May 4, 2023This game is absolutely trash. Glitches everywhere. The guns are unusable sometimes, the characters clip under the ground. The graphics are absolute garbage. As an Xbox user this is embarrassing and honestly makes me want to get a PlayStation 5 instead.

May 4, 2023It’s awful. Flat out awful. The 30FPS makes it unplayable, it has the worst texture pop in I’ve ever seen. How this game was allowed to be released like this is beyond me. I’ve been an Xbox fan my entire life and frankly put I think the internet is right when they say Xbox is a sinking ship.

May 3, 2023What else can I add? Apart from the constant performance issues, you get a barren open-world experience with little to no love given by the devs on this project. Ridiculous to be saying this for an Arkane game, of all studios. Save your money, and dare I even say save your time as well by not even trying it on Game Pass.

May 3, 2023Such a bland, joyless and technical mess of a game. If the 2013 graphics don't immediately put you off, the atrocious AI and bugs will. Redfall is endemic of the output from Xbox and MS for the past 10 years almost, stretching back to the XB1. Gems are very few and far inbetween a shoveload of mediocrity and disappointment like this game. I uninstalled after a couple of hours.

It's incredibly disappointing that a once-great studio like Arkane has released such a weak game like Redfall. It's unclear what kind of game they were trying to make, as none of its aspects work properly, whether you're playing solo or co-op. -

May 3, 2023This game has the worst AI I’ve ever seen. It’s beyond laughable what Arkane has put out into the world here, and Xbox needs to be ashamed. It runs terribly on PC, I assume because of Denuvo and horrible optimization. There are hardly any enemies in the world , and the combat is pitiful. Clunky guns, janky movement. It’s all bad. Save your money and time. Not even worth playing on Game Pass.

May 3, 2023This Redfall version on Xbox series x is even worse. 30fps looks terrible. My eyes start to get dizzy and blurry and the bugs of the game makes its worse. They shouldn’t have delayed the game for next year. Needs a lot of work. And the AI of the characters are dumb. 0/10 for me.

I do not recommend playing this game or spending any money on it. Even if you have game pass don't download it. I would rather go back to my 360. The textures and graphics look better.

May 4, 2023I couldn't play for a day due to constant disconnect issues. Now I crash to xbox dashboard every so often. The AI is terrible. I just bum rush all of them with a shotgun and it's easy. The graphics seem out of date and animation isn't good. And the cut scenes are not $70 AAA material.

Redfall simultaneously wants to be a looter shooter like Borderlands, in an open world like Fallout's, with action like Dying light and a lengthy multiplayer experience like Destiny. But it fails on all counts. The game environments are bleakly empty, the gameplay is wooden. Like the vampires from the world of Redfall, the game has no soul.

May 30, 2023Sadly, Redfall had unbelievable potential and a dynamic studio behind this that is known for quality gaming, but under delivered at quite literally almost every facet of the game. Redfall, unfortunately, should be avoided, and in fact, I hope that the industry starts taking a look at these games and starts evaluating its processes, because if you're only as good as your last game, then Arkane isn't looking good at all.
