Take a PG-13 rated live action cop-drama/comedy mystery action movie, and make it animated, and THEN replace humans with animals, and give all the animals the intelligence of humans. Then, and only then, will you have Zootopia. And that's exactly what the writers did, with a remarkable commentary on current-day political and social issues.

Judy Hopps is a rabbit on a farm who dreams big, dreams of becoming a police officer. No bunnies become police officers, because they're small and weak. But Judy doesn't care about people who tell her what she can and can't do. She's determined to make her dreams come true, but winds up smack dab in the middle of a crime conspiracy. She's caught a Fox red-handed with his own life of crime, and gave him the option to help her with the case of the missing animals, in exchange to avoid going to jail. So the Fox and the Bunny have a bit of a romance, yes yes :) Judy is pretty cute

You MUST see this movie. Even if you don't like animated films, I have to recommend it. The voice acting, the production and animation, this is very much a visual TREAT. It's perfect, just absolutely perfect. It made me cry, it made me laugh, and it made me emotional about some struggles I had in my past, but then made me feel hope about my future. This movie is beautiful.

I remember seeing the advertisements for this movie and thinking 'That looks like garbage. I will never go see that.'

Boy did they prove me wrong...

This is how you make a family movie. Not a kids movie, a family movie. Because there is something in here for everyone. I'm a college student and I liked this lots.

The story starts off pretty predictably with the usual 'ambitious protagonist who dreams big' but starts twisting and turning in some pretty interesting ways once the real plot gets going. It's not winning an award for best mystery or anything, but it's better then the usual garbage scripts that kids movies get. It has a bit of an edge and really earns that PG rating, but I would still show it to my kids, if I had any... (There are a few scenes that are pretty intense, and a not so subtle reference to illegal drugs.) If i had to say, anyone older than 8 or 9 will probably make it through this movie no problem.

The makes a lot of reference to racial equality and what not. (The city has different districts for different animals just like a real city has different districts for different ethnic groups.) I'm sure there are a lot of really clever and subtle references like that hidden all over the place, and if I were to watch this movie a few more times, I would probably get up to a 9 or 10. I applaud the writers and director for doing such a good job at attempting to explore these sorts of things in a children's movie. Everyone else, take notes.

And it's not furry pandering garbage (I would know, I have friends that are furries), so people need to stop pegging it as such. Kung fu Panda has anthropomorphic animals and nobody trash talks those movies. This movie was about inequality, so get with the program and stop branding it based on its cover. There might be a teeny tiny little bit of furry pandering in there somewhere, but if you're not into that, it's so subtle that you'll probably miss it anyway.

Production, animation and such was really nice too. Soundtrack wasn't really memorable though.

One other thing is the use of technology and social media in the movie. While it makes the society relatable, once this movie starts to age, people are going to be able to date it instantly.

What I'd really like to see is a movie that talks about gender identity like this...

This movie is absolute ten out of ten. I have never before in my life seen a movie twice, but this is the first movie that I will be viewing multiple times in the movie theater.

I have never felt so genuinely happy as when I was watching this movie. This is probably the best movie Disney has put out yet. FANTASTIC characters, BEAUTIFUL animations, and humor that is suitable for adults and for kids. I'd say Judy Hopps is adorable, but everyone (and I mean absolutely every character from start to finish) is absolutely amazing.

Really, I don't want to spoil the plot - this is something that will warm you up regardless of what age you are and make you want to go out, accomplish your dreams, and make the world a better place. This movie is a definitive 10/10, and I hope Disney puts out some stellar sequels.

Even for a animation the story and plot of this film makes sense. I was astonished when leaving the cinema at what i saw, compared to what i expected. The film is no 'masterpiece' but it has the quality to be able to watch again and a great amount of times as well. It's in the top 5 animations I've ever seen. The Disney characters in the film all play a huge part and you can easily recognize the affect they're a meant to deliver. The voice acting has also played a great part, creating a positive affect on the character. This film lacks a huge amount of negatives.

