    ok let me start this by asking what do we want when we want to play games? simply having fun alright in that matter there are lots of elements to achieve that for example shooting designing or the unexpected stories of the game and the freedom it offers we know very well that Bethesda games like fallout and elder scrolls try to full all these elements in their own way in these gamesok let me start this by asking what do we want when we want to play games? simply having fun alright in that matter there are lots of elements to achieve that for example shooting designing or the unexpected stories of the game and the freedom it offers we know very well that Bethesda games like fallout and elder scrolls try to full all these elements in their own way in these games they're making , i love Skyrim i believe it's the most complete game i prefer it over gta v because the freedom it gives and wonderful choices to make and their effects on the game world yes rockstar games are the best but I want to have my own style my own way in doing missions kill or talk or steal while in gta v you can't do anything but following what they want so it's just like a movie with great details and great story more than a game where you can be what ever you want in whatever you like while rockstar games the only freedom you get is only by changing your clothes or your hair unlike starfeild or Skyrim they're trying to make the ultimate free world game for us in their way and I really think they're doing a good job i mean there's a lot for them to make it better but they have the correct vision for it , it's definitely not starfeild but maybe in the future with elder scrolls 6 i hope… Expand

    Really amazing RPG game so far! The playable world and the options you have seem to be near endless. It's really easy to lose yourself in interesting sidequests in Starfields immersive universe. The game has a lot of small mechanics one might not understand in the beginning, and it takes a few hours of gaming to get the hang of it.

    Starfield lives up the billing as the next great Bethesda RPG. It is a more polished version of Skyrim or Fallout. The quests are fantastic. The gunplay is much improved. And, of course, the RPG elements of the game are off-the-charts. It does not hold your hand. You have to figure out how to get new ships, upgrade them, and you have to learn how to dogfight.     Loving the game so far! Already beat it and have done New Game+ as well. Completed most faction quest lines and found them enjoyable and more like mini main quests than previous titles where it's obvious they are merely side quests strung together. I was a little let down that it didn't have seamless landing and takeoff from planets such as in no man's sky but it's not the worst thingLoving the game so far! Also, as ES4 Oblivion being my favorite ES, I really enjoy some of the Oblivion elements they brought back for this game. Hearing Ron Hopes voice actor made me very happy, however it would have been funny if they added voice lines such as STOP, YOU VIOLATED THE LAW!… Expand

    It's a great game. Nice story, It's not comparable as Fallout 76. Has some mechanics from Bethesda RPGs and has a good story. I can explore planets and the load screens are fast.
    I used to play Frontier Elite, from 90's and Starfield have much more fun. I can play as a pirate, an universe explorer or follow the missions. There are some bugs, but nothing annoying.

    Classic Bethesda formula, jumping between planets can feel tedious from time to time, however there is always something new to discover and do.

    Honestly a 8/10 but due to some weirdos review bombing games I'm setting it as 10

    This is certainly the best Bethesda experience I had since Oblivion and Fallout 3.

    I am only about 30 hours or so in, and so far the game and especially the story does not disappoint! I also like how the game allows for multiple play-styles. You can move around quickly or take your time taking it all in. Space combat is fun and bombastic. Physics in this game really is next level. Also    This is certainly the best Bethesda experience I had since Oblivion and Fallout 3.

    Highly recommended... Don't mind the review bombers, the vast majority have obviously never played the game.

    I absolutely love this game! The main story quest is long, robust, and insane so far and New Game+ keeps things interesting. Even after tons of game play, since early access, there's still a lot I haven't done yet. :)

    This Game looks so nice and for a person who always loved Astronomy is it more genius. The way you skill your character and improve it or find some new random planets from over 1000 of it. It's just great. Ok if you cannot search completely every stone from every over 1000 planets. Who cares? And who wants it? Enjoy this Game and be happy

    Empezaré por decir que el juego creó tan demasiada expectativa que a causa de eso hubo muchos usuarios que se animaron y experimentaron por primera vez un juego de Bethesda y al estilo Fallout. Que no tenían experiencia o conocimiento en como son esos juegos, en como se manejan y como funcionan. A causa de esto se llevaron una gran decepción ya que no era el juego que esperaban, dónde todoEmpezaré por decir que el juego creó tan demasiada expectativa que a causa de eso hubo muchos usuarios que se animaron y experimentaron por primera vez un juego de Bethesda y al estilo Fallout. Que no tenían experiencia o conocimiento en como son esos juegos, en como se manejan y como funcionan. A causa de esto se llevaron una gran decepción ya que no era el juego que esperaban, dónde todo iba a ser sencillo de entender, todo iba a estar espectacular o todo iba a ser de interés (que la mayoría de las cosas si lo son). Ahora habiendo dicho esto, el juego no tiene el comienzo mas icónico o memorable, y si le sumas que a más de alguno le resultaría difícil de comprender las mecánicas o menús al comienzo pues resulta en una mala experiencia para el jugador casual o no acostumbrado a ese tipo de juegos.

