Terrible movie, boring, lousy jokes, the personal ones were completely ruined, nothing more than political pamphlets, that's already out of fashion, Disney is already a synonym for disaster, mediocrity, toxic politics, zero entertainment, toxic wokeism to the maximum, racist comments that Disney did not go out to fail, Disney is a failure R.I.P Disney. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The movie was just ok, not bad, but definitely not good. The best thing about it was sub-mariner, but since he was the antagonist, of course he had to lose. Showed black panther for about 10 minutes the entire movie. They tried to force a lot of emotion, probably would've been better if it came out closer to Chadwick's death (RIP). iron heart served no purpose in this movie, probably should've been a short cameo to introduce her instead of being essential to the plot. The visuals and soundtrack were great. Expand

Angela Basset es lo mejor de esta película. Lo peor es el CGI que sigue fallando en Marvel. En cuanto al guion, salvo algunas conveniencias típicas de estas películas, resulta aceptable.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The beginning and end segments of this movie are absolutely fantastic. It handles the real life death of it's lead actor with more grace and class than any other sequel I can think of.

Unfortunately, the issue is in what's between the beginning and the end. I can hear the Disney corporate committee planning on this movie, "Hmm. They liked Thanos and Killmonger, let's merge the two for the villain this time. Oh, and since they like Wakanda, let's make the villain be from a secret super advanced society very similar to Wakanda. It will be like a Killermonger/Thanos lead Wakanda versus the actual Wakanda. Kind of like the climax of the last film, which the audience liked." Despite this overly safe set-up, Namor is still pretty solid as the antagonist and while he's no Magento (sorry, Namor is not right) it's functional.

What doesn't work is Ironheart. Riri Williams does not belong in this movie. It's a disservice to Wakanda Forever and it's a disservice to Ironheart. Riri should have had her own standalone origin movie and she feels completely shoehorned into this movie. Riri distracts needlessly from the Wakanda narrative and, clearly, is only introduced here because Disney doesn't have the integrity to launch Riri in her own standalone film.

On the note of compromising Wakanda in order to put narrative focus on Riri. The worst decision this film makes is have Queen Ramonda - a powerful mature woman of color - sacrifice herself in order to save Riri. This is a repeat of Marvel's mishandling of it's female authority figure in Thor: Dark World but it hits even harder here because it's a colossal waste of a talented, engaged actress. Apparently Angela Bassett challenged the decision but was told, "don't worry. It's comics, dead people come back all the time." Which is garbage storytelling and completely undermines the narrative stakes. What a terrible misstep. At least have the Queen lay down her life to save her own people or her own family, to just sacrifice the strongest female authority figure in the story for some stranger - just like Queen Frigga in Thor: Dark World - is an absolute waste.

So, ultimately, the beginning and end are very good. Marvel plays it too safe in the middle acts, distracts from Wakanda by shoehorning in the next franchise, and needlessly kills off one of Black Panther's best characters. The visuals and sound are top notch, just what you'd expect, but most of the heart from this one comes from the off screen death of T'chala.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It wasn't as good as the first one. It's pretty on par with Iron Man 2 (overstuffed) but I liked IM2 more than most. A few notes..

The Namor change is fine and kind of make sense however, I think they could have better explained how they became the Talokanil and how he's a mutant.

You're gonna tell me that a skinny Shuri with no real combat training whatsoever can beat a warrior Namor who might be "as strong as the Hulk"?

Also, they kind of just threw in Ironheart in here as she plays no integral part to the story. It could have been any random scientist that made the vibranium machine.

I think they should have waited longer to do the sequel or they just should have recast T'challa. He was too important of a character to kill off in the MCU. The franchise could have been so much more.

