    De los mejores juegos de Tom clancy, todo el contexto del juego es muy interesante, sus mecanicas excelentes y las historias gigantescas!! En hora buena.

This is more Just Cause 2 than Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. Along with the numerous story and side-missions, there are tons of customizable firearms, armor/clothing, gadgets and upgradeable skills. In addition, there are live-events and dailyTom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands is a fun cooperative open-world action game. It downplays the strategy and realism of previous entries. This is more Just Cause 2 than Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. Along with the numerous story and side-missions, there are tons of customizable firearms, armor/clothing, gadgets and upgradeable skills. In addition, there are live-events and daily challenges. The story's narrative is told through cutscenes, unlockable videos and scattered text logs. If you get tired of the campaign, you can always embark on the Survival horde mode. Of course, the best way to experience it all is with three other friends. Graphically, it is solid, if not the best looking game. Overall, "Wildlands" is a fun time. If you're a die-hard Ghost fan, you might be disappointed with the changes. But if you don't mind the streamlining of the action, then you'll have a good time.     This game would be the perfect game if the side missions weren't all alike. The main story and collectibles are sufficient. The map is very nice. The characters played very well. I rarely come across bugs. Apart from that, there are many types of weapons and the game has re-playability.

    Wildlands is the open world Ghost Recon game true fans always deserved and finally got with this game! The open world of Bolivia is absolutely beautiful. As Ghosts we are tasked with taking down the Cartel and it all is put together very well in this game. True Ghost fans will appreciate the tactics in Wildlands with lining up shots and going    Optimized for Series X and it is amazing!

    My only two complaints are the repetitive missions and the BAD dialogue. The story is good, not as good as Future Soldier, but it's still good. It lets you complete the story however you want, and offers up some satisfying moments. Co Op is the games strong suite.

    Stupid game. Too big map with ultra boring missions. Absolutely all missions are 90% the same, only the location is different. I haven’t tried the co-op, but the single player is awful.

    Glupa igra. Prevelika mapa sa ultra dosadnim misijama. Apsolutno sve misije su 90% iste, samo je lokacija drugačija. Nisam probao co-op, ali single player je užasan.

    If I had known this was just third person Far Cry I would have sprung for it a long time ago - but at least it was cheaper and jammed with dlc by the time I got it. To be fair to the negative reviews, I happen to love the one game Ubisoft makes, and this is trés Ubisoft

    9.5 for me. GREAT game. Liked how smooth the story was told. Like the open world apect. I can see the differences in Environment in EVERY city of Polivia. Loved the stealth/action choice. Made me feel like a ghost in a country and my own boss. wished the gameplay would have been smoother a notch loses 0.5 for that.... The PVP is Awsome, the whole classes and maps are pretty cool and made9.5 for me. GREAT game. Liked how smooth the story was told. Like the open world apect. I can see the differences in Environment in EVERY city of Polivia. Loved the stealth/action choice. Made me feel like a ghost in a country and my own boss. wished the gameplay would have been smoother a notch loses 0.5 for that....     Played this game a long time after release and had a blast. Sure, there were a few niggling issues, such as the insane AI logic and behaviours at high tier modes but overall, a lot of fun.

    The solo "campaign" becomes very repetitive very soon, though. And the storyline is nothing to write home about. Since I have yet to try this out with mates, I cannot say anything about co-OP, but I imagine that will provide hours more of fun.

    As it is. If you want one of the Ghost Recon games, this is the one to get. The follow up doesn't measure up.    … Expand

    Not much you can do with the squad. It lacks tactical gameplay. Is either an all out game blazing type of game or a somewhat tactical game. Wish there was a way you could use your team in so many ways.

    AIs are clearly stupid, game mechanics are awful, and the missions are just downright repetitive. Sure, there are times where you can have fun with your friends, but that    Ghost Recon: Wildlands is one of the worst games imaginable.     - This game is unique. It's not boring if you play for hours
    The only major problem is vehicle physics and accidents

    As a long-time fan of the Ghost Recon series - and Tom Clancy games in general - I would have been perfectly happy with a traditional Ghost Recon game, but what we got instead was a    I made an account just to write a review for Wildlands; I think it's a fantastic and original game that was unfairly lambasted in the games media and I want to write what I think is a fair and honest review.

