and melody combine in a way you never heard of. Sexxx Dreams is clubby and dancing and Gypsy is one of the best baladas Gaga has ever released.
    This album is so original and I dont understand why most Gaga fans didnt like it when it was released.

    Even after 5 years this albums still feels fresh. Bad managment and bandwagon hate train made it seem like it's not good. Gaga could have done so much with this album. But I still love it.

    I still believe that if this album was released at a later time, or if this concept was used by a man it would have received more universal praise. Engaging, and it has interesting commentary on pop.

Every song on the album is so dynamic in terms of production and lyrical context. Gaga's vocals are outstanding on every track. One or two take minor missteps, but the record as a whole is beautiful and risky all at once.     this is a tough album.
    It was written in one of the worst phases of Gaga’s life and it perfectly represents that anger, that sadness that Gaga experienced in that period.

In a more human language, ARTPOP was about elevating the art of music above the celebrity status attached to the persona behind it.

    The marketing and visuals behind Applause fit this narrative perfectly, as she ran through her previous era's iconic looks and slowly dismantled them in the video and performances. The album's opener - Aura - states the album's purpose clearly: "Do you want to see me naked lover? Do you want to peak underneath the cover? Do you want to see the girl who lives behind the aura?" Blunders like allowing Do What U Want, an empowering anthem about taking back control of her own self from the industry in its solo form, to be twisted into an in-your-face explicit duet with R. Kelly, and getting performance artists to overpower the music and rollout of future singles, rerailed any shot ARTPOP had.

    As it has been said, ARTPOP was ahead of it´s time.
    Calling Gaga a ¨tryhard for a topchart pop single¨ or ¨mainstream¨ in ARTPOP is probably one of the funniest thing I´ve heard so far, but clearly critics in 2013 have a lack of proper reviewing ability, especially when trying to compare Gaga´s work with other artists, releasing music back then.

    This is simply Gaga's best album.
    Why? It's one of her most personal work to date. This doesn't explore Stefanie side of Gaga (like Joanne) This explores Lady Gaga mind through over the top psicodelic electronic music. From topics like being misunderstood, Fame struggles, addictions, etc, this album is a deep look to Gaga's world, the artist world. Which is chaotic and deep.

    Es un album bastante bueno, no lo valoraba antes pero le di una segunda oportunidad a Artpop y me temino gustando bastante. Canciones como Applause, G.U.Y y Venus merecen mas reconocimiento, denle una oportunidad al mejor álbum de Gaga.
