This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I really liked the movie. It had the perfect balance between humor and horror. The shots were amazing and the atmosphere created by totally leaving out music really sold the events. The actors' performance was convincing and the sound design was too, and so was the alien's design, nothing too innovative in the beginning but the final form was definetely surprising to see. Absolutely don't regret seeing this movie in theatre... 9/10 can recommend. Expand

I saw that Nope was getting some good reviews and went to see it. What a pile of nonsense this film is!!!!!!!! I see everyone writing about clever subtext tension, humour and interesting storyline, but this film has none of that. Essentially unlikeable characters and it inserts "clever quirks" which are supposed to be interesting but are just irritating e.g. the shoe seemingly defying gravity - just because the film does not explain this does not make it clever! I hate this film, it just angered me. Expand

Jordan Peele is clearly a gifted filmmaker. It’s also possible that he’s too smart for his own good. His latest offering, “Nope,” decisively answers the rhetorical question: “Are all of Jordan Peele’s films interesting and accessible?”

A taciturn OJ Haywood (Daniel Kaluuya) works for his dad at Haywood’s Hollywood Horses, which wrangles horses for the entertainment industry. After his father is mysteriously killed by falling metal debris, OJ becomes responsible for keeping the business and the family ranch afloat. His sister, Emerald (Keke Palmer), helps out, sorta. But there’s something very wrong here. A cloud has been sitting on the horizon for days. Could it be hiding a space alien from view? Yup. But good news: by capturing film footage of the alien, maybe the Haywards can make a lot of money and save the farm.

In writing this screenplay, Writer/Producer/Director Peele creates more story lines than he knows what to do with. The film opens with a quote from the Old Testament prophet Nahum: “I will cast abominable filth upon you, make you vile, and make you a spectacle.” So perhaps this film is an allegory about the oversized role of spectacle in modern culture? Sorta. Peele tells us a couple of times that OJ and Emerald are the descendants of the black jockey who appeared in 1878’s “The Horse in Motion,” arguably the progenitor of the modern motion picture. And there’s a poster for “Buck and the Preacher,” Sidney Poitier’s directorial debut, that appears in more than one scene. Maybe this film is about the marginalization of black contributions to film-making? Kinda. There’s a storyline about Jupe (Steven Yeun), who’s scratching to make a living managing a misbegotten cowboy theme park. As a child, Jupe starred in “Gordy’s Home,” an infamously short-lived sitcom where a chimpanzee ran amuck and attacked almost everyone on the set. Huh?

Peele fully develops exactly none of these ideas or any of the other thematic elements floating around. As a result, “Nope” comes across as a series of poorly developed impressions culminating in an unsatisfyingly ambiguous climax.

There are many elements of this film worthy of praise. Kaluuya, Palmer, Yeun and gravel-voiced Michael Wincott, who plays a famous cinematographer with plans to get definitive footage of the alien, are all first-rate. Visually, the film is often spectacular because of the work of Cinematographer Hoyte Van Hoytema (“Tenet,” “Interstellar,” “Dunkirk”).

In my view, “Nope” is a smart, creative filmmaker just showing off. Here, he never chooses to fully pursue any of the themes he develops. But isn’t a key element of filmmaking the act of telling a coherent story or at least fully articulating a personal point of view? According to Jordan Peele, nope.

My score for Nope is kind of in flux right now. It’s sitting at a 7 but I really want to give it an 8 however I need to watch the movie again before I do that so 7 for now. It’s sitting at a 7 but I really want to give it an 8 however I need to watch the movie again before I do that so 7 for now. Nope is a weird film for me. 2/3rd’s of this movie is insanely good but the last 30 minutes are just kind of underwhelming to me. I’m hoping on rewatch that my thoughts will change. The ending only feels underwhelming because it felt somewhat less dramatic than the rest of the film. The whole movie for the first 2/3rds is creepy and downright terrifying at points and that isn’t there for the 3rd act. That’s really my major critique but since it’s the climax of the movie it does stick out like a sore thumb to me. Like I said though, the rest of the movie is insanely good. It’s scary at points and just downright disturbing in all the ways a horror movie should be. Keke Palmer and Daniel Kaluuya are amazing in this and I hope to see more great performances from them in the future. Their characters are really fun to watch and get behind as they are just like us. Humans are naturally drawn to the unknown and sometimes we do whatever is necessary to try and capture it to show the world. The Gordy segments can seem a little confusing as to what they mean but not only are they downright scary and terrifying but it really adds to one of the film’s messages about not underestimating a wild animal as you don’t know how they will react regardless of how much you try to train them. The technical aspects of this film are pretty amazing across the board. The visual effects, sound design, cinematography, and music are all some of the best of the year and are definitely worth the price of admission. While I’m still a little unsure about the ending I still think that you should go see this film as soon as possible for everything else that I mentioned. Expand