Zootopia looked like just another animated film that the kids will enjoy, but I still enjoyed the heck out of it! I didn't have any high expectations for the film, considering Norm of the North left a bad taste in my mouth, but I was genuinely surprised. The movie is relentlessly entertaining, the characters were likable, the music was great, the animation was fantastic, and the story is surprisingly deep. What this film does better than any other Disney film is that it touches on a lot of serious subjects like racism, drugs, black markets, etc. However, it combines that with hilarious writing and lovable characters in Nick and Judy. Honestly, I can't think of anything Zootopia did wrong. Sure, I have a few complaints here and there, but overall, this movie is not only one of the best movies of 2016 so far, it may be one of my favorite Disney films ever made. Whether you're a kid, teenager, or an adult, you need to see this movie, it really is that good.

Zootopia gets a 10/10.

The animation is a testament to the technological advancements coming from the industry, the story is captivating, and numerous diverse, interesting characters fill screens and encourage you to watch again.

I went in expecting good things. For the first time in years, a trailer for a straight-up disney movie caught my attention and I found myself very compelled to watch it. I expected a light laugh, maybe a lesson learnt along the way in true Disney style, not unlike classics such as Jungle Book and the like, movies which were staples of my childhood. I came away with what many might consider a heavily politicised message. Some may see issue with this - I do not. It is a message which is simple, common sense, and good to be teaching children.

Some may consider that this film is too dark. I don't think so. Disney movies of times gone by - Tarzan, Mulan, the Wild et cetera - often included very dark moments. Maybe those who think this is too dark are thinking of Frozen, a film with much popularity and, indeed, acclaim, but which skips out on dealing with compelling issues and morals for our society today.

Let's discuss the actors. The voice talents of Jason Bateman, Idris Elba, even Shakira in one of her rare on-screen appearances, certainly moved the film from relatable to compelling and invigorating. I think, however, that the best performance came from Ginnifer Goodwin. Even as a follower of Ginnifer's work for a number of years, I only found out about her role in Zootopia after watching the film, and her performance, like always, delivered just the right emotions when needed, from the semi-intelligible murmurs between tears to the most determined and optimistic tones elsewhere, she delivers the highs and the lows with sophistication and depth.

In terms of the animation, I mentioned that it shows how far technology has come in the industry, and it really has. Some may consider it bland and drab, but I don't. Even the parts which are supposed to be drab are designed with artistic magnificence, and the testing work of animating multiple atmospheres from tropical to arctic and all in between, with regular changes and transitions, really paid off.

Finally, the story. I think there were seven writers, and it definitely shows - not in a disjointed, disunited way, but in a team-built way in which the talents of many writers complement and contrast with each other in a magnificent way.

If there was one way in which I could criticise the movie, it'd be the music. I am still humming Shakira's "Try Everything" on a very regular basis, but the orchestral score could have been better. This is Michael Giacchino we are talking here, composer of the classic and the great from Jurassic World, the Incredibles and Up. I have great respect for Giacchino and his work, and would probably place him as my second favourite film composer (closely following John Powell, and just beating Joe Hisaishi), but the scoring for this film, while not bad, had much more opportunity to shine, and that is the only reason for the 9/10 rating (It would be 9.5...).

Overall, a great movie. I have seen some great movies this year, from Star Wars VII to Deadpool, and this is up there, definitely so. I've watched it twice, I plan to watch it more times, and I will be buying the DVD once it comes out.

