    Quite good, but nothing spectacular. Playing with the wife makes us only cringe about the relationship advice. Very easy for me. Quite difficult to the non-gamer wife, just due to controls.

    Played this with the wife. An insane kitchen sink of game mechanics and differentiation - it's just one new thing after the next, to a fault. Everything is GOOD, but nothing is super great. We're close to the end, but not quite done yet. Who's idea was it to make the characters total freakin' wankers that we both can't stand? For some reason, I forgot to just skip all the scenes until pretty close to the end. I would never play this game again. Super brought down by two terrible people we are supposed to care about. As I told the wife, this game only has one good ending to me, and I'm not going to get it - a horrible death to both parents. We're surely going to get the ramshackle, "we're determined to make this work for our dumb kid" ending - BIG MISTAKE, based on people I know that grew up with parents that did similar things.… Expand

    Most fun I’ve had in a longggg time! The clever mechanics, the environments, the characters, everything has us saying ‘This is so much fun’ each time we play. (28 + 30) Buy this game and there’s no way you would regret it, it’s pretty long too and the amount of mini games alone have you playing for hours. 5 stars from me, the creators of this game just need to keep releasing more and moreMost fun I’ve had in a longggg time!     Average Game. You can play for couple of Hrs. But not that greate. Ok to play in future just to experiecne nostalgia

    It Takes Two is the magnum opus not only of Hazelight Studios but of co-op experiences in general. It’s one of those extremely rare games that it’s almost impossible to find a fault to any of its elements, be it the longevity, gameplay, art direction, music, boss fights, environmental puzzles, innovation etc. A truly flawless experience.

    It Takes Two can be considered one of the best games in the history of Co-Op genre, one that takes it above and beyond video games, animations and even Hollywood movies in terms of emotional relationships.