It's a very interesting premise and Jordan Peele infuses such tension and spectacle in the film, but it is overall lacking in execution and the ending fails to live up to the promise of the first half. Special mention to the cinematographyIt's a very interesting premise and Jordan Peele infuses such tension and spectacle in the film, but it is overall lacking in execution and the ending fails to live up to the promise of the first half. Special mention to the cinematography and sound design/mixing here; which is outstanding. The camera shots are creative and gorgeous; especially the night time shots. The film would've benefited from some tighter editing and cutting out unnecessary and non-consequential scenes (containing a certain monkey). Expand

Well Jordan Peele has done it again with another terrific horror to add to his ever growing collection. If you loved Get Out and Us then be sure to get yourselves to the largest cinema screen possible to see Nope. As always this is a spoilerWell Jordan Peele has done it again with another terrific horror to add to his ever growing collection. If you loved Get Out and Us then be sure to get yourselves to the largest cinema screen possible to see Nope. As always this is a spoiler free review, however, the less you know about Nope before seeing it the better.

OJ Haywood (Daniel Kaluuya) and Emerald Haywood (Keke Palmer) are horse trainers on a ranch in inland California. They begin experiencing strange and unexplainable occurrences and decide to do some further investigation. The trailer gives you a pretty good indicator to where this movie is going but honestly regarding the plot the less you know the better. The same can be said for all Jordan Peele movies so I’d suggest you try to see Nope with as little information as possible. Peele has expertly blended genres here with Nope, it’s first and foremost a horror as there are scenes that are indeed chilling and will stay with you long after the movie has ended. Yet it’s also a sci-fi movie and a western. That’s three genres you don’t normally see combined together very often, especially like this, but the results speak for themselves.

There’s strong influences from other sci-fi movies and Summer blockbusters, Jaws immediately comes to mind. Particularly when it comes to building up to the spectacle, you’re not sure what you’re dealing with right away and you won’t be shown anything before you need to be. Nope immediately presents you with a hair-raising scene, and from that moment on, the suspense builds before it unleashes the chaos. So yes it’s a little slow to build but I promise the payoff will be worth it. You’re put on edge and kept there while the film follows a similar formula of other great blockbusters, constantly building the suspense. At times it almost feels nostalgic with reminders from other great sci-fi and horror movies along with some real life horrors mixed in there too. At the same time it’s very much it’s own thing and brings some much needed originality to the horror genre.

Again Peele gathers an ensemble cast of great actors, Michael Wincott, Steven Yeun and Brandon Perea, with the stand out performances being Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer as the Haywood siblings. It’s a small cast, which gives plenty of time to get to know the characters and more importantly care about them. Newer horrors seem to be continually falling into the same trap of endless disposable characters just there to be killed, whereas less characters with actual character development is far more effective and when things start going wrong you’re actually invested in what happens to them. They are well written, likeable and more importantly believable characters that react the way you’d expect when the weird stuff starts happening, much to the delight of the audience. Nothing beats seeing a terrific blockbuster in a packed cinema enjoying every minute of it.

I probably sound like a broken record at this point but we’re living in a time where the majority of films nowadays follow the same formula, and you end up seeing the same thing over and over again. Original ideas are always harder to get the green light so I’m always happy to see something new whether I liked it or not. In the case of Nope, I loved it and I’m still thinking about it. If we’re talking favourites, I’d still choose Get Out as my favourite but Nope is a close second.

Jordan Peele is a director who has a clear vision for his movies and you’re always guaranteed something new. Nope is no exception. You’ll jump, squirm and laugh. It balances humour and horror together while experimenting with genres and showing you something you haven’t seen before. To sum it up, it’s a horror/sci-fi/western infused blockbuster that I urge all of you to see. Highly recommended for the Jordan Peele and horror fans.