I did feel that the movie didn’t need to be as long as it was. They could have cut it down. They also didn’t need multiple funeral scenes. Black Panther 2 without the Black Panther is Disney Marvel's dumbest folly yet. Delay and recast were the way to go with this sequel. Way too long running time to sit through a plot so boring and incoherent. Disney so focused on identity politics and virtue signalling forgot to put the brakes on the director and writers throwing everything up the wall and using what sticks. The Namor character was so far removed from the classic origins of the old Marvel comics, he just came across like a big joke with that ludicrous backstory. The Shuri character is less annoying in this one than she was in the 1st Black Panther film but nevertheless, unable to carry the weight of the film on her tiny narrow shoulders. Angela Bassett was acting like...Angela Bassett as she's been doing for the past 10 years. A fantastic actress that was given a stupid plot and reasoning to go against the wishes of Namor that sparked the tensions and war. The Dora Milaje female warriors were even more insufferable this time round than ever before, quite frankly on this evidence, they'd beat the old Avengers and Thanos in one afternoon the way the director has amped them up with nothing more than carry shields and extendable staffs. That leaves the worst character in the film - Riri Williams aka "Ironheart", the teenage 19-year-old genius from the age of 3 first built her own powered Iron suit??? Yeah ok Disney. More Z-list characters to contend with and roll your eyes at as the world awaits yet another Disney+ content tv show starring Ironheart in 2023. In this film she yet another Disney heroine with a sulky bad attitude that knows everything and is the key to everything - a well-used and tired Disney trope at this point. The two scenes dedicated to the late great star Chadwick Boseman were exploitive at best, ill-advised at worst. Of course, I understand the cast and crew wishing to pay tribute to their former cast member, but what was served just didn't hit me in the feels the way the film wishes it did. Everyone has said it already, they should've recast the Black Panther role instead of killing him off, what a dumb decision. Now the franchise has blackballed itself behind the glaring fact that T'Challa is no more, again a choice that just didn't work. A very poor and disappointing film. Black Panther 2 is a mess of a film that ultimately dishonours the late star. Expand

It's well acted for the most part, has some decent visuals, everyone involved is clearly trying but... yeah, it's mediocre. It drags along at a snails pace - it feels like a thousand mile journey and the car is starting to chug and break down during the last bit and you just can't wait to see the finish line. This should have been cut back by a good 45 minutes.

And again, it's almost all due to the script. A nonsensical villain and a plot with more holes than a swiss cheese, where characters do things 'just because' rather than because they're following any logic in the parameters of the universe they're in.

For me, Wakanda Forever is a shame. A swing and a miss, but at least they legitimately did try to hit.

I never write reviews for movies, however I’m willing to break that streak in order to rage about this movie.

Going into the theater, my expectations were very low. I haven’t been a big fan of Marvel’s latest content, and I didn’t even watch any trailers for Wakanda Forever beforehand. But I can say, that at the time of writing this review I’ve already seen it twice on opening weekend and I LOVED each showing!

I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions about this film, and it makes me a bit sad because I actually really enjoyed it.

First of all, I want to give props to the cast and crew for completing such a masterpiece under the most dire circumstances. I’m a filmmaker myself, and it’s truly one of the most difficult and emotionally taxing professions out there. But the team that worked on for “Wakanda Forever” nailed it in so many ways. I could feel the love on screen, and the passion they have for this story.

Without giving out spoilers, I want to address the elephant in the room… that is; the fact all of the side characters from the first black panther film are now the main characters in the sequel. Pulling this off must’ve been an incredibly difficult feat for the producers, but I think they succeeded.

The talk of the town is obviously Shuri. Wether you enjoyed her character in the previous films or not, I think she made a fantastic protagonist. Don’t get me wrong, I was skeptical, especially since she was mainly the comic relief in the first film… but, in this film she had every quality a protagonist should have, but she was still flawed. Also the way they portrayed her grief was very accurate. They really showed how grief changes a person, and the loss of her brother really causes her personality to shift; thus, making her the perfect character to center the story around.

I won’t get into too many details, but act 3 nailed it for me. The emotions were high, and I love the way they piled on the trouble for our new protagonist. The post credits scene also had me in tears.

All in all, Wakanda Forever is not my favorite Marvel film, but it’s my best one I’ve seen in years. I will watch this film over and over again without tiring of it, because in my opinion it’s the best film in phase 4 of the MCU.

The question of “is the sequel better than the first?” shouldn’t even apply. Both Black Panther films are vastly different, and I like them both for different reasons. I think it’s unfair to compare the two, considering the fact that the main actor passed away and the story had to shift without choice. But, this film pays a beautiful tribute to him, and I enjoyed every second of it.

Overall, I hope y’all give this movie a chance. Yes, it has its flaws, but there are more positives than negatives. Please don’t let someone else’s opinion become yours before watching the movie. I’ve seen a lot of people hating on this film, and I don’t understand why. It was great. Not perfect. But great. I think the talented filmmakers behind this movie did an excellent job crafting a meaningful story about loss and family, and managed to make it fun and entertaining, whilst still being grounded in the moral values that made me fall in love with these characters in the first place.

