    I’m admittedly an Xbox fan and prefer it over PlayStation, but even I can see that this is a complete mess of a game that should never have been approved and released by Microsoft.

    A waste of money to spend $70 on this game. Even if it's on Gamepass, it's not even worth the download. Unstable framerate, 30fps in an FPS is too ridiculous, and there are fanboys who defend this Arkane scam. NON-EXISTENT performance mode, moments, NOTHING SAVES. It's so pitiful that even Bethesda CEO Peter Hines admits it's horrible, Phill Spencer also said the game is bad as hell. It'sA waste of money to spend $70 on this game.     It was free on game pass so I tried to play it and do mean tried. Devs have claimed that Microsoft forced them to take it from a single player game to co-op which takes away from XBOX CEO claims that they took a hands of approach. Regardless of who is to blame or to be believed the game is a steaming pile of Xbox crap i hope upcoming games can help lift the name brand up .

    I was really interested in this game when it was first announced, a vampire hunter with cool powers. But the story is boring and the scenes are just pictures with voice. Locking it at 30fps definitely didn’t help the graphic

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I booted this up, looking for a great game for the XBSX. And boy was I disappointed.

    I made to the end of escaping the ferry at the start, and deleted it.

    Flat voice acting, lackluster graphics, terrible controls that felt like piloting a school bus on ice. Aiming was terrible, moving was a chore, combat was unbelievably poor.

    My advice? Download something else. Don't waste your time with this ill thought out mess.    … Expand

They ate to look at all these profiles, or they only rated RedFall. Or all the games from Xbox, regardless of whether it is bad or not. And on games from the PlayStation they have 0. Se identifican elementos como la sangre, las marcas en el pavimento y ciertos logotipos, que resaltan como los más afectados por esta demora.

    La inteligencia artificial de los enemigos emerge como otro aspecto a analizar. Se revela que los adversarios carecen de agresividad y su comportamiento se caracteriza por su previsibilidad. La inadecuada configuración de la IA permite a los jugadores derrotarlos con facilidad y evadir sus ataques de manera casi trivial. La situación se agrava cuando los enemigos llegan a ignorar la presencia del jugador en medio de un enfrentamiento o cuando voltean la espalda en plena acción, lo que mina la inmersión y el desafío del juego. En este sentido, la representación de los enemigos vampiros resalta como un ejemplo destacado de la falta de procesamiento de información y reacción.

    La interacción con los personajes no jugables (NPC) y el protagonista escogido para la aventura también presenta dificultades.     El componente inmersivo del juego se ve comprometido en varios niveles. A pesar de contar con detalles aparentemente realistas, como la posibilidad de activar grifos en los baños o la presencia de audiologs y notas en el mundo del juego, estos elementos no logran generar una sensación auténtica de interacción con el entorno. La ejecución de acciones como correr en el juego también resalta como un aspecto problemático, tanto en la perspectiva de primera persona como en el modo multijugador, donde los movimientos de los compañeros de equipo carecen de fluidez y naturalidad.

    La acumulación de deficiencias técnicas y de diseño empaña la experiencia de juego en Redfall. Los numerosos errores, la escasa diversión, la optimización insatisfactoria y el diseño frustrante convergen para desafiar la recomendación de participar en esta experiencia. A pesar de sus ambiciones, Redfall no logra cumplir con las expectativas de los jugadores, convirtiéndose en un ejemplo lamentable de juego cuyo impacto podría perdurar por sus limitaciones.     Un juego que tiene un sistema interesante el cual se ve opacado por sus errores de programación y mala optimización gráfica. Es necesario corregir muchos errores y terminar de programar el juego para jugarlo en un mejor momento. Por el momento no lo recomiendo

    +some character can be fun at time.

    With:
    - mediocre shooting
    - over abused and generic vampire theme.
    -tasteless story
    -Broken at times
    -Mindless AI.
    -generic looting exploration.

It’s a bad game but nowhere near as bad as I was expecting it to be… it does feel a bit rushed and unfortunately suffers from a lot of bugs. With it being a AAA title it feels a lot like a home brewed indie game. The co op really makesWaited a while try this game out as a lot of the eary reviews were pretty negative, so I decided to let the tides calm a bit before trying the game out. It’s a bad game but nowhere near as bad as I was expecting it to be… it does feel a bit rushed and unfortunately suffers from a lot of bugs. With it being a AAA title it feels a lot like a home brewed indie game. The co op really makes this game a lot more appealing and actually had some fun playing it with a friend.     This is not the worst game I've ever played, but it's still bad. The graphics feel one or two generations old. There is very little plot. The layout of the town incentivizes fast travel instead of exploration. The characters are imbalanced and their backstories aren't filled out. Playing it on Gamepass wasn't bad, but I can't imagine paying for it.

    I never had hope for this game to begin with, Main because besides the first Dishonored game, everything else Arkham studios has done I have been disapointed with. But to call this Game disapointing would be an understatement. REDFALL IS BAD, to put in simple terms.

    Graphically this game wouldn't look terrible, if the textures didn't pop in and out and didn't look muddy 24/7.     The games story, doesn't seem terrible but becomes very tiresome very fast. The boss fights are terribly boring.
    And the enemy AI is non exsistent
    The worst part is you can see the foundation of what looks to be a pretty cool/decent game. But for Redfall to have been Decent they would have probably needed another year delay, Redfall is just another example of Publishers/stockholders forcing developers to do too much, and release too early,.    … Expand

    I hope one day, this game gets better, but right now I'm giving it 1/10, and maybe I will return someday to check if it's getting better. Sure, it works, but it's not fun at all, and all those broken promises and poor state that game shipped in is just is not acceptable. I think there is still hope for this game, it has potential, so let's wait and see...

    What is wrong with my Xbox people? Why is this game scoring twice as much on Xbox than PC?
    Xbox lied to us about the 60fps, there's no patch in sight, Starfield is coming out and it's still not released. Yet, Xbox wants to push 4 games a year? In this state?!
    Just release the game when it's ready.

    As a long time owner of an xbox since 2001 this has to be the worse game i have ever played in my entire life! Me and the wife no joke started this game the day it released and after that played it up to the 2nd map area of the game and called it quits there for months! We started the game in may 2023 and then didnt start playing the game again until the month of september 2023. Only reason we keep coming back to it after awhile is just so we can complete the main story other than that we have no reason to even attempt to perfect this game (100% the achievements list) I rather not do that what so ever!     The result is a game with no identity of its own. Redfall simultaneously wants to be a looter shooter like Borderlands, in an open world like Fallout's, with action like Dying light and a lengthy multiplayer experience like Destiny. But it fails on all counts. The game environments are bleakly empty, the gameplay is wooden. Like the vampires from the world of Redfall, the game has no soul.

    Sadly, Redfall had unbelievable potential and a dynamic studio behind this that is known for quality gaming, but under delivered at quite literally almost every facet of the game. Redfall, unfortunately, should be avoided, and in fact, I hope that the industry starts taking a look at these games and starts evaluating its processes, because if you're only as good as your last game, then Arkane isn't looking good at all.