Hard to talk about the plot and story without being spoiler-heavy, but it is all well worth the ride. Admittedly it does peter off toward the end and the payoff, while not bad, isn't quite as awesome as the build-up was, but it leaves room to potentially revisit the story.

While Jordan Peele showcases once again that he is a master of building tension, his latest offering is ultimately undone by pacing issues and undercooked subplots that fail to provide any payoff.

As a side note:

The critics were never going to be unkind to a Peele film out of fear risking the wrath of the internet. This is immediately apparent in the contrast between the critic and user scores. Was Peele's latest offering better than this year's legacy sequel Scream 5? Nope. I think critics need to devise and implement a universal scoring rubric as a guideline to ensure that films aren't punished in areas of excellence based purely on a biased view towards an existing IP or favouring certain directors or studios over others.

The only drawback for me was the director character and it's motivations, especially what he did at the end. For me that made no sens. I give the movie 82%. I had to read online a bit about one part of the story in relation to the other. Maybe it was unclear in the movie, but after reading it, I felt it was showed but not explained. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This movie is too long and the first half is boring and frustrating. But, after the first hour, we actually get to see the alien creature more and more and it looks pretty cool. The other characters in the movie are generally annoying, boring, or frustrating. However, underneath all of that there is a smart story being told, themes about the first thing ever recorded on video relating to how the characters want to capture the Nope on video. The second half of the movie makes up for the shortcomings of the first and the ending is so good it redeems the movie. I just wish it had been shorter and that they would put some more exciting plot points in the first half of the movie so they don’t put the audience to sleep before the good scenes start happening Expand

Still, it’s an inventive and engrossing addition to the genre." Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer star as brother and sister who are the last family members of a long line of horse trainers for TV and movies. When mysterious things start happening on their ranch, they dig deeper (or look higher) to figure out the cause. While this starts with promise, it's almost an hour until any cool encounters and even then, the lapses in reality and reason kept causing question marks. Director Peele hasn't delivered much suspense…more anticipation that never delivers. The climax features some cool visuals, but there's more unsettling atmosphere than real tension in the action. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I don`t buy the message here: that we`re all territorial animals (even aliens, exspecially apes) and shouldn`t look each other in the eye. I didn`t particulary like the characters, think that the film should have ended 5 minutes earlier (with Em looking at the sky) and think you really shouldn`t blend , well, certain body parts with an antique camera to create a monster. But this is an impressive film. How Lovecraft would have written a remake of "Tremors" after watching "Jaws". An elegant and hypnotic nightmare full of carefully crafted images and an eerie feeling of vulnerability and space. Some truly terrifying moments. Great soundtrack. Expand

What I got was bizarre, confusing and full of plot holes. I don’t understand why professional critics seem to go out of their way to ignore gaping logic holes in Peele’s movies. It was the same was with “Us”, which was spooky and visually terrifying but had some seriously questionable logic in its storytelling. This movie took some time to get to the main story, spending a good deal of a half hour establishing the characters and backstory but then starts to pick up rapidly in what I was hoping was going to be a spooky and disturbing story. Which it was, for a little bit. Unfortunately, in what I can only describe as a Shyamalan like twist, the story takes a left turn into… what!? The last third of the movie becomes faster in pace than the rest, but turns into a strange and often confusing struggle with the characters doing things that bluntly, I didn’t understand. I left the movie feeling conflicted but as I’ve had more time to think over what I saw, has made less and less sense to me. The end verdict I had was that the logic of the movies simply doesn’t work. Yeah, it’s scary in parts and has some serious jump scares, but that doesn’t save it from it’s confusing illogic. And to be honest here, I didn’t really like any of the characters all that much either. They can be annoying and dislike able at times. Peele has finally worn out his welcome with me. As I said before, he’s become like Shyamalan, who took a good first movie and managed to make a lot of other movies, none of which were anywhere near as good. Maybe he should try returning to more comedy in the future. Rummage around and see if you can find Key’s number in your junk drawer. Expand