Consistently poignant, Zootopia's sole weakness comes in the form of it being mildly heavy handed at times. Without that, the film would be nearly perfect. The animation is beautifully brought to life and the voice acting is incredible across the board. Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Idris Elba, and Nate Torrence, being the absolute standouts on that front. They all brilliantly bring their characters to life with their great work. Additionally, the writing is stupendous. Consistently funny throughout, the characters are also well developed and the plot is compelling and interesting, yet still accessible enough for a child. That being said, the jokes (DMV, etc.) may go way over the heads of children. If I were a child, I would find it way less funny than I did as an adult. That said, Zootopia is a fantastic film that starts off Disney Animation's 2016 with a bang and sets a high bar for their release later this year. Wonderfully thoughtout and thoroughly entertaining, Zootopia is another great film to add to Disney's extensive catalog. Expand

Danke Disney, fĂ¼r diesen tollen Film :)

I was not disappointed in any way except one. It was the scene where one of the characters screamed---"Oh my God". I would not have been shocked if it had been any movie except Disney but I was disappointed because I saw the words not used to call on God but as a swear word.
When I told my grandson that I was going to write a letter, his comment was "Maama, no one will listen when just one person has a complaint." Of course it did lead to a discussion about many of the very important messages in the movie as well as the importance of one person speaking out when they believe their voice will be heard.
All in all, I think the positive message was amazing and I give it my thumbs up!

With Pixar being owned by Disney, there seems to have been a nice amount of bleed over between the two, Pixar is more consistent with the quality of their films, but every once and awhile a movie of Pixar’s quality comes from Disney. WeWith Pixar being owned by Disney, there seems to have been a nice amount of bleed over between the two, Pixar is more consistent with the quality of their films, but every once and awhile a movie of Pixar’s quality comes from Disney. We should remember that Disney was once, and in many ways still is the premiere animation company, but not that long ago they had been struggling to put out great films. Zootopia is smart, funny, and is mature in its storytelling and in its message. It’s very nice to see a movie directed at kids that has respect and treats kids as people who can understand complex themes, not mindless creatures that need simple cliched messages.

In that respect Zootopia is more like a Pixar film, where Pixar has shown an understanding that complex messages can be the most emotionally powerful and while being complex can be presented in a simple, and straightforward way. Much like Inside Out taught us so much about using our emotions, especially sadness, Zootopia has a great message about fear and the treatment of entire groups of people because of that fear. It’s ironic, because the movie indirectly latches onto an issue that is relevant today, with an air of innocence and purity. On top of that at a deeper level, the film is witty, in that everything ties together and that the audience is forced to think as the movie progresses.

The humor is witty as well, in particular the scene about the DMV which is so funny because it’s spot on. The witty humor and complex messages make this film enjoyable for everybody, not just kids. Every character in the film is given a great amount of thought and development, making it so that they all have moments to grow, and are extremely relatable. Unfortunately the film’s villain has good motivations, however at the end when they reveal who the villain is they come across as campy and over the top.

The movie does a great job creating an inventive world where animals from all different habitats can coexist in one city. The film then proceeds to partially waste it’s inventive world on various scenes that are plucked straight out of other films, namely the Godfather. However, those scenes are only a small takeaway from the movie as a whole, because they don’t last very long and are admittedly clever. That along with the overall maturity the screenwriters used still makes the film a great accomplishment.
Zootopia never really looked like a film that would be this good, but after seeing the amazing amount of craft and effort, it seems this may be one of the better animated films of the year. The film does what every animated film should do, it tells a solid story with a lot of emotional depth, and a message that can hopefully teach kids important lessons. The film is also funny, smart, beautifully animated, filled with great characters, and features great voice work. If you have kids, and they haven’t seen this film yet, it’s safe to say they’d enjoy it, but they may possibly take an important life lesson away from seeing it to.

I still recommend to see the movie but it is not one of Pixar's best.

Excellent soundtrack, eye popping animation, creative and hilarious characters and design, and a story line that covers racism, stereotypes, with a realistic moral that pretty much says "Anything can be possible, but it doesn't come easy." and "Reality isn't all sunshine and rainbows."

Frozen was the most successful animated movie of all time and a great movie, but Inside Out beat in out in terms of overall quality. Zootopia beats out even Inside Out. Disney is the best its been since the Disney Renaissance in the 1990s. This is a movie I think EVERYONE needs to see.

