A fun, breezy genre hybrid. Parts sci-fi, romance, and thriller, The Adjustment Bureau has a light tone and does not appear to aspire to challenge its more complex sci-fi counterparts.

While it is not for everybody, The Adjustment Bureau is the biggest surprise of the year thanks to its excellent story, an A plus cast, and some awesome drama that pushes the story along satisfyingly. The ending is also fantastic.

"The Adjustment Bureau" barely stays alive from its cliched script and its fragile plot. However, it is only the chemistry between Ms. Blunt and Mr. Damon that increases the value of the movie.

Boring, boring, boring. Although Matt Damon and Emily Blunt are great actors, I didn't find any chemistry between them. The plot was not interesting and the action was not satisfying.

This is the second worst movie I have ever seen (the first is The Blair Witch Project). I fell asleep for the last half an hour. I can't believe I paid to see something so idiotic. I can't believe Matt Damon signed up for that joke of a movie.

more of a love story than a complex "inception like" thriller, but still satisfying overall and features great performances by both Matt Damon and Emily Blunt. Their chemistry alone fills the holes the convoluted plot digs as the movie progresses.

Kind of a lame movie. I didn't like the story behind the bureau itself, and everything just seemed a little convoluted. See it once, just to get it out of your system, but no need to buy it or anything. Disappointing for a Matt Damon movie.

Entertaining, moderately thought provoking, relatively enjoyable, but I would only watch it once. The film was good, but nothing special. Entertainment for all ages.

This is definitely a "wait for redbox/netflix" film. The themes are so strong and glaring that it's almost comical; I found my self smiling in amusement at moments that were clearly meant to be somber.

Philosophical popcorn that doesn't disrespect Philip K. Dick's story...too much. I enjoyed it but won't remember it except to say, "that one movie where Matt Damon goes through doors."

The script looks uneven, the execution too exhausted and the ending ridiculous. But at least its entertaining and teach how to struggle with our believe to get our purpose although it against our destiny.

An enjoyable movie. Equally appealing to both men and women. Good plot, storyline, and dialogue. Will appeal to the older crowd that remembers when movies had a story to tell.

Man, I could really go for a Matt Damon movie with men in hats. If only one existed or promoted itself. :-(
Ben Affleck just scored 6 points against Matt Damon by not being in "The Adjustment Bureau."

"...far more substantive and intellectually provocative than the ordinary big thriller fare." It's the Serendipity meets the Spirit World. Of note: I actually liked Matt Damon and Emily Blunt in this Film--a feat in and of itself!

A fantastically crafted sci-fi drama. Matt Damon and Emily Blunt's chemistry fuses perfectly with the script. I had a strong sense of adrenaline in certain scenes and felt i was sitting through a great episode of The Twilight Zone. Bravo!

Clever, well written and well acted. The adjustment bureau is a sci fi classic full of ripple effects and paradox moments. Damon is believable as the perplexed wannabe senator and although the ending is a bit weak I thoroughly enjoyed it.

An entertaining battle between faith and paranoia which is rushed into a silly romantic ending. With great performances from Matt Damon and Emily Blunt its up to the viewer if the romance and thrills are enough to keep them captivated.

Meh squared. But this review has to be at least 150 characters long which is weird because I feel like professional movie reviewers are limited to 150 characters. But in the end, this movie was meh.

This is a good movie. Not brilliant but good. It is worth watching once, if nothing else so you can engage in conversation with others about the concepts and ideas. I am glad i watched it, but won't be buying it.

Clever, clever, clever. Thought-provoking and enthralling. The Adjustment Bureau takes some familiar concepts and rolls them into a new original dimension.

The Adjustment Bureau tries to be like Inception, putting on some complicated dimension story but crumbles over illogical premises. Combined with Matt Damon who is sub par to say the least, the movie isn't worth seeing.

The strongest part of the film is the romantic chemistry between Damon and Blunt. The science fiction plot is full of holes, but remains mostly intriguing. Good, but not great film with a terrible and convenient Hollywood ending.

Its ending may be a little phoned-in, but the rest of the movie - particularly that of Matt Damon and Emily Blunt - is surprisingly intriguing.

One of the year's most underrated films. The strong chemistry between Matt Damon and Emily Blunt along with a very interesting sci-fi story makes this film a top ten of 2011.

A pile of horrible fiction combined with a bad history.. Only Damon was a bit better than the rest but no evn he gets positive grade in this weak movie.

I love Philip K. Dick's stories and their movie adaptations. This one might not be my favourite,it's a bit too centered around romance for my taste, but it's a good film.