Dealing, in one aspect, with African-American's history and legacy in the film industry. The main characters are descendants of the first person captured on film, a black jockey riding a horse. That person is a forgotten piece of film history, and never given their due. OJ and Em operate a horse ranch catering to film production, carrying on the tradition (and legacy) of their late father, portrayed by John Carpenter favorite Keith David (The Thing, They Live). There is a poster in their home of the early seventies film Buck and the Preacher, made at a time when "blacksploitation" films were made crossing many genres, from crime to horror to westerns. The business is going through tough times as real live animals are being replaced by much more manageable CGI. Because as the Gordy subplot reveals, it's near impossible for man to control nature, especially for entertainment and spectacle. And flesh and blood being replaced by machine. That's just one aspect. When ex child actor Jupe, recalls the incident where a chimpanzee attacks during the taping of a sitcom, he references an SNL sketch and a Mad magazine cover is shown. Tragedy is turned to parody (for our entertainment), and, of course, Peele appeared early in his career on Mad Tv, which ran opposite SNL. And Jupe tries to capitalize off that notoriety and exploit nature for his own profit, which does not go well. Peele references everything from Jaws, to Close Encounters (in Spielberg' s film objects electrically spring to life in the presence of the aliens, here, just the opposite), to even Akira. But he uses these references as loving nods. It's in no way a perfect movie, but it is a movie made by a man who LOVES movies, and it shows. Expand

If you want a movie that explains every single little thing, you will be disappointed. Part of what makes Peele's movies great is that they are open to many interpretations. Nope is no different. For example, the certain flashbacks are clearly meant to connect towards a certain character's motivations later in the film, but certain parts of said flashback that people are fixated on (a particular item of clothing specifically) don't really have a meaning aside from the one people will attach to it. Who is right? No one will ever really know. Regardless, at the end of the day this movie does what it's supposed to which is entertain and be anything but forgettable. Pay the man your $10 and hope we continue to get more original movies like this that take huge swings, make huge hits, and sometimes miss in equal measure. Expand

Honestly, to those saying this doesn't fit in with the rest of the Jordan Peele oeuvre, try to look at each of his films as a tale from one of the writer/director's favorite television series (one he rebooted himself in 2019): The Twilight Zone. This is a show known for outright horror stories, supernatural horror stories, sci-fi/horror stories, horror/thriller stories and sometimes even action-oriented/horror stories. In this respect, not only does "Nope" fit in with the rest of Peele's filmography, but I think it actually perfects a lot of what he was attempting on a thematic level with both "Get Out" and "Us." Nowhere near as overt as the former, nor as head-scratchingly oblique as the latter, "Nope" hands us the twist we want, but never knew to expect. The message therein is also something I can't say I've seen communicated in a movie in this exact way. This is a story about a somewhat niche, yet still thought-provoking subject. Others say the matters at play are strictly "Spielbergian," a word that I neither disagree with, nor treat as a kind of "scarlet letter" in this case. For me, I found myself thoroughly enthralled by the scale, scope and majesty of everything. Alas, it looks like I'm going to have to get comfortable with being in the minority on this one, as "Nope" is easily the most unique and effective movie of Peele's that this reviewer has seen. Expand

Also the film takes plenty of story detours that try as I might, could not find any significant link back the main plot. Acting is pretty good, and humor is okay (very much caters go Gen Z "swear to show you care" mentality. And as a Gen Z myself, I hate it), and the alien design is EASILY the best part of the movie due to how otherworldly it feels, but I just can't get over what a lukewarm ending that was. If you want some dumb fun, then yeah, I'd recommend seeing it, and even as a Jorden Peele film, it's not AWFUL, but it just isn't anything special at all, which I was very disappointed by. Expand

You want a straight narrative? Go see something else. If you can use your brain and dig deep enough, all sorts of interesting layers present themselves. I really loved the open-ended-ness of this film. It can be bizzare (in spades!) and still a very entertaining romp as an action thriller. For me the key question I keep coming back to is the allegorical connection between the alien beings and the lethal TV sitcom chimpanzee (what a f'ing deep and powerful concept). And that's why Peele is a true auteur -- he creates spectacles that have multiple layers for observant people to sort through. I will gladly watch anything he decides to create. It will never be boring! Expand