The new adventure of Disney not only surprises for its visual beauty also fascinates for its fast connectivity with history, Will be the project of animation of the year? Possibly.

Researched topics in the last work of Disney are nothing new, acceptance of a stranger in a new place (remember "Brooklyn"), fight for your dreams, everything is solved, admission and tolerance and others contained in films already has viewed. But despite its cliches bases, the producer always takes advantage of the tools and transforms it in a majestically visual and sentimental way.

Disney compensates for its lack of innovative themed with characters and scenarios detailed, beautiful and fatally real. Talking animals? Again, but this time as never seen before. They recreate a metropolis where the human race does not exist, mammals and carnivores coexist in an American atmosphere of the most fresh and thorough (curiously I can't to see a reptile, curious fact) where there are houses, buildings, thieves and police, a fox (Jason Bateman) a angry police (Idris Elba) and any other being of the Kingdom Animalia. "Zootopia" directed by two human Byron Howard ('Tangled') and Rich Moore ('Wreck - It Ralph'), is a film that shows its four years of preparation with its quality and effectiveness of expression, it is true that its two directors already have experience in animated films but this work breaks the limits of an excellent animation, which along with a series of elements manage to win its position in the ranking of the box office.

"If you can dream it, you can be it"

"Judy Hopps' (Ginnifer Goodwin) is a beautiful and brave bunny that decides to dream and fight for your precious sleep, then she graduated herself with honors from the Academy of police, she determines to leave the farm of her parents in 'Bunnyburrow' and go to the world's largest city "Zootopia" , there, she's assigned to the chief Bogo (Idris Elba) who entrusted you be a police of transit. She tired of being judged by their noble and harmless appearance traits, she'll solve the mythical question of wild animals with a mischievous and manipulative fox (Jason Bateman), with whom formed a fun relationship and will discover the dark truth.

The great attraction of the film is its visual inventiveness, which is shown in the representation of each friendly or angry animal put on screen, accompanied of large real environments as entire cities (film not wasted no chance, showing woods, metropolis, museums, farms and snow), police adventure of these two friends is more majestic due to this, really this factor is its charm. Directors Byron Howard and Rich Moore have worked for Disney before, in "Tangled" and "Wreck-It Ralph", but in "Zootopia" is where is that youth side and references of the current culture to highlight this project. The duo Nick and Judy is already indelible because their connectivity is surprisingly fast (more or less before going to see the movie) and the development of the case has its magic.

"Zootopia" may lack of originality in his final plot but the extravagant amount of animals with distinct personalities and its wonderful environments are a direct play to the children audience, not leaving aside to the adult public which gives them jokes and a legendary scene from "The Godfather". Disney has begun the year with right foot, leaving a film with teaching of tolerating and fight for your dreams with lots of the audiovisual quality. "Finding Dory" have to be perfect to snatch the title to "Zootopia" for the best film of the year. Having animals, Who want more movies of human?

Beautiful visuals, a fantastic cast, and a modern tale about prejudice all combine into what has become my favorite Disney film of the past 14 years. There are hidden gems of adult humor, references to popular entertainment, and current events throughout. It's a film that's as much for adults as it is kids, and will appeal to a very wide audience.

The plot is a story we've heard before, but told supremely well. It hits very close to home for anyone who's been a victim of prejudice, and serves as a powerful reminder that even if you think you aren't prejudiced, you still might be. Yet despite the film's serious "message" it's not delivered in a ham-handed or overbearing way. It's interwoven into a story about acknowledging your limitations, and trying to overcome them anyway, despite what others might say.

My only complaint is actually a hidden compliment:
The world of Zootopia and its characters is so unbelievably well-constructed and vibrant that we can't help but want more of it. The movie's short runtime doesn't allow the deep exploration of the side characters and environments that I desperately crave after seeing it. There's a massive amount of sub-plots and tantalizing details we don't get a chance to delve into, which makes me a bit sad. However, the polished end result is so fantastic that I can hardly use it as a true "negative".

