Mar 7, 2018Yes these games are products of their time, but I adore seeing them return in 2018. For those that have fond memories these are a no-brainer. My one gripe is that the price of $20 feels a bit much. I would have liked to see them both bundled for that price. Still I can’t stay away. Returning to Turok feels so good. Now if only we could get a remaster of Shadow of Oblivion, or even better, a brand new game in the franchise.

Mar 4, 2018Though a few aspects of the Turok series' design haven't aged well since original release, these two games nevertheless deliver on an incredibly fun and satisfying experience that all fans of casual shooters should try out.

Mar 4, 2018Turok boasts an impressive variety of enemies, weaponry, and puzzles. This version of Turok doesn’t come without its problems, but many of these issues are merely a product of its age. The price-tag is set too high in my opinion, but if you enjoy chaotic old-school FPS gameplay, it’s easy to overlook. Night Dive’s remastered work is remarkable, the game looks much better and performs much better throughout.
