Add some fog, some reflections, brighten graphics, stretch to widescreen. Not a real remastered. it is just a way to get money from you again from a pre-done game

Crude, confusing, but also charming, this creature feature's teeth remain sharp. [May 2018, p.90]

Both Turok: Dinosaur Hunter and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil may not be as advanced as they were upon release, but they still hold up remarkably well. They're both still enjoyable to play, and the excellent remaster treatment from Night Dive Studios helps bring them up to modern standards, while still maintaining their retro identity.

Yes these games are products of their time, but I adore seeing them return in 2018. For those that have fond memories these are a no-brainer. My one gripe is that the price of $20 feels a bit much. I would have liked to see them both bundled for that price. Still I can’t stay away. Returning to Turok feels so good. Now if only we could get a remaster of Shadow of Oblivion, or even better, a brand new game in the franchise.