Hands-down, this is Disney's best animated film since "Lilo and Stitch" and deserves high praise. Go see it!

THIS REVIEW IS SPOILER-FREE!!!! (Or at least for the movie, there is a spoiler for Marley and me :))
My favorite movie of all time is the Lion King, which led me to love the animal and watching the film hundreds (yes, HUNDREDS) of times. So when i heard that THIS movie was BETTER than the Lion King, I laughed. However, once I watched it, my mind was blown. Zootopia is a movie about a bunny who wants to become a cop, but no bunny has ever been a cop before. All of a sudden, 14 animals go missing, but she is not assigned to them. However, later in the movie, she is assigned to find one of the animals. This movie has a bit of Eddie the Eagle added into it, with the "Never give up" part being easily seen there. The voice acting is extremely good and believable in every way. The visuals are beautiful, being one of the best graphic animation films I have ever seen. The humor is spot on, especially the ending. Some parts in the movie are predictable, but some times, I was shocked at what was happening. Overall, I have changed my mind. For over 12 years, the Lion King was my favorite movie, but now, Zootopia takes that spot. Also, there were some moments that nearly made me cry, and this is coming from a person who did not even care about the dog dying in Marley and Me. I would recommend this movie 100%.

The city of Zootopia is a mammal metropolis place where various animals live and thrive. Ginnifer Goodwin plays Judy Hopps, she's the first rabbit to join the police force, she learns how tough it is to enforce the law. Determined to prove herself, she jumps to the opportunity to solve a mystery case. Unfortunately, that means working with Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman), a wily fox who's a con-artist makes her job more harder. I think this movie has something to say, it has a strong political message also has things to say about drugs and all sorts of stuff. But I found it too bland. 2.8 out of 4 stars Expand

So many metaphor put into this movie such as racism, dreams, and levels in society. This movie will thought you a lot about how to be respectful to each other, be little bit more creative in a certain situation, and a great inspiration on how to make a plot twist. Like really, when you thought that guy was the bad guy, it isn't. Or is he?

And as a little bonus, this movie also hinted us that love could be found in the weirdest most complicated place and time. Every character that doing something have a background on why did he/she do that and how did he/she doing it. And oh yeah, why do i gave this movie 10/10? So many reference to the real life, you wouldn't even notice it was a cartoon for kids. 10/10 would watch this movie again on Blu-Ray.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The latest animation from Disney takes place in a world where all animals get along, even preditors and prey (insert continuous message about diversity and acceptance here). A young rabbit (Ginnifer Goodwin) becomes the first cop of her species and sets out for the big city to rise above preconceptions about her timid type (more message). She teams up with a scam artist (Justin Bateman) to solve a big case. While this starts out as an innovative concept with some lovely animation and weirdly anthropomorphic characters, it eschews much humor to become a police procedural (with the message continually inserted). There are some amusing moments (most notably the sloths at DVM), but it's too serious and not clever enough to rate as Disney's best. Expand

Zootopia is the best Disney animated film that I have seen in a long time. This is a movie that works for everyone. It doesn't matter if you're 4 years old or 40 years old.

I love the characters. They did such a great job of building up Judy Hopps from the moment she comes on screen so we love her almost immediately. I think she is going to go down and I think I will remember her as one of my favorite Disney characters. One thing that Disney has done so well with their animated films is casting. They don't ever feel like they needs to stuff their animated films to the brim with big name voices in order to be successful they just hunt for the voices who fit their characters. Ginnifer Goodwin (who I never even heard of before this movie) made such a great voice for Judy Hopps and I can say with confidence that Jason Bateman was the perfect choice for Nick Wilde.

Disney just aced the animation. It is so beautiful and I watched this film with a friend in a theater packed with children and their parents and I think my friend and I had the most fun during the screening. I think it could have been a bit funnier but I thought that it was just the right length despite being one of the longest running Disney films to date. I think Zootopia is a early candidate for best animated film of the year.