    Por otro lado, el juego tiene tantas virtudes más allá de la limitada exploración espacial o los viajes por menús o planetas carentes de estructuras que llamen la atención. El juego tiene una gran variedad de historias, acontecimientos, personajes, lores y actividades en cada punto que visites y dónde vayas. El juego es de rol, ¡tienes que rolear! vivir el juego como realmente lo merece y esto es jugar con calma, leer, acostumbrarte a los controles, aprender a moverte por su sistema de menús y viajes. Comprender el crafteo y la investigación de cosas en general. Hay muchas armas, muchas habilidades, muchos poderes y muchas maneras de jugar o de abordar cualquier misión, solamente debes tomarte el tiempo. Si eres un jugador experimentado en juegos de Fallout o Elder Scrolls sabrás de lo que hablo.

    Lo que peor está del juego yo diría que es la inteligencia artificial de los enemigos en el combate, se quedan atascados o voltean a otro lado o solamente absorben balas como esponjas cuando tienen más barras de vida. Tus compañeros tienen el clásico síndrome de estorbar o meterse en medio de todo, es algo muy común en sus juegos pero no debería ya de existir eso en pleno 2023.
    También la optimización debería ser mejor en algunos casos, porque en ciertos lugares si llega a dar tirones, no es molesto pero si llama la atención.

    Hay muchos temas de cuales podría hablar del juego pero es que es mejor que todo lo vayas descubriendo por ti mismo. Solo debo decirte que vas a disfrutar mucho las actividades que esconden cada planeta con cada estructura, asentamiento o lugar. Además en el espacio al saltar de sistema en sistema o de planeta en planeta puedes encontrarte naves o estaciones en órbita con grandes momentos.

    Lo recomiendo probar y si te gusta te recomiendo explorar primero todas las actividades para que te vayas familiarizando de la mejor manera con el juego.    … Expand

    I’ve barely scratched the surface of what this game offers, but I’ve still played it every night I could. At first I was concerned with the long treks to new points of interest, but as I learned the new mechanics, and had a better understanding of how fast travel works, the game really opened up. Je veux bien que le jeu ne soit pas irréprochable en termes de bug, de graphisme, de gameplay, mais je trouve exagéré de dire qu'il est tout bonnement mauvais, ou une honte.

Quelle aventure! j'ai été très vite pris par l'univers et par ces histoires annexes, plus que par l'histoire principale. Les mondes sont riches de détails mais déséquilibrés graphiquement. Je ne comprends pas les gens qui se plaignent que beaucoup de planètes soient vide... Vous pensez sérieusement que toutes les planètes abritent des humains ou mêmes des créatures extraterrestres?

    En bref beaucoup de choses à faire certaines répétitives, d'autres très intéressantes et prenantes, un jeu qui promet de belles choses avec des mises à jour et des DLC.    … Expand

Not all missions are action packed but there's always something to do, you have to go out of the way to find empty planets, and there's some learning curve. You also have way more rpg options than fallout 4. You can play be a good karma explorer or a smuggling blood thirsty criminal. Runs fine on my Xbox series s with no issues after about 10 hours in. I personally dont mind 30 fps but the loading screens only take a second. It's got its quirks but overall it's a solid game but it does take an hour or 2 to get into it. It may not be a perfect game but it's far from bad.… Expand

I gave it a 10/10 because it’s the only game so far this year released that deserves & it’ll be a long time before another comes along like it that does.… Expand

    Great game, so much to do and explore. Plenty side missions, ship and base building is fun. Has its "quirks" but its to be expected with a Bethesda title. Not GOTY but definitely a successful release. Well done Bethesda

Unconventional to the likes of previous titles like Skyrim and Fallout 3, there isn’t a famous    Over 150 hours logged, here is what I have to say.

    Despite issues with optimization, a few nagging bugs and a having to navigate a rather underwhelming interface; Bethesda’s personality is on full display in yet another massive installment for one of the industry’s most decorated studios.

    Unconventional to the likes of previous titles like Skyrim and Fallout 3, there isn’t a famous “step out moment” but rather a slow crescendo into what ends up being one of the deepest narrative driven experiences I’ve had in years. There are so many moments that have you feeling like you are playing four or five games in one.

    Starfield is an epic adventure that is worth savoring and is best described as a slow cooked meal- it is the slow cooked meals that are most satisfying.

