If you're a hardcore fan, this is nonstop entertainment from start to finish. It you're not, most definitely give it a pass, for this is very, very weak.

It’s Okay
I feel that this Pokémon film is the most forgettable of the anime franchise.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. In less than 10 minutes the scenario becomes incomprehensible. An orphan girl, a mysterious cave, a disappeared daddy, strange pokémons and once again an environment losing its precious and precarious balance. Entei appear to be the hero of the story but I found him so shallow that I couldn't get into the story. Hearing Entei's voice is so wierd. They tried to humanize this Pokemon but it is totally missed according to me. Since everything we see happens in a dream there are few real immersive issues about it.

Team Rocket is once again at its best and compilates once again the best punchlines and jokes including meta-jokes. However there is no excuse for so many jokes and puns about Unowns. It was unbearable to hear the characters use the word 'unknown' to qualify the Unowns. Yeah, we got it, all what happen around you is weird and unexplainable, not unknown. Soundtrack, dubbing and animation are amazing as always. The fact that attacks are the same than in the games is really cool even if they tend to do some hardcore fan-service by showing us so many different Pokemons.
I know it is supposed to be made for kids but I'm not sure I'm going to let them watch it.