Setting up in a city occupied by all types of animals, it manipulates the relationship of predators and preys as a metaphor to emphasis the current society's biases phenomenon rather than the usual family relationship issues audiences usually seen in previous animated films. Being a funny and adventurous simple tale, the structural progression of the story is not the usual straightforward style that is kid friendly but mostly due to its thrilling elements that lead to twisted plots which is quite rare in animations. Scores composed by Michael Giacchino and theme song "Try Everything" by Shakira perfectly fit while the ingenious landscapes of metropolitan city and mother nature definitely serve as splendid visual treats. It is undeniable smart and classic, strong like a bull to stress on the existence of prejudice and peace, only if we learn to respect each others from different races, backgrounds and cultures. Yes, the stellar animation pairs well with the brilliantly-conceptualized world and creative characters, but it's the film's thematic efforts that truly aid it in standing apart from all the other talking-animal romps. The allegorical lessons on prejudice are potent, yet still easy for kids to digest, even if some of humanity's racial politics don't transfer as cleanly over to the animal kingdom. "Zootopia" is a smart, fun, and fittingly challenging ride. Expand

Visually, it's a treat. Storytelling-wise, it doesn't live up to the hype.

The problem with this film is that it's trying to be both a "message" movie and a film noir detective mystery type deal. But the fact that it's so strongly a "message" movie robs the detective element of all its suspense. The two main characters are likable but nobody else really registers. This is a SJW movie about discrimination, racism, tolerance, etc., but the dialogue is dry and the humor is still very basic - it's stereotypical and often animal-based (sloths are slow, cops eat donuts, rabbits breed immensely fast [a joke they milk repeatedly], etc). There are only two vaguely funny scenes, and one was spoiled in an early trailer and wears out its welcome as you're watching it.

I really don't see why there's so much love and hype for this. Sure the art and animation are great, but the characters are nothing special, plus the story was predictable and followed the beats of any other police movie. There isn't much that I really enjoyed. The world-building hardly even makes sense. Who decided to build this big city with ridiculously different climates rather than just building multiple cities? What does the metropolis produce for the rest of the world? What do the predators eat if not the herbivores/omnivores? Why do the little critters have their mini-city of Little Rodentia in THE MIDDLE of this vast metropolis? If this is a kids' movie, why are there dark scenes where a mafioso modeled after Don Corleone (very original, guys) threatens characters with torture and death (and the second time around he has the approval of the main characters, who are standing around with grins on their faces)?

Also there's that yawn-inducing procedural trope where a character is about to reveal EVERYTHING but succumbs to a fit of violence, only to artificially increase the level of intrigue at play. When the answer to the "night terrors" question presents itself it's out of nowhere and should have been something these smartphone-using animals could have looked up in 2 seconds. There's a lot of hare-brained storytelling decisions made here.

Not to mention much of the movie drags on with a seemingly endless amount of familiar empowerment tropes. The only thing that saves the film from completely collapsing under the weight of its cheerless social justice mission is the way Judy and Nick are written and the banter they share. Honestly... just because this makes some people and movie critics feel better about themselves doesn't change the fact that it's just an OK Disney movie. If it changed your life, good for you. But don't pretend it's some kind of masterpiece.

Absolutely amazing film. Honestly, I feel this is probably one of the best movies I have seen in years. I highly recommend that if anyone is looking for a great flick for any audience - this is a fantastic score that will not disappoint.

