    Genuinely one of the best fps shooters I've played in the past decade. Infinite revolutionizes the niche fps open world genre and i imagine will be quite inspirational for other upcoming fps open world games. Audio Design is top notch and the original score by gareth coker is brilliant. Open World feels dynamic while also gives the players the sense of absolute freedom. StellarGenuinely one of the best fps shooters I've played in the past decade. Infinite revolutionizes the niche fps open world genre and i imagine will be quite inspirational for other upcoming fps open world games. Audio Design is top notch and the original score by gareth coker is brilliant. Open World feels dynamic while also gives the players the sense of absolute freedom. Stellar performances by the cast helps the well paced and very well written narrative of the game.

    Definitivamente, uno de mis favoritos, no, mi juego favorito de halo, este juego mezcla, narrativa, visuales espectaculares, personajes muy carismáticos, y una increíble banda sonora, realmente estoy impresionado con el trabajo que ha realizado 343, este es el videojuego que merecen los fans de esta increíble saga, de fans, para fans, ¡¡HALO ESTA DE VUELTA!!

    It's a very good game, I don't consider this as a short game, you could pass a lot of time with the several objectives across the huge map.

    Quite literally the best Halo has ever been. Despite the awful MTX system and lack of content in the Multiplayer, this is the most fun I’ve had in Halo in years. Every second playing I had the dumbest grin on my face. The combat loop, graphics, story, gameplay, score, controllers, and everything is so good. The game feels as if 343 took the first game and amped it up to 11 in every way.Quite literally the best Halo has ever been.     The best part of Halo. Love the replayablity and quality of the gameplay. I did not regret that I bought the xbox series x. I don't understand the huge downvotes.

    Muy buen trabajo en general, el apartado grafico mejoró bastante a lo mostrado hace 1 año, y es la mejor campaña de halo mostrada hasta ahora, el haber hecho a halo un tipo de mundo abierto lo cambia todo 10/10

    Simplemente lo recomiendo, no indagaré tanto en esto, pero... El ambiente, los soundtracks, los enemigos y los gráficos, que dejaron de que hablar por allá del 2020. Me pregunto, qué hubieran lanzado sí no lo hubieran retrasado?, Totalmente valió la pena al ver una mejora en cualquier sentido de la palabra... Tal vez no sea la mejor entrega de la saga, pero sí una de las mejores, laSimplemente lo recomiendo, no indagaré tanto en esto, pero...     Amazing gunplay with multiplayer that feels true to the series.

    Blown away by the campaign. It was a bold move to do an open world campaign and 343 did a very good job. Kinda need to be caught up on halo to know what is going on, but besides that the twists and turns of the continuation of The Master Chiefs story is done well. Memorable characters and funny grunts.

    Astonishing game. The combat is absolutely on point and I genuinely have not played a better fps campaign. Can understand why maybe new players feel the story might be underwhelming but as someone who is heavily into the deep lore this is amazing. Everything I wanted and more.

    Note: I am reviewing this as I find it. If you want coop you may want to deduct a point but I am reviewing the    Astonishing game. The combat is absolutely on point and I genuinely have not played a better fps campaign.     Finally, a Halo worthy of its name. The Open world is stunning, the gunplay fantastic and the flow of the game just feels good. 343 finally got it right this time, and im all here for it. Definetily needs some optimization tho.

    Если в кратце: Отличная игра, рекомендую. Тем более что в геймпасе.

    В основе своей тот же хейло только лучшие. И как же приятно в неё играть. Ты не чувствуешь не минуты потерянного времени. Ты просто получаешь удовольствие от игры.(хейвиш фан как у нас в деревне говорят) Вроде так мало, но учитывая всё то что выходит последнее время эта игра ощущается как свежий воздух.     Если вам как и мне после окончания компании хейло хотелось ещё. То теперь есть такая возможность благодаря открытому миру.
    Хотя местами ощущается как будто из за открытого миро "ИИ" стал глупее, в сюжетнах же коридорах "ИИ" чуть умнее. Быть может мне показалось.
    И тот факт что морпехи теперь не могу управлять транспортом из за того же открытого мира тоже разочаровывает
    Но в целом отличная игра. Просадок не было. Баги очень редкие и скорее были веселые.    … Expand

    This has to be my favorite halo since Reach or Halo 2 easily. The gunplay feels very good, movement is the best I've seen in Halo, it has the perfect pace. Not super slow like Halo 3, but not super fast like Halo 5. That's not even mentioning the campaign which took me 13 hours to complete on heroic, and it was a great campaign, the boss battles were very well done. 10/10

    A return to form! Reminds me of Halo 3 more than I'd have ever imagined. It really is a blend between the best of Halo. It could do with greater biome diversity, and the multiplayer needs more playlists. But what this game is now, at launch, is the most fun I've had in a shooter in such a long time.