It’s the kind of film that shows comic book movies can indeed go beyond action sequences and endless explosions to offer viewers something more meaningful and substantial, a result capable of silencing critics like filmmaker Martin Scorsese, who blanketly contend that these releases are without artistic merit. What’s more, this second outing in the franchise has undoubtedly saved it from oblivion after losing its lead character in the wake of its initial outing with the untimely death of protagonist Chadwick Boseman. In addition to telling a compelling story, this film provides a credible bridge to the future while fittingly serving as a respectful tribute to its fallen star, one that honors the actor in a way that the movie industry unfortunately never did. Its tactful, reverential treatment of this issue is sure to evoke an emotional response, if not a few tears, in a truly loving but not maudlin way. Beyond that, the narrative and character development in this installment are also a significant cut above the original, telling a more engaging story with deftly nuanced themes that make its predecessor look comparatively simple. It also features fine performances by its ensemble cast, particularly Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, and, most notably, Angela Bassett in a genuinely Oscar-worthy portrayal. But what’s most impressive is the film’s handling of its principal themes, delving into concepts that action-adventure offerings rarely, if ever, do, and certainly not as capably addressed as here (making pictures like “The Woman King” appear somewhat amateurish by comparison). To be sure, there are a few elements that might have been handled better (the picture is a little too long, it underutilizes the talents of Winston Duke, and there are a few too many James Cameron-esque graphic and cinematic attributes reminiscent of “Avatar” (2009) and “The Abyss” (1989)), but these are minor shortcomings in comparison to everything else the picture has to offer. Of course, it’s impossible to talk about this release without noting that it probably wouldn’t have the same onscreen impact were it not for the tragic offscreen story that has sadly accompanied it, though the filmmakers truly deserve praise for their sensitive handling of this matter without giving in to cheap exploitation or sensationalism, results that may very well have occurred in lesser-skilled hands. It’s truly comforting to see that the “Black Panther” franchise has managed to weather this storm and to do so as well as it has. Wakanda Forever indeed. Expand

HeWakanda Forever proves to be a great end to an otherwise inconsistent phase 4. Ryan Coogler truly nails the story, direction, and cinematography of this film, adding depth and impressive camerawork to the MCU that oftentimes feels missing. He also adds complex themes regarding grief, vengeance, and nationalism that leave the audience thinking in the end about the content of the film, rather than just mindlessly consuming it like some MCU movies. Additionally, the characters (namely Shuri and Namor, who deserves his own series or movie) and actors associated with them, are phenomenal, although I did find the inclusion of both Riri Williams and Everett Ross to be superfluous. The action sequences are also much improved over the first film thanks to better (but still sometimes middling) CGI. As difficult as this movie was to get made given the circumstances surrounding its production, Ryan Coogler and company still manage to create another very compelling project that hopefully is a sign of better things to come for an MCU that's been getting stale and mixed in quality. YIBAMBE! YIBAMBE!

Welcome back Streamers. The long awaited Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has finally hit the theaters. Chadwick may not be with us but he’ll never be forgotten. Let’s jump into it!

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is a spectacle. High flying action sequences, underwater sequences, pounding music, costumes and set design galore, WHALES! I mean, what isn’t in this movie. The movie features a diversity of almost everything to the likes that Marvel really hasn’t explored before, but as the TV shows pile up and Wakanda is revisited, Disney is getting the hang of it. We have storylines and themes that speak to the new generations coming into their own: allowing your culture to be a part of who you are but not all of who you are; the divide between technology and tradition don’t have to be polar opposites; it’s ok to be young black and gifted, etc. Ryan Coogler, Joe Robert Cole and crew really put thought into this movie.

WITH THAT SAID, I feel like this movie’s storyline was a bit rushed, and the attention to detail and thought put into the first Black Panther is far superior to this sequel. The movie felt a bit more business than culture this time around. Maybe that’s because the movie takes its time to honor our fallen Panther, Chadwick Boseman, but a larger part of it is that Disney has this Marvel franchise of a giant Phase wheel. It would be interesting to find out how this movie would’ve gone if Marvel waited a couple more years to produce this film and actually recast T’Challa. I think the decision to not recast will play a huge role in the success of the MCU storylines to come. But enough about that.

