Just like the title, this follow-up feels longer. Al Gore is back to amplify his treatise about the terrifying effects of global warming. The core message makes it dramatically clear that climate change is our fault and we can fix it. This isJust like the title, this follow-up feels longer. This is told with effective statistics and sometimes astonishing visuals. Since this is a sequel, there's more of Gore travelling around the world meeting with people. As a film, it starts to bog down with his behind-the-scenes proceedings at the Paris Agreement. Even so, the amplification of his original message is more vital than ever, which makes the film important.… Expand

I'm a big supporter of former VP Al Gore's environmental efforts. I think his hard work - displayed here - to help protect the planet from fossil fuel-caused climate change is well worthy of admiration. There are some fascinating sections,I'm a big supporter of former VP Al Gore's environmental efforts. I think his hard work - displayed here - to help protect the planet from fossil fuel-caused climate change is well worthy of admiration. There are some fascinating sections, such as the footage of Greenland's glaciers starting to crumble. But I didn't learn much from watching this. Instead of being an informative and/or intriguing documentary, this seemed more like a long infomercial for Gore's campaign and for Gore himself.… Expand