Peele is a rather unique director to say the least. Several of his ideas are pretty wild and far out, and they don't always stick the landing in my opinion. I found 'Get Out' to be a clever and promising, albeit slightly overhyped directorial debut, and his sophomore follow-up film 'Us' I found rather confusing, clumsily executed, and just overall forgettable, so I went into this one with only modest expectations. And while I found this to be a bit more of a self-assured step in the right direction for Peele, I still don't quite find him to be the next big great director that several others would have you believe he is. I found it to be a slight step above 'Us', but I still believe 'Get Out' remains his best film, but again, this isn't saying much, since I only merely liked it and didn't love it like several others did. However, I can honestly say that this might just be his most tense, whack, and unsettling film yet too for better or worse. There are some genuinely eerie and disturbing moments and images in the film whenever it isn't being bogged down with a slightly excessive amount of set-up and exposition in the first half. One sequence towards the middle of the film involving dozens of theme park-goers being "abducted" has particularly been stuck in my head and haunting me all day long, it was that disturbing and unsettling to me. As for the performances, Kaluuya (who also starred in 'Get Out') gives a bold and confident leading man performance here once again, as does Palmer, whom I've missed seeing in films lately. Steven Yeun is also worth mentioning here as the runner of the theme park with a haunting and troubled past trying to cope with it the only way he knows how: by running a theme park to exploit and profit off of said past. The visuals are also worth a shout-out here, as some are very impressive, while others are pulled off in a more practical way. But overall, between Peele's bonkers screenplay/story, the at times ambitious scope and visuals, and solid performances from all involved, it all comes together to form another confident directorial effort from a flourishing auteur in the making, but also one whose reach exceeds his grasp and lands squarely in "good but not great" territory. I was also struck by the fact that the human reactions and choices were the most realistic I've seen in a horror/alien movie in a long time, maybe ever. After brilliant career starts with “Get Out” (2017) and “Us” (2019), this rising star in the world of filmmaking has lost his way with this one. While I didn’t exactly hate the picture, it underachieves what this director is capable of. Its fairly simple premise is far too stretched out, padded with material that’s somewhat predictable and adds little to the development of the overall narrative. What’s more, the film lacks much of the humor and signature fright moments that characterized the filmmaker’s previous two works, coming across as flatter than those pictures. Add to that some plot devices that don’t make sense, a big reveal that comes far too early on in the film, a sleepwalking performance by lead Daniel Kaluuya, a failure of the director to “kill its darlings” and a lack of any appreciably new insights into the phenomenon of ufology, and you’ve got a mix that, sadly, just doesn’t cut it compared to Peele’s caliber. Personally, I’d recommend that prospective viewers wait until this one comes out on cable or streaming services; there’s no need to plunk down full theatrical prices for this disappointing offering. Jordan Peele's take on the alien abduction subgenre of science fiction of horror is fantastic, and people should try to go into the movie as blind as possible. It is obviously the reason why Ricky wants to try to control the alien, but it would be better if it was a little clearer. Expand

It’s not an easy movie to describe, but it’s not a horror movie. It has horror elements not unlike most of M. Night’s work and who’s movies this reminded me of. I think the acting over all is not as good as his last two films and something felt really off with the pacing and lack of character development. The characters are fairly static in how they behave throughout the movie. I think the casting was great, but the polar opposite attitudes of the two leads didn’t fit the tone of the movie for me. The very few other characters that populate this movie left me with way to many questions and it was obvious they where mostly devices there to drive that plot/story forward. I didn’t like how parts of the story are introduced. Not everything was clear on my first viewing of this and I think it might make a bit more sense the next time around. There’s very little gore, but what’s there is haunting. With all of that said fans of Peele’s other movies should absolutely check this out. In many aspects it might be my favorite movie of his so far. Expand

Peele is no fool, he may be a bit foolish in believing that all his ideas are worth more than the sum of their parts however, and the case of "Nope," the title itself being more of reference to "something, something pop culture," isn't an organic word nor a particularly interesting way of hooking your audience. If anything, "Nope," represents everything else that rightfully killed off M. Night Shyamalan's career, but have inexplicably allowed Peele to make more than a handful of middling to terrible movies that offer nothing new or interesting for people to watch or be questionably terrified about.

I've never even heard anyone talk about a Peele movie, I just hear about how many critics seem to think he's some sort of unsung genius. Oh, like "Kubrick," perhaps? Perhaps they meant John Carpenter, or maybe Hitchcock? David Lynch maybe? A genius he must truly be to trick many millions of people into buying tickets or settling around the streaming box on a friday or saturday night to watch the most generic garbage imaginable and then pretend its actually scary. You could make a movie about handpuppets scarier than anything Peele has put out, so perhaps they're thoughtful, introspective and intellectual dissections of our society today and the problems we face every year as human beings? Fat chance when you're literally ripping off "Invasion of the body snatchers," and ironically become the thing you were paying "homage" too to begin with. He's right, we should feel truly humbled by his brilliance, we are the idiots that keep buying into his mediocre mainstream horror ideas that couldn't scare Stephen King on a cocaine binge at three o'clock in the morning after 72 hours without sleep.

