By studiously spelling out each emotion, Zemeckis and Weitz remove any potential for enigmatic complexity. And while the computer technology bringing Pinocchio to life is nowhere near as creepy as anything in Zemeckis’ Polar Express, that’s mitigated by how obviously fake he is anytime there’s a shot with a human actor “touching” or “holding” the little wooden boy. Le doy un 10 porque no considero que merezca el feroz review bombing que se le está haciendo, pero tampoco es un live action excelente, cosas como el hada azul que luce terrible y el exceso de canciones son las que le quitan puntos a esta película.

The Blue fairy being bald made no sense (is this really a spoiler?) - the extra scenes not from the original were okay and well done however the ending was a disservice to the lore of the Disney original.… Expand
