At first, the theme it explores seemed pretty good, perhaps a bit trite at times, but it seemed to be on the right track, however, as it starts to become more and more implausible and borderline ridiculous - The dude smelled her because ofAt first, the theme it explores seemed pretty good, perhaps a bit trite at times, but it seemed to be on the right track, however, as it starts to become more and more implausible and borderline ridiculous - The dude smelled her because of her menstrual blood - even with the explanation, the metaphor of the battle against the patriarchy is lost, and what is left doesn't leave any kind of satisfying resolution.

Ella Balinska plays a competent lead within what the story gives her to do her job, yet the film is tremendously forgettable.… Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. So I was really into it for about 70 percent way through. Then they do the slight reveal. He was sent to keep men in power blah blah….I’m like dude this took a nose dive into feminism. If that’s your cup of tea you’ll probably love the movie. I’m not a big fan and sadly I found it to be extremely distracting and disappointing. What a shame. Could have been really good. Missed an opportunity.… Expand
