This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This is perhaps one of the dumbest things I’ve ever watched, even for Netflix. And that’s saying something given I sat through the entire seven seasons of The 100 on CW. My wife and I were audibly guffawing by the end. The supernatural elements are not scary and the CGI is absolutely terrible. Did they have high schoolers animate this on the cheap? The true victims are the actors who had to suffer through this terrible script. If you are expecting any sort of supernatural thriller don’t watch this. The entire plot can be summed up with “toxic masculinity bad”. That’s it. There’s no further depth. We never find out why the husband is the way he is. He’s just some caricature of random evil dude. And what is with the ghost at the end talking about “our power grows”? Are they leveling up? Clearly they weren’t powerful enough to stop the last three murders, so what’s the point? This film is utter nonsense from start to finish.… Expand

Their relationship was already tenuous, but the stress of a new location only amplifies their discord. Add a few COMPLETELY NON-SCARY moments of a ghostly apparition and thing start to deteriorate…in their relationship and the film’s trajectory. The personal drama that develops holds mild interest, primarily because the duo has the chops, but the attempt to elevate this into a suspense film fails miserably.… Expand

I heard dog farts on the street that seemed more interesting.
God help the actors, they were tricked into taking part in this stupid movie.

I suppose you could enjoy it a bit if you smacked your heard a few times against a hard wall to get a good concussion before watching.

I gave it a 1 because it could be a Great prank movie. Have that friend that you like to prank?..... tell them to watch this movie. If you like cliffhangers then you may enjoy this movie but I was more than a little frustrated.. directors can do far better. Grossly disappointed.… Expand