Since Wakanda Forever is missing its anchor in Boseman’s T’Challa, the remainder of the cast has to step up to give this movie life. Each cast member delivers the goods. The Queen, Angela Bassett, is commanding as Ramonda. Her family has been devastated, but her confidence and regal nature has not suffered one bit. Bassett has the gravitas to play a queen, but she never feels out of place in this action epic. Also, a lot falls on the shoulders of Letitia Wright. Shuri was the smart, wisecracking baby sister of T’Challa in the first movie, but now, she’s had to mature because of the tragedy that her family and people have suffered. Wright brings that grief and resilience to screen. It is true that she doesn’t have the magnetism that Boseman had, but she does very well to fill those big shoes. Then, Danai Gurira and Winston Duke add spice to their scenes and bring humor and lightness to what could have been a very heavy movie. Also, Tenoch Huerta brings the villain to life. There is a very cool design to Namor and he’s a formidable guy.

Finally, I have to specifically highlight the costumes by Ruth E. Carter. She won an Oscar for designing the costumes in Black Panther. She designed some fantastic costumes in Wakanda Forever. The funeral scenes are transcendent because of the vibrant costumes on display. The overall design of the movie is really remarkable and helps to bring the whole story to life, both in Wakanda and the underwater world of Talokan.

Long movie short, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is a classic Marvel superhero movie with an elegant tribute to our fallen panther, Chadwick Boseman. Wakanda Forever brings hard-hitting action, technology, cool costumes, and culture to the big screen. It’s great to see diversity of different types expanding in the Marvel and Disney family. Other than the movie being super long but normal for Marvel movies, the rest of the movie is enjoyable and normal to watch. Grab a big box of fresh popcorn and enjoy this spectacle of a movie.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I can't believe that they decided to kill the character of Black Panter when they could recast the actor. Black Panter is a super cool super hero. I'm sorry for the actor dead but tbh killing the character was not the best/smartest movement. Our beloved hero dies off screen!!!! They could give us an epic final battle, but they way they do it off screen is very poorly executed.

The worst part was Ironheart ... with this and shows like she-hulk they are destroying the MCU.

And the best Marvel movie since Endgame.

The music is very Good. the movie avoids the excess of « tribal scenes » that were so cliché in the first one.

It avoids also the excess of « action/battle scenes » to focus on the characters and their motivations/inner battle…

A very good Marvel.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This movie is very disrespectful to Boseman as he is portrayed as an inferior to Killmonger.
WTH dude, the mans final role ever and this is how Disney sends him off?

A certain character's demise is very stupid and seems to be added to evoke a reaction from the audience. Controversies aside, most of the acting here is also very sub-par. Queen Ramonda is played well by Basset, but everyone else falls short. Somehow it feels like a bad Marvel TV show that's been compressed into a movie. It's basically She-hulk but a movie. (Of course Loki is amazing and I wouldn't besmirch that, there still are a few gems among the Marvel slogfest shows)

Might just be me, but I'm feeling burnt out on Marvel. Every movie just feels like an Ad for the next thing. Ironheart in this movie only exists as an Ad for her Disney+ show, there's already a tech genius in the movie, why would you need another one...

Except Shang-Chi and No way home, everything has been painfully mediocre in Phase 4.
Hopefully Kang somehow saves this mess in the next Antman, fingers crossed.

Expand

Watching it’s hard not to miss Chadwick Boseman, but with the amazing performances from Letita Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke and Angela Bassett Chadwick would be proud. Also, with newcomers Tenoch Huerta (Namor) and Dominique Thorne (Ironheart) both bringing new energy to an already stellar cast. With the death of T’Challa Wakanda is without a protector showing to world that Wakanda might just be defenseless which would be proven wrong otherwise. Thanks to the would-be powers of the world provoking Wakanda for their Vibranium it also brings into conflict Talokan the home of Namor and his people to also processing a Vibranium source of their own. Wakanda Forever gives us action, drama, story and expands on the ever-growing universe that is the MCU. Expand

I went in expecting to be entertained, and left disappointed. Disney made yet another soulless product devoid of depth. Characters were bland and the acting was heartless. The story lagged and the 3rd act was a cobbled together mess.

It was basically a Disney+ show released in theatrical form.

If you are suffering from insomnia - this movie may help. If you want to be entertained, watch anything else.

It's Different than the old one, but its Amazing!

Since the 1st time release of Black Panther, the Black Panther world has never been disappointing! Full of surprises. I didn't expect anything but this new movie was Amazing!

Sadly, the death of Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther Actor) followed by the death of his char which is happening in this movie. This is dedicated to him. Let him Rest In Peace. Then, the story begins, sorry no spoiler.

