    It would have been a 8 without the buggy achievement in the AWE dlc. Severe ? Well, before re-selling a game hiding behind "next gen" pretexts, you'd better repair the said game before.
    Otherwise, this is by far the best work of Remedy. The X-files ambiance is neat, the sound work is nice, graphics are good too, especially the light work which is clearly great.     Otherwise, this is by far the best work of Remedy. The X-files ambiance is neat, the sound work is nice, graphics are good too, especially the light work which is clearly great. The fights are quite like Quantum Break with improvements, more versatile powers and smoothness to manage them.
    The thing could globally have been even greater with better lypsinc (really weird at times) and better voice acting overall.    … Expand

    Control m’a fait l’effet d’un bac à sable

    Si le gameplay s’est avéré redondant notamment sur les vagues d’ennemis ; la dimension technique a été parfaitement exécutée : graphisme, gameplay, arbre de compétences clair ; mention spéciale au level design et ce chapitre labyrinthique remarquable. Le DLC AWE et sa connection à Alan Wake, la franchise #1 de Remedy, m’incite clairement à    Control m’a fait l’effet d’un bac à sable

    Control: Ultimate Edition represents the best version of Remedy's title, coming to the new generation of consoles with all its content and significant graphical improvements with stable fps this time.

    Control has that signature Remedy feel to it, from its unique combat to its completely out there narrative, something only Sam Lake could be a part of. Although the story is Control’s strongest asset, it will take a lot of concentration to piece it all together. While I’m not a fan of forcing a rebuy to get the Series X|S version if you bought the base game at launch, Control: Ultimate Edition is without a doubt the definitive edition you want to experience, even if it’s for the second time, as the 60fps Performance Mode makes it feel like a completely new and better game.     Control Ultimate Edition on the Xbox Series X|S is just about every reason to play Control, conveniently stored in a plastic green box. If you’ve played before, the stellar AWE DLC, the stripping away of old infuriations, and the showpiece graphical improvements are convincing arguments for hopping back in (even if it demands that you pay extra for the privilege). If you haven’t played Control before, then you have the reassurance that this is a deserving Game of the Year, in its definitive format.
