MalcF.Jan 10, 2003A modern day rip-off of the Bitmap Brother's classic game Speedball. This doesn't cut to the chaste in the same way. It certainly won't be causing me to get blisters on my hands like the original did. I can't stand lack of originality - they should have licensed a Speedball port from the Bitmap Brothers and given us the game the way it should be.

BrianD.Jan 6, 2003Why anyone would spend money to buy this game is beyond me, seems alot similiar to bombing run on unreal championship exept for two things, no guns and not on XBL.

UterDec 23, 2003The animation and graphics are surprisingly weak, but the gameplay can be fun. It's basically soccer where you can carry and throw the ball (well it's a disk) into an upright goal. I feel that the gameplay is a bit too simple, but the swearing and brutality was enjoyable to witness.

I'm hooked and I won't stop playing for a long, long time. What is Deathrow? Pure joy.

Amazing visuals, strong audio, great depth both single player and multiplayer wise, beautiful presentation and solid all around gameplay makes Deathrow one of the hottest and most underrated titles of the year.

Maybe its name has allowed it to slip under the proverbial radar. This game isn't about incarcerated inmates waiting to die. In fact, they should have called it Profanity-laced, Ass-kicking, Super, Glowing, Futuristic Frisbee Fest 2002.