I was expecting a lot based on the really high rotten tomatoes score, at one point it was at 100%. It is really something you never seen before because it's an animated movie. However this movie is creative, dark, silly, fun, entertaining, touching, scary, and even surprising at times. The plot was very well constructed and it really does give a great message to everyone. It's also very creative at times and something's were mindblowing. However, I think the biggest win for the film is its humor. If you've seen the trailer, you'd probably know what I'm talking about. However, there's a lot more throughout the movie, espicially the ending. All the voices also fitted perfectly and the film was also very touching, and sad. I think this film should at least deserve an oscar nomination for best animated film. I really think this is one of the very best disney films out there and it is certainly the best animated film of the year. I even enjoyed this more than inside out!
(Fingers crossed on Finding Dory). (100/100)

There are plenty of laughs for younger and older viewers alike, and the plot moves along at an acceptable pace. There are plot holes of course, and movie coincidences that drive the story forward. There are plenty of cliches, and if you are an experienced moviegoer, you probably will be able to predict everything that is going to happen. However, the movie is driven by characters, with strong voice performances from Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman. The characters are entertaining and charming, and your desire to follow their journey distracts you from some of the predictability. Additionally, the concept is fantastic. One of the better movies I have seen this year. Of course, this comes from the perspective of a lifelong Disney fan, and anthropomorphic animals are Disney's heart and soul. If you don't like Disney, you certainly won't like this movie. Expand

This movie was amazing! It is filled with suspense, action, catchy music, and much much more! It has 98% rotten tomatoes and rising! It contains lots of personification, animals that act like humans! I recommend watching this movie!

Sure for those that want to point out, oh a fury show. Well them being animals is only part of it. It is a story about when you take those with greatly different instinct and put them into a world where they need to coexist. The plot twists were a little obvious except for the last one, and how they get out of the climax was obvious.
Having said all of that it was a great show and I would watch it again in a heart beat.

Zootopia's crowning achievements are in its characters and animated world.

Unlike a lot of characters in animated movies who are idealized and a lot of times were given "because they're the main character they can do anything" moment by the writers, the characters in Zootopia are real and believable. Wilde's cunning and Hopp's charm are fresh and likable throughout the movie.

I also found Zootopia's world to be open and expansive. The details on how small and large animals can coexist in the city makes the city alive and real.

The slight shortcoming of this movie is in its story. It is a great story but the whole movie feels like it is part of something greater; a few episodes out of a season of TV show.

At the end of the movie I wanted to see more of Wilde and Hopp. Now I'm eagerly waiting for Zootopia season 2.

With fantastic music choices, animation, and humor it honestly rivals Deadpool for my favorite movie of the year. The humor is greatly varied and plenty of adult humor so if you see it with your kids, or just like a good animated film, you'll have a good time. It's a testament that a family film can in fact be fun for everyone. With a message everyone can agree with it really rises to the top of my lists. I'll throw money at it for a Blu-ray when it's released, I can't recommend it enough! Expand

Stunning visuals, relatable and well developed characters, all wrapped together in a funny but touching story! Disney hits a home run with this film though its positive and very timely messages of anti-bullying, stereotyping, and living up to your potential! But does so, so very well it never feels preachy! This is Disney at its been and rest assured you'll be seeing this film nominated for an Academy Award!

If you've got a heart you'll love this film! I sure did!

First time trailer : Huh!! another animation form Disney.I'm not gonna watch it For Sure!
After my friend take me to see it : Wow! it was one of my best animation of Disney i have ever see in my entire life.

The Story: about Judy Hopps. A rabbit that want to be a cop that have to break the wall of prejudice
that cop is for only for a big and strong animal by find out about missing mammals case with a natural enemy Nick wilde. The tricky fox but they find out that it not a normal missing case but it way bigger.

Great Thing:They success to break the wall between the difference of religious/color/gender and more.
Wow they can use this tropic in kid movies after fail in tomorrow land (2015).it make story more softly by change human social into animal social that have predator and prey.in this social they think predator is a bad guy and make social in chaos but in the deep heart good/bad doesn't count on what it look like but it count on what inside of your self.

Conclusion; Heart-melt , Hopefully ,friendship,Very impress ending and 5 tickets for watching and Love Judy. One of my memorable character in my entire life.

Best quotes: Judy hopps: you wanna be and elephant ,You can . Because this is zootopia. anyone can be anything

10/10

Directors: Byron Howard, Rich Moore, Jared Bush
Genre: animation, comedy, crime, drama