    Easily the best Halo in the last decade. Classic gunplay with modern movement that stays true to its core. Campaign also makes up for the sins of Halo 5. I feel like I’m 13 playing Halo CE all over again.

They sat down and created a new experience, yet feeling just like it should- deserving being called a true Halo experience. The Idea of taking Halo into an Open World is really just perfect.     Eu no início me perguntava se um mundo semi aberto seria uma boa ideia, e com o tempo eu percebi que isso foi uma das melhores coisas do jogo. O nível de liberdade que você tem é incrível, tudo isso aliado a uma gameplay incrível e a uma história fantástica que eu não via na franquia a muito tempo.

    The PVP aspect of Halo Infinite hits a perfect blend of balanced guns, over the top physics that tend to impact everything in the world, and that "I've got to play one more match" feeling. The campaign extends on this with a new level of traversal that feels like it should have been in Halo since the very beginning. You cannot go wrong with Halo Infinite.

    Giving it a 10 to counter the 0 ratings. In reality, I feel this game is a 8.5/10. The gameplay is great, fun and enjoyable. Vehicle gameplay is a bit slacking but not bad. The open world provides and endless shooting gallery of Banished and is a welcomed addition. Story is a bit messy, it's alright overall.

    Gameplay and weapon/vehicle sandbox are amazing. The music puts the original trilogy music to shame, it's that good l. Story wise is way better that expected it really ties every thing together while maintaining mystery and wonder, also does a great job with deep lore references. Really looking forward to where they go from here from here.

    This game is incredible. It starts right a the first mission and keeps on going. I can't put it down. 343 absolutely NAILED it. And as a long time Halo fan I couldn't be happier. I am counting the minutes till i get to Zeta Halo again after work :)

    Man,it was a long time that I didn't played halo but from last 2 day that I had a chance to play this,I should say this game is amazing and so fun to play.
    Do I recommend this? Yes

    Love the Campaign! Reminds me a lot of Halo CE and Halo 3, I could stay all day on top of a cliff admiring the view, but hey I love to explore and mash up the Banished any where I see em any way I like :D
    Multiplayer is great too, has its fixable problems, but the gameplay is amazing. Lots of fun with a group of friends. Now if your a lone wolf awesomeness awaits.

    Its a good story that takes me back to the Bungie era, with a pinch of Halo 4 story telling, that also doesn't forget about all that happened in Halo 5. I was very satisfied with the Campaign other than it's lack of environmental variation, but this will most likely not be the only campaign we see in this game. The game play is amazing, the best the series has seen.     La verdad yo le daría un 8 o un nueve por los problemas que tiene el multijugador(microtransacciones, pocos modos de juegos, algún que otro bug etc.), pero la campaña lo he disfrutado muchísimo además de que me veo en la obligación de ponerle un 10 debido a la cantidad absurda de bajas calificaciones que los fanboys de PS le están poniendo .-.

    I've been neck deep in the multiplayer for about a month and it's incredibly fun. Back to the fun of the 360 generation, when games just felt different. The story is compelling so far, and the characters are among the best the series has had. Don't believe the Sony fanboy narratives. It has some small details that look a little funky, but the overall image and characters all look great. Problems: •The progression in it's current state is marginally better than when it started. But it is actively being worked on and will eventually be satisfactory. •Playlists are currently a little lack-luster, but this will also be remedied in time.
    •Co-op will be missing for a few months. This will be sorely missed until it's available. •Forge is not here yet. Some communities exist off this so it's no small thing. Overall with lacking content I'd give this a 8-9, but long-term this is a 10. There's no way I'm coming back to update this review, so I'm leaving it at the long-term score.    … Expand

    But anyways the game is SUPER fun. Campaign is a blast to do almost whatever you want when it comes to how you wanna tackle a mission. And the story is MUCH better than their last installment. Hated Halo 5's story, if the multiplayer wasn't named Halo, it would have actually been 'good'.
    But that's where Halo Infinite stands.
    Halo Infinite    Let's make a few things clear. My name is exactly what kind of "Halo fan" I am. I like Halo CE and Halo 2. Wasn't big on Halo 3, honestly only cared for Halo Reach's mediocre story, hated Halo 4's story, especially hated the multiplayer. Hated Halo 5's story, if the multiplayer wasn't named Halo, it would have actually been 'good'.
    But that's where Halo Infinite stands.

    Halo Infinite is a return to Halo CE and Halo 2, with ideas from Halo 3, Reach, 4 and 5 all mixed in.
    Before reviewing Halo Infinite, let's take a look at what exactly I disliked about Halo 3:
    Halo 3 had floaty, slower and boated movement, making strafing less viable and making every weapon feel like it was worthless. It's sandbox revolved around weakening every weapon so that the primary weapon (the Battle Rifle) would shine, but in doing so, also made the Battle Rifle far less accurate since it included RNG per each of the 3 bullets. MLG compensated by increasing to 110% damage, but I'll promptly state that this damage had been done. By 2009, Halo 3 was dead. "Casual" Halo was all what was alive...and Halo isn't a "casual" game....no Competitive FPS game really is.

