    This game sucks. I played it and it left me wanting to sell my Xbox for a PlayStation 5. Nothing. I’d rather have a elephant step on me put me out of my misery than play it again.

    ...I hate to do this but Redfall is an absolute garbage. Arkane Studios well known for great quality and polished releases but Redfall broke that cycle. I'm so disappointed in this game I'm truly heart broken that one talented developers made this game in this state. 6 hours in the game is riddled with bugs and other problems like rendering. The online coop is what kills the experience you...I hate to do this but Redfall is an absolute garbage. Arkane Studios well known for great quality and polished releases but Redfall broke that cycle. I'm so disappointed in this game I'm truly heart broken that one talented developers made this game in this state. 6 hours in the game is riddled with bugs and other problems like rendering. The online coop is what kills the experience you don't progress the host does however you keep the loot like what's the point? Crashes.. this game crashed 4 times during the boss fight in the first section of the map, after I defeated the boss, in menu and matchmaking. It's so frustrating that it's pointless to even continue the game til patches are released cause right now what's the point. 30fps that doesn't stay at 30fps, the 60fps performance mode is at a later date like why? Map is bare.. it's literally empty and it's such a shame the maps are pretty big but lifeless. I honestly don't know how I can rate this game no higher than a 0. The game has potential but in my opinion with patches I really think it's a done deal. Also you need online support to actually play solo. The sounds mute from reloading, running and shooting. I can't recommend this on PC or Xbox. I'm not coming back til they fix alot of issues cause right now my score right now is a 0. I'll come back and review it again after a few patches are released. But yikes it's such a shame that this game was even released in this state. Should've delayed it another year.… Expand

    What else can I add? Apart from the constant performance issues, you get a barren open-world experience with little to no love given by the devs on this project. Ridiculous to be saying this for an Arkane game, of all studios. Save your money, and dare I even say save your time as well by not even trying it on Game Pass.

Es triste que una empresa que dice sacar titulos AAA se atreva a lanzar semejante basura, los empleados mostraron unas desganas tremenda en el desarrollo de este titulo. Puedo seguir horas hablando de lo que me consegui en las horas de juego. Pero mi tiempo no lo vale.     Jogo horrível, game pass só tem jogo ruim e barato, assinei 1 ano pra jogar jogos simples e ridículos graficamente! Texturas , IA , FPS horríveis, este jogo é uma vergonha, quem comprou este troço para o PC eu tenho pena, jogou seu dinheiro no lixo .

    I really wanted to like redfall. Love Arkanes previous games but this is a far cry from those. I’ve played on and off for the past 2 days with friends and solo. Experienced multiple crashes, utterly broken Ai, a grocery list worth of bugs, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The real problem at the core of the game though is that it’s just bad.     For everyone throwing baby fits none of you are complaining about the many issues with jedi survivor and the clunky controls that game has. Stop whining about every little thing no one thinks you're cool. Redfall was a blast it is not supposed to be a hyper realistic fps.     Simply ridiculous what has been delivered here, just as ridiculous as what Microsoft is doing with its studios. Arkane could probably do it better, but they seem to be declining under Microsoft. However, in its current state, it's probably good enough for Microsoft to shove it into the Gamepass. Microsoft and the Gamepass are a curse for the gaming world.

    I want to give all games some chance see for my self and not take in all the hate but this looks like a 360 gen game I have no idea how they allowed this game to be released in this state on the series x and PC this game reminds me of 99cent bargain bin game you find at the bottom of walmart deals box

    Easily the worst game released in 2023 so far. Arkane have always been a mid studio but they hit a new low with Redfall and the fact Microsoft thought this was ok for release shows you how much they care about gaming, Just awful

    Si soy sincero es una decepción que un juego con un gran potencial sea un completo desastre, Los 30fps en especial en Series S se nota y te arruina la experiencia del juego. Los modelados están sin acabar, se demoran en cargar las texturas. Los NPCs parecen de plastico, las misiones secundarias no tienen proposito. El lore tiene cierto potencial, pero es un juego que parece un earlySi soy sincero es una decepción que un juego con un gran potencial sea un completo desastre, Los 30fps en especial en Series S se nota y te arruina la experiencia del juego. Los modelados están sin acabar, se demoran en cargar las texturas. Los NPCs parecen de plastico, las misiones secundarias no tienen proposito. Enemy A.I is all over the place and barely functions, combat is dull and repetitive, even your chosen character moves controls like sh*t running feels like sliding along the ground! add to all of this, the mulitude of bugs and awful performance and you have a game that does'nt just feel unfinished, it feels like it's years away from finished at best and even then the foundation of the game is still bad.     This game is absolutely trash. Glitches everywhere. The guns are unusable sometimes, the characters clip under the ground. The graphics are absolute garbage. As an Xbox user this is embarrassing and honestly makes me want to get a PlayStation 5 instead.

    The game is definitely not as bad as people are trying to make it out to be. The broken AI and performance are definitely the only big problems I’m experiencing (and I expect them to be fixed in the near future). The ridiculous and disproportionate outrage against this game and team, driven by console war hatred is disgusting.

    Esto no es Arkane, es un juego genérico en early access que nos lo han colado. Tiene menos futuro que los coches del juego, que de dos disparos a la ventanilla explotan. No entiendo como han sacado esto así en series X, es increíble.

    Ughhh haters are the absolute worst. Like... I guess sucking the joy out of everything counts as a hobby, but y'all should get a life. This game is wonderful. Look... it's got issues, but it's ultimately a lot of fun to play, looks good, and has a really cool Stephen King-esque vibe. It's not gunna change the world, but it's a solid title.

    Love this game. After patch its fine and plays beautifuly. I have had so much fun. Redfall is great once you get past the first hour.

    It's a 7.5/10 for me, but I'm giving it a 8 since only integers are allowed. I like the atmosphere of the game, it's nice especially during nighttime. The combat is actually fun when it works, but the AI seems unaware of your presence at times. The performance is acceptable, the game is not fast paced, but I think games in first person view cannot do without 60 fps.     The result is a game with no identity of its own. Redfall simultaneously wants to be a looter shooter like Borderlands, in an open world like Fallout's, with action like Dying light and a lengthy multiplayer experience like Destiny. But it fails on all counts. The game environments are bleakly empty, the gameplay is wooden. Like the vampires from the world of Redfall, the game has no soul.

    Sadly, Redfall had unbelievable potential and a dynamic studio behind this that is known for quality gaming, but under delivered at quite literally almost every facet of the game. Redfall, unfortunately, should be avoided, and in fact, I hope that the industry starts taking a look at these games and starts evaluating its processes, because if you're only as good as your last game, then Arkane isn't looking good at all.