    The more i play the more i learn to appreciate it. from the story mode to exploring any planet on many solar systems! I love how the game feels old yet new, it definitely keeps the fallout/bethesda vibe there! I recommend this game to anyone on XBOX/PC & for those not on either one of those i feel bad!!

You can, battleship fight them when they try to pull you, or you can choose to go with'em. During the interview, you can choose not to help'em, pay your fine and walk out, you can accept their offer, or you can start gun blazing.

    Your wanna fly down to the surface? It'd be a boring trip! Would you wanna spend money on something majority don't care, and won't even try?
    One or 2 youtubers might try it, but I'll bet, he/she will never do it again. It's life wasting.

    Would you prefer to fly 20 hours (20 years?, 20 light years?) from planet A to planet B (meantime, it's just a boring flight)?
    Or would you prefer, like in a movie, take off, cut, entering a planet, cut, landed, cut, shows that you've "traveled"?

    On a planet, you wanna go to A, but you are at the opposite side of the location. You sure you wanna fly there? Have your even been to overseas? You know how freaking tiring it is to fly 10+hours right?

    I could spend hours here describing how realistic the game is, how well the characters are crafted and how well the story is written. But who cares?     Hace mucho que no esperaba tanto un juego, desde Gear of War 3, Assasssins Creed o algun Street Figther. Me sorprendio mucho la calidad, lo tan libre que es para tomar y hacer lo que quieras. Espere el dia del lanzamiento y no me guie por ningun medio o streamer. La verdad hermoso! si te gusta la ciencia ficcion, el universo, te va a encantar.     Looking forward to some patches and the mods, which hopefully are coming to the S as well.

    One of the best games of all time. BGS took their already excellent formula and improved upon multiple aspects of it, and had a very smooth launch to boot. Inflated my score a bit to counteract all the butthurt Sony Ponies review bombing. Haven’t finished the game yet but I’d say this game is at least a 9-9.5 out of 10. Maybe higher but at least a 9.

    Nice game. Pretty decent graphics. I have a modern computer. 12600k and 6800 no freezes and glitches. I am not a fan of such games, but I played it with pleasure on Gamepass PC. Thanks Microsoft and Bethesda.

    I don't think it's a 10 game, but I gave it a 10 to contrast with the bias of bad ratings. I would give it an 8. I had a lot of fun, I think the stealth mechanics could have been a little better developed, as well as facial features in intense dialogues, small problems.
    Exploration would be more fun if it weren't so randomized every time you land in some corner of a planet. They wanted to give the feeling of infinite possibilities but created an immense lack of interest in random exploration. That's the only point that made me take 2 points out of the game.    … Expand

    If you enjoy the other Bethesda rpgs then you will enjoy this! Another world to get lost in but can be a bit overwhelming at first! In my opinion, the main story is the best storytelling they have done so far in their rpgs. Would highly recommend this game.

    I will say the 30fps on console is a tad annoying, still enjoyable but would love to see some updates into thay area, console dynamic    If you enjoy the other Bethesda rpgs then you will enjoy this!     En 20h que llevo jugando no me parece para nada un mal juego, lo digo por todos los 5 que está recibiendo. Otro punto flaco son las animaciones y expresiones faciales de los personajes que se sienten anticuadas fruto de usar el mismo motor que en Skyrim y fallout. Pero es algo que tampoco rompe la experiencia con el juego. Las quejas con los Menus tampoco las entiendo, a mi parecer son menús sencillos e intuitivos, odio los menús plagados de información ( en muchos casos información inútil ) y con mucha letra pequeña. Yo no me quejo tanto de la i.a de los enemigos pero si de la de tu compañero que en ocasiones se pone delante tuyo en medio de un tiroteo. Todavía no e tenido tiempo de sumergirme en la creación de naves y asentamientos, pero sé que cuando lo aga tendré otras tantas horas más de juego. En definitiva, toda esa gente que le a puesto 5 al juego es porque se pensaban que esto iba a ser un no man's Sky echo por bethesda, pero el no man's Sky es un juego de solo exploración y más exploración, carente de personajes con trasfondo y personalidad y historias con carisma, que es lo que es Starfield.… Expand

    Cons: - NPCs can feel a bit bland at times
    -Graphically this game isnt bad but they are sometimes some very washed out texture or just bad pop ins.
    -Facial animations sometimes looks bad.
    - This game is very very heavy. This can be a pro or a con, but this game can feel very overwhelming at times, and at one specific point if you dont prepare yourself U can feel as if everything you have done was wasted.