Visually, I really love this movie because the Wakanda world is very rich in culture & modern tech. BUT, there is greater visual than Wakanda World! A new world! Sorry, no spoiler. Besides, their people and world give us goosebumps sensations such as we live in an ethnic tribe. Their costume, rituals, and voices are unique which I love it!

More satisfaction comes from their music and new story plot. This is unexpected for normal moviegoers like me (not a Marvel geek). Since the movie started, I keep wondering about what is gonna happen and how it's gonna end in this movie. Lastly, my current fav's rock song is well-delivered in this movie, lol. They launched a new album this year, sorry tidbits.

However, this movie is too long, almost 3 hrs. Looks like Marvel has a new tendency to create long movies since Avengers Trilogy. But, it is no prob, I already dealt with it with took caffeine intake before the cinema!

Long story short, don't miss it! Great superhero movie and everything is amazing! Moral values? Proper and not too much. There are also 2 mid-credit scenes on the beach which implied that the black panther would return.

8/10.

It would take too long to talk about everything since there was so much going on in this film, so I’ll keep this brief. Tenoch Huerta was great as Namor and did an excellent job introducing this character to the MCU. Angela Bassett was a standout! Every scene she was in was full of emotion and power. And of course, Letitia Wright handled all of Shuri’s trials, tribulations and character development amazingly. All of the fight scenes were a blast to watch, but my favorite fight was Okoye's vs Attuma

All that said, the movie maybe felt a bit TOO long and some of the scenes could have been tightened up a bit, namely all the CIA scenes, they just kind of dragged on a bit for my taste. If you were a fan of the first “Black Panther” movie, you’ll love this sequel.

This movie was made to exploit African culture, while also making it seem it's about black empowerment or black culture when it is not about any of that.

First they couldn't have explained T'Challa death in a worst way. Do the writers think people suffer from memory loss?! So they were able to freeze the Winter Soldier, but given T'Challa situation no one even thought about that. If you're smart and you think about everything all the movies have shown you, then you'll never accept the explanation given to T'Challa death. Which only shows how much the writers really care about Chadwick Boseman, that they couldn't have given him a death worthy of the man he was in life but also who the character Black Panther is.

The story of the movie itself is as simple as it can get. Riri Williams, builds something that does something and Namor or should I call him Ne-mour sees that thing as a threat to his kingdom and power. Ne-mour thinks his and Wakanda interests align until he sees that they do not.

And that's it, all the conflict and fights begin here.

Shuri or should I say Letitia Wright, not only fails to transmit the emotions typical with grieving and loss, but how she becomes the new Black Panther was pure plot convenience. Also considering how she achieves it, you're also left wondering how did T'Challa even died at all. Even her fight with wannabe Namor, it leaves you wonder if she added some Wolverine DNA to what she did. As Black Panther she doesn't convinces, and she didn't took her role as seriously as she should have.

The character Riri Williams that pretty much sets the fuse to the entire conflict, if she had only done that and offered Shuri some help becoming Black Panther, that would've been enough. More than enough. But no. They had to go Rey Palpatine on her, and the way she becomes Ironheart is an insult to Tony Stark Iron Man. The way she builds the suit the way she just uses it... It screams Mary Sue.

As for Wakanda itself. They went so over the top to create the illusion that the movie cares about African culture, that they overused it to the point it became ridiculous. There are many choices to pick from, but pay attention to how the holographic barrier that keeps Wakanda hidden is lowered. You'll see the culture abuse right there, because you're witnessing a technological process that doesn't need to have all that spectacle. The spectacle is in the movie to deceive the viewer too hypnotized to realize the absurdity being shown.

Also the way they handle Riri Williams at first, for a society that is supposed to be so advanced, so open minded, about equality, and so much better than all other cultures. They sure handle that with the finesse of a barbarian.

This movie will fool you if you're not paying attention. It will pretend to be about equality when they show they couldn't care less about that. It will pretend that the fight is about some grand motive, when it comes down to who has access to a specific resource. That resource can almost be considered the movie main character. It will pretend that this movie is about black culture, black empowerment, but it just ends up showing that regardless of skin color cultures share the same flaws and fight the same fights.

A few performances were solid, like that of Angela Bassett. But other performances were just laughable, like that of Tenoch Huerta that can't even say Namor as Namor is actually said.

Overall this is an average movie. With a completely predictable story and with so many plot holes that you can see how much care and hard work was actually put into creating this movie. They knew that by using Chadwick Boseman passing, and by filling the screen with what passes for African culture, they didn't need to actually write a good story.

