    I only have one person to play this game with and he is a bad gamer therefore it would be great If this game had single-player mode.

    It Takes Two is an action-adventure video game with elements from platform games. It is specifically designed for split-screen cooperative multiplayer, which means that it must be played with another player through either local or online play. The game features a large number of game mechanics from various video game genres.[1] These gameplay mechanics are connected to the story and the theme of the level. For instance, in one level, Cody gains the ability to rewind time, whereas May can replicate herself. Players have to cooperate with each other and utilize these abilities in order to progress. The game also features a large number of minigames

    it takes two game’s design is very good and attractive. The colors of its design is very good and one will never feel bored in this game. This game has amazing interface with amazing colors and smoothly feel. It contains many characters that can be unlocked by collecting artifacts in the mystery boxes. One can play with different different maps and different different themes in this game.

    Sound and Graphics:

    it takes two is an excellent outcome to one of my favorite video games. The graphics it takes two is so amazing and smooth that every characters, objects are very much clear – everything is crisper, exciting and the environment feels more vibrant and exciting in the game. It’s graphic is more beautiful than other games I have played till. The pace of the characters and their sense has performed best.

    Sounds while playing the game is medium and very nice. And also this game has background music while playing the game. This has given me a sweet experience while playing the game.    … Expand

    I get this was 2021 Game of the Year, but for me and my wife, this game is a nightmare. This game is too difficult for casual players. My wife is insufferably terrible at this, and I would literally need to wait a half hour for her to figure out what to do. There needs to be an easy mode or handy cap for casual players. The only thing this game did was ignite my frustration and anger at my wife after we spent an hour on the beetle arena boss with her getting in 0 shots and being totally confused by the controls. It's kind of ironic and a slap in the face that this game is about divorce, getting couples to "come together". All this game did was the opposite. Eventhough the game is beautifully design, I must judge this based on its effect. We both hate this game.… Expand

    After playing almost all Lego games with my 6 year old son. We were looking for a new coop game. It Takes Two is probably the best coop game ever. It's fun, it's witty, it's hard but playable for a 6 year old. We had so many high fives playing this game together. If you are a dad looking for a game to play with your son, this is it!     1. Механика
    2. Графика, арт дизайн
    Все эти плюсы перечёркиваются омерзительным сюжетом. С самого начала к родителям девочки не испытываешь сочувствия. Шутки раздражают. Их поведение вряд ли можно назвать адекватным по отношению к своей дочери. Но на всё это не обращали внимания благодаря увлекательному геймплею. Но глава с замком, особенно её концовка, отбили любое желание продолжать игру. Мы с женой с отвращением убрали геймпады в сторону, удалили игру. Считаю игру аморальной, идеологически вредной, не вызывающей ничего, кроме чувства отвращения. Тот случай, когда "сюжет" убил всё хорошее, а хорошего было много. Надеюсь, Фарес сохранит положительные моменты игры и найдёт нормального сценариста.    … Expand

I don't really know who is this game made for - because I'm pretty sure it's not for kids due to some rather unsettling scenes (killing plushies that beg for their life, for instance). The writing and the story itself is far to weak to make adults feel involved. The talking love book spills only sentences that are so banal and cliché that there's no way that this can be convincing, even for a couple that is ignorant, selfish and crippled emotionally, like our Cody and May.
    My biggest complaint to the story is the fact that it teaches kids that they are or can be responsible for fixing their parents marriage. This is a harmful psychological process called parentification and it should not be presented in a positive way ("and they lived happily ever after").
    Graphics and music are quite pleasant to the eye and ear and that's why I rated this game so high.    … Expand

    The game is silly
    Its a great game to play with a friend, i had such a fun time with him and would recommend to only play this game with somebody you know instead of a random.
    The gameplay is very goo and is by far one of the best platforming games ive ever played.
    I would highly recommend to anybody

    It Takes Two is the magnum opus not only of Hazelight Studios but of co-op experiences in general. It’s one of those extremely rare games that it’s almost impossible to find a fault to any of its elements, be it the longevity, gameplay, art direction, music, boss fights, environmental puzzles, innovation etc. A truly flawless experience.

    It Takes Two can be considered one of the best games in the history of Co-Op genre, one that takes it above and beyond video games, animations and even Hollywood movies in terms of emotional relationships.