    OVERALL: The pros heavily outweigh the cons, This game is an easy 8.5/10, If you love RPGs, or BGS games, then the amount of choices, customizations, open endedness of the world makes it all worth investing time into this game…IJust take your time with it, its not a slow burn, but because of the size and scope you can easily become overwhelmed.     The loadings . Yes it would be great not to have them , but that we most think of what hardware would be capable fondling that . It’s just not possible . The game as a sistem to simulate that ( the so called loading screen) in order do have some things you don’t have others I agree with the animations , especially the facial animations , they could , and I hope they still will put some more work on that .

    The game is massive , and they don’t assist you properly , by the time you understand , you already invest too many hours, they should help people on that regard because it’s not simple.

    The caracter don’t have voice and that is annoying, they say it’s because it’s more immerse , but personally i don’t think so.

    All and all it’s a great game , the story it’s great , the graphic’s amazing , and like any Bethesda game it as a a large margin to evolve over the time , and you can expect that .

    Amazing game. I'm not a huge fan of Bethesda games. And I've gotten extremely bored with Open-World games too. Yeah, I didn't like Skyrim. But this game? Hot damn. I love this game. There is so much to do, so many things grab my attention. I just can't help but ignore the main campaign. The Side-Quest stuff is so interesting.

    Well done Bethesda, I love this masterpiece.

    I'm a Playstation fan giving it 10/10 to counter the fanboys crying about it not being on PS5 because despite years of this nonsense Metacritic apparently still have no methods to counter review bombing.

    The beginning is very slow, you really need a couple hours to get into it.
    Ive experienced a couple of severe bugs which forced me to reload an older save.
    Except a couple of fps drops when loading an area it runs very smoothly for me on an rtx 3070.
    Now ofc releasing a not finished game is a disgusting business practice and truly despicable.

    But its common practice now isnt it?

    So looking past that, Ive experienced a great game with a lot of great stories, I like the gunplay, I like jumping around with a jetpack in different gravities and I like the immense variety the Planets offer.
    Theres a cyberpunk planet, a cowboy planet, a boring "perfect" world planet, a beach planet and I feel like ive barely seen 10% of it all.

    Overall its fun
    Its not perfect, its bugged its big and takes you time to get into it but its not as bad as other players want you to believe.
    Solid 8.

    **spoilers** the random encounters are still Bethesdaesque great, the Colonyship from 2100 that wants to colonise a planet but comes too late becaues they travelled for 200 Years? Or you becoming a Spy for the Government, undermining the Space Pirates just because I stole some stupid Item? Great Fun
    Remember running into Soltitude and seeing the beheading of some guy? Now theres Hostages in a Bank and you can be the one to intervene, with sword or word.

São tão pontos positivos dentro desse universo que eu gastaria pelo as 5000 mil letras e não seriam suficientes pra descrever como esse jogo é GRANDIOSO, a Bethesda se superior novamente e nos trouxe um RPG com um nível de imersão que só havia sido visto em SKYRIM, só que agora em uma escala universal com tantas possibilidades que não pode ser zerado apenas uma vez o New Game+ é praticamente obrigatório para qualquer um que jogar, as possibilidades de persuasão, de combate, a exploração, as missões secundárias, as decisões dentro do jogo (que realmente alteram o quê vai acontecer) são só alguns dos recursos que impedem esse jogo de ficar monótono… Expand

Quanto mais vc joga, mais vc quer continuar naquele universo, explorando, criando entreposto, ajudando os npcs daquele universo e até esquece das Quests principais. Olha o tamanho dessa área desse planeta e vc pensa "caralho, tem mais uma porrada de galáxia que eu nem fui ainda". Starfield é o maior jogo que já tive o prazer de jogar e pra vc que gosta de falar mal do jogo, só resta falar mal mesmo, pq a grande maioria vai lá, joga e percebe que tudo que vcs estão propagando são asneiras.     Starfield has been one of the only games to truly draw me in since the witcher 3 came out. The universe they create has been oberwhelmingly fun to explore. If you are a fan of previous Bethesda titles than yoi should definitley check out this game.

    I just came here to read all the PS5 fanboys having a meltdown because they can't play. Added bonus I found the snowflakes crying about it being woke. As my score indicates it's a great game and the majority of the bad reviews are people who haven't even played.

    It is true that you'll find a good number of barren wastelands with little to do other than extracting some resources and take off to more interesting places, but again it really depends on how you want to play. There's so much to do, so many systems and abilities to explore, missions to complete, spaceships to loot, and species to catalogue, that I honestly don't think there's anybody who thinks that exploring every square meter of this universe is the better way to enjoy Starfield.

    While it has weak spots and doesn’t push many boundaries, Starfield is still an excellent RPG experience. Bethesda has once again mastered the things it built its reputation on – world building, quest design, and deep customization. However, it’s found new things to excel at too, with exciting combat and a novel implementation of New Game Plus.