And while some may allowed themselves to fall for this illusionist trick, I for one was never tricked one single time. Average movie at best and I'm being generous, considering some flaws even in the special effects department can easily justify and even lower score.

It’s hard to imagine this franchise without him and his loss is felt throughout this sequel. Although not as good as the first Black Panther movie it’s still one of the better post Avengers: Endgame movies.

The nation of Wakanda are still in mourning over the death of King T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) and now face a new threat. Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Princess Shuri (Letitia Wright) and Okoye (Danai Gurira) must fight to protect their home against multiple threats coming their way. With other nations desperate to get their hands on some precious vibranium to a new nation making themselves known and without the Black Panther to protect Wakanda they must do whatever it takes to defend their home and people.

It’s clear everyone is still feeling the huge loss of Chadwick Boseman and this obviously created problems for the cast and crew to continue the franchise and despite everything I feel they did the best they could under the circumstances. Director Ryan Coogler made the right call not to recast T’Challa and even though his character is missed it’s paved the way for a new Black Panther to take over.

The performances from the cast are the best thing about Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Letitia Wright steps up as Princess Shuri, Angela Bassett is a show stealer in every scene she’s in. Honestly the woman never gives a bad performance. We also have the return of Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke and Danai Gurira. All excellent characters, well written and with more room now to develop them. Wakanda Forever has more heart and deeper themes running throughout compared to some of the other rubbish being churned out in the superhero genre.

Every single comic book movie is only as good as their villain/antihero, you can have an amazing movie with a perfect cast but get the villain wrong and it will suffer. Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan) in Black Panther was a tough act to follow and unfortunately Namor (Tenoch Huerta) didn’t quite live up to expectations. As the story progresses it eventually ends up at the big showdown. Ultimately being a giant lackluster fight scene although at least it didn’t feature a giant blue laser or some other ridiculous nonsense. The action sequences are a huge let down but everything else from the emotion, the costume designs and another exceptional score by Ludwig Göransson are the best thing about Wakanda Forever. Thankfully it’s not overloaded with endless slow-motion action sequences and messy fight scenes. It’s far more emotional than expected and you can feel the grief through it all.

A common issue that is cropping up in more and more movies, particularly superhero movies these days is the state of the CGI. The CGI in many of the Marvel and DC films seems to be getting worse with every new movie, this isn’t helped when more and more of them now rely so heavily on it. It’s difficult to single out scenes that don’t incorporate some form of special effects and sure fair enough when Black Panther has created new worlds that need to be shown with CGI fine, use it where necessary but if there’s not enough time to make it look good then more time is clearly needed to finish it. There is another film on the horizon that’s also going to feature underwater blue people and they’re going to be compared to each other, there’s no getting around that. Visual effects have improved in recent years, so when you look at a film like War For the Planet of the Apes and see where the bar is, it’s not good enough to release something beneath that level. Thor: Love and Thunder, Black Adam and now Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, as I said before either pay the VFX artists better or allow more time to make it actually look decent.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever although not as good as the first Black Panther is an entertaining sequel. You’ll enjoy it in the moment despite it being overly long. And yes, there’s a mid-credits scene that is definitely worth staying for. Recommended for the Marvel fans.

Finally - and I thought it was just me until i read similar online, but it’s quite hard to make out some of what’s going on due to it being really dark in certain parts of the movie. It reminded me of that episode of GoT where you could see nothing but black. Expand

Black Panther Wakanda Forever is good despite of lengthy drama scenes that felt unnecessary at times. That tribute to Boseman is a nice flare though.

Best Marvel movie in this phase. Finally a good movie with it's own character not focusing just on countless cameos. This level is suppoesd to be a standard for the MCU

Wow so Wakanda has no men? All women? I’m so done with the mcu. What is it with replacing everyone with less entertaining female characters. Why not just have both? I’m never again spending money on this garbage woke company

Awful and boring, it "clicks" with some people because all they need is emotional driven crap to like a movie.

Don't see this movie, if you're someone who actually uses their brain, you'll realize quickly that you're watching crap.

So let's compare the development of two civilizations 1. Wakanda We have Planes, armor and sonic weapons, powerful weapons, Vibranium based technology 2. Namor. The most boring and irrelevant mcu movie in years. This cinema revolves more and more around politics and less and less around fun sci-fi. Not recommended. Do not waste your money or time.
