    Redfall is the example of quality that Microsoft has accepted in its next-generation consoles. A totally broken game, full of problems, bugs, fps drops, texture loading, poor plot, mediocre gameplay. Redfall has become the example to be followed by several Japanese companies that have released horrible optimizations and a very BAD job for the Xbox Series S.     the game has bad connection and frame drop issues, especially on cloud gaming.
    the story goes out of line at random times. The achievements are glitchy to pop as well

    I’m admittedly an Xbox fan and prefer it over PlayStation, but even I can see that this is a complete mess of a game that should never have been approved and released by Microsoft.

    I'd rather commit suicide than play this game because have a plastic graphics from the ps3, have a bored history, the characters is a trash and my series x have sida because i play this game

    An amazing story and graphics that drive the series forward in a amazing way. The Side Quests are a step forward for RPG games by immersing you into the lore of the world.

    I don't know how one could finance, make, sell for £70. Well, or give in Game Pass. Because, from this, I got less pleasure than from The Lord Of The Rings-Gollum. I understand who puts 10. They ate to look at all these profiles, or they only rated RedFall. Or all the games from Xbox, regardless of whether it is bad or not. And on games from the PlayStation they have 0.     As a long time owner of an xbox since 2001 this has to be the worse game i have ever played in my entire life! Me and the wife no joke started this game the day it released and after that played it up to the 2nd map area of the game and called it quits there for months! We started the game in may 2023 and then didnt start playing the game again until the month of september 2023. Its buggy all over, co-op is a joke, the story is just boring all around and not interesting what so ever and to top it all off its literally just a clone of every zombie based game like Left 4 Dead as well as the game that tried to be like L4D (back 4 blood) The only difference is instead of zombies its vampires like yea that is cool and all but i rather play either those games than this hot mess of a game. Only reason we keep coming back to it after awhile is just so we can complete the main story other than that we have no reason to even attempt to perfect this game (100% the achievements list) I rather not do that what so ever! Your better off going outside and touching grass or do anything else other than playing this hot garbage!… Expand

    The result is a game with no identity of its own. Redfall simultaneously wants to be a looter shooter like Borderlands, in an open world like Fallout's, with action like Dying light and a lengthy multiplayer experience like Destiny. But it fails on all counts. The game environments are bleakly empty, the gameplay is wooden. Like the vampires from the world of Redfall, the game has no soul.

    Sadly, Redfall had unbelievable potential and a dynamic studio behind this that is known for quality gaming, but under delivered at quite literally almost every facet of the game. Redfall, unfortunately, should be avoided, and in fact, I hope that the industry starts taking a look at these games and starts evaluating its processes, because if you're only as good as your last game, then Arkane isn't looking good at all.