In short, the twist in this film is so stupid that it physically hurts to think about. Stop encouraging this man to make movies.

Some people are saying that this is a masterpiece. Nope... it's most certainly not one. But it's definitely not bad by any means like some others are saying. I've seen a lot of alien movies, but I respect how incredibly unique this was. That's rare. The creature looked dope AF! The design was fantastic, and the concept was really good. I would say this creature is now one of my new favorites when it comes to original and creative alien ideas. There were some funny parts, but I feel like they had a funny scene or a specific thing, like "nope", and repeated it multiple times knowing it would get laughs. Whoever did the cinematography did really well! I loved the cinematography. I enjoyed the characters for the most part, but many were sort of lacking. They're not very memorable to me. In these kinds of movies, I don't know if "memorable characters" really matter, per se, because the entire point is the alien. I still liked them tho, especially OJ. He was my favorite. The pacing at the beginning for me was kind of slow for a bit and they added some things that, to me, were kind of irrelevant to the story. It didn't feel like 2hrs 11mins, but I feel like they still could have made it a tad shorter. The plot was... meh. Not anything too exciting or motivating. There were certain things about the alien that didn't really make sense to me. And a few things that were figured out by OJ that made me think to myself, "how did he even figure that out?" Other than that, I rather enjoyed this film, especially when I thought I wasn't going to like it because I didn't really like Us. Anyway, this was a creative, unique, and well-rounded movie/story and if Jordan Peele continues in this direction then I'm sure to enjoy much more of his films. Expand

I don’t want to delve too deep into this one early because I think to do so gives up some of the fun and I stand in solidarity with UK brothers. If Top Gun: Maverick reminded me of the kind of sincere blockbuster filmmaking of the 1980s than Nope feels like the kind of Spielberg spectacle of the 90s. It’s maybe Peele’s least metaphorical but still every bit as pointed as his previous work. It’s easily the most visually astounding film of the year and a massive step-up for Peele as a filmmaker. Peele’s imagination mixed with Hoyte Van Hoytema’s eye, my god, sublime. See this on the biggest IMAX screen you can, makes all the films with a budget of 100mil more look rough in comparison

This is because "Nope" is his second movie in a row that starts out intriguing but just falls apart at the end.

For the first two-thirds of the film, "Nope" maintains an aura of suspense that makes you wonder where Peele is going with this. The setup is strong, and the imagery riveting. There's a hint of something high-concept that Peele wants to get at, which is partly due to the expectations after "Get Out" but also partly due to the way he delivers information. But then it just...sort of...devolves into a regular-ass horror movie. It's not a terrible movie, but it's not what it wants to be or could have been.

What's even more confounding is that he includes flashback sequences to a horrific event that seems to foreshadow what's going on in the present. By the end of the film, however, I can only speculate on why those sequences were included other than to ratchet up the sense of dread and add length to the film.

If he had followed any one of the high-concept themes (animals rebelling, the modern phenomenon everyone watching everyone else, etc.) the movie seems to be getting at in different points of the movie, this could have been a really thought-provoking film. In the end, however, Peele is just throwing ideas at the camera while not really making them cohere.

This movie is visually stunning. A lot of humor and solid performances from everyone. Will need a few more viewings to unpack some things, but loved the take on a UFO film. Can't wait for Peele's next film, as I've loved his first three.

A very enjoyable film from start to finish. Beautifully shot, well edited. It’s more interested in creating the emotions of its story than telling you every detail, which I think works for a movie like this. It gives you a ride.

While it does feel a little drawn out at times, the movie would just as well work as a 3 episode mini series. Keke Palmer is a theif!!! She really stole the show. Peele has a talent of making a very focused story with a small cast. I can't wait to see what he does next!

The first hour of the movie is amazing and is setting a very intriguing atmosphere. Quite unique in it's style. The rest of the movie and the ending feels very underwhelming. Was expecting much more.