    Halo Infinite, at it's core, is a return to form of CE and 2, where the focus is around balance, weapon sandbox, and the power ups, now returned into equipment items, play a far more balanced, and dare I argue, skillful role within this sandbox. Long gone are the days where you're one-shot so you drop a bubble shield, pop a hardlight shield, jetpack away or spartan-charge and-shot your enemy. Now you, the player, have to actually make a proper decision or you'll be punished if the other player is better. A "return to form" of Halo CE's unintentional Multiplayer and Halo 2's formulated multiplayer experience.

    For the campaign, this ones tricky since I haven't completed it yet. "Why are you reviewing and giving it a 10 if you haven't completed it". I've put in 18 hours of just exploration, slaying AI enemies, and random occurrence that I would have done literally within Zelda Breath of The Wild.
    Let's just think about that for a moment. A Halo game, a title which the campaign has INFAMOUSLY been a copy-paste from CE for the last 20 years, feels closer to Zelda Breath of The Wild WHILST STILL being Halo. It's not an RPG, it's an action FPS title, yet it gives me the sense of adventure, whilst having missions, goals, and you even progress through the story without even realizing there is a story element to the exploration.

    So let's just take a moment and think. Halo Infinite is a spiritual reboot, and by all means, this is taking this archaic outdated formula, and making it enjoyable to actually play for a 35 year old adult. That is why this receives a 10 out of 10. That is why everyone who gave it below a 7 isn't actually playing this game, they're simply obsessed over a cheap $500 plastic box, and are angry that their "opponents" plastic box received a video game that was good. As an adult PC Gamer who owns both a PS5 and Xbox Series S & X, this is literally why "fanboys" are idiots.

    Which leads to the second crowd 'review bombing' the negative reviews. They aren't "Bungie fanboys" doing it, they're people who pretend to be "Halo fans" who don't even like Halo, and want to see it die. Most view the only Halo game they played, Halo 3, as the 'best' Halo...because they were a toddler playing it while their parents & older siblings were playing Call of Duty. So let's just be very clear here. If you're underneath 30 and pretend you "only like Bungie Halo games", there's only one reason why you do.
    For quick context; Halo CE was vastly different than Halo 2, which was vastly different than Halo 3, which was vastly different from Halo 3 ODST, and also leagues different than Halo Reach. Each of these games are a level of variance in difference to where Halo 3 verses Halo 5 was.
    And Halo Infinite returns itself back to it's original roots, whilst adapting the best changes of each of those Halo titles, and keeping the core premise of "What is Halo".
    Which we all know is the unique, fun, and crazy physics engine, sandbox, and the unlimited ways you can approach encounters...both in campaign and multiplayer.

    And finally, this game has a low skill floor, but not absurdly low. But the ceiling in this title is high, and clearly it can be even higher, provided they introduce new weapons that are even harder to use as the game goes on.

    Halo Infinite Multiplayer is a 10/10.
    Halo Infinite Campaign is a 10/10.

    This game is a solid step coming from halo 5 and is very repayable. The story was solid and the gameplay is the best in the franchise. Cant wait to see how 343 continues the story from here.

    Acabo de terminar la campaña, ha sido tan refrescante, este es el primer juego del que me atreví hacerle una review en Metacritic, es algo hermoso tanto el gameplay como el entorno y la historia, (además de que no quiero que los sonylievers haters le saquen 0 nomas porque les arde esta obra maestra ^^)

    If the open-world concept had been better utilized and if the writers had added more interesting characters to the story, Infinite could have easily been one of the best Halo games ever. The shootouts are highly entertaining and the open world brings new tactical possibilities. The multiplayer is just as good, being slightly faster than before. [Issue#317]

    Halo is back to its best with Halo Infinite, tight controls, and seriously thirst-quenching gunplay that feels so intuitively satisfying. Traversal has been improved hugely by the addition of the grappleshot, allowing Master Chief to zip around at speed, as well as adding a unique element for multiplayer matches. A particular dampener has to be directed at the online multiplayer, which is riddled with cheaters, but, if they were to be removed then the multiplayer offers a solid free-to-play experience that is fast and frantic. Halo Infinite, alongside a number of other Xbox first-party titles is a great addition to Xbox Game Pass, and it is certainly a marquee game that warrants a subscription to the service.

    There’s not much to do in the open world, but thankfully, it doesn’t play a big role either. Infinite mostly sticks to what makes Halo great: first-person action. Smart level design, great mobility mechanics like grappling hook, and good AI make for some really memorable moments. [Issue#258, p.42]