    As a long-time fan of the Ghost Recon series - and Tom Clancy games in general - I would have been perfectly happy with a traditional Ghost Recon game, but what we got instead was a Ghost Recon game that took a few bold steps in a new direction. It would be a bit simplistic to call this game GTA Ghost Recon, but that's essentially what it is: a vast open-world to explore and take part in.

    The game features a pretty massive open-world in which you undertake various story missions, side quests, and optional objectives to try and damage a fictional (but pretty realistic) drug cartel. One of the reasons I think this game was unfairly judged by the games press is because of its politically incorrect nature; the game takes place in a real country, in a region that is and has been plagued by drugs and drug-related violence. The portrayal of this in game terms is pretty realistic, as you'll hear locals and radio station hosts talking about the cartel, various pro-cartel propaganda pieces, etc. I think the game does a good job of showing just how much control these cartels exercise over local populations and officials, even businesses (several missions involve the links between the cartel and businesses).

    I also think the game was judged harshly because military-themed games like this are not contemporarily popular, at least among game journalists. But Ghost Recon games have never been about mindless corridor-shooting, and neither is WIldlands...which brings me to my next point: the gun-play and the game systems. As with most Tom Clancy games, the guns function and sound realistically. There's also a wide variety of firearms and types, from submachine guns and assault rifles to sniper rifles and shotguns; the game gives you access to myriad types of hardware so you can tackle objectives in whatever way you see fit.

    Having the freedom to attack an outpost or base head-on, guns blazing, or stealthily taking out scouts and guards, carefully scanning the area with drones and marking enemies, is extremely fun. There are a few missions that will force you to remain undetected, but by and large, you can tackle missions, side missions, supply raids, etc. in the way you want to, and I really enjoy that about the game.

    So far, we've sunk about 60 or so hours into the game over a few weeks, and we've had an absolute blast. It's extremely fun to sneak into a base, disable a generator and release prisoners, then get spotted trying to sneak back out and trying to blast your way through the front gate. There are so many adrenaline-filled situations you'll find yourself in, whether providing suppressing fire from a helicopter or vehicle, to trying to escape an underground facility, that it's hard to understand some of the flak this game has received. While the AI certainly won't win any awards, it's hardly the worst AI I've seen in a game; enemies behave and react in a fairly realistic and consistent manner.

    Considering the staggering amount of content (from PvP to co-op and Ghost Mode and beyond) it's easy to suggest this game for anyone, veterans or new players to Ghost Recon alike, that's looking for a fun and engaging co-op shooter that never feels dull. This game is awesome and I had held off on getting it for so long because of the mediocre reviews, but I'm glad i decided to try it out for myself, because this has become one of my favorite games of this generation. I'm eagerly looking forward to the follow-up coming out later this year.    … Expand

    Played every Ghost Recon game since the first one last century. This one is fun, but I bought the season pass and got a bunch of content that was pretty unappealing. Then there's the loot boxes, thanks for that Ubi. Its a lot of fun to play around with a group of friends, but any other game meets this requirement and does it better.

    One more thing... whoever thought that Narco Road was    Played every Ghost Recon game since the first one last century.     One more thing... whoever thought that Narco Road was a good idea, needs to be fired and go back to writing content for the Fast and Furious movies. I found that DLC to be borderline offensive. It's a military shooter, but my US Army character is driving sports cars around in races? really? There's suspend disbelief, and then there's stupid. What part of the SOF Q-course do they teach Green Berets to drive sports cars around like Tokyo Drift? Is the course taught at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center? Do they take that course before or after they complete their MOS courses? Do they have to apply to be a driver? What happens if the Green Beret is a great soldier but not a very good street driver? Do they give him a waiver or make him get recycled through the Tokyo Drift course until he completes it to a satisfactory level? How does that work? Do they bring in Formula 1 drivers and ex-con street racers to teach Special Operations Forces how to do a wheelie on dirt bikes? What does it even accomplish to be a driver for the Bolivian cartel? you're not gathering intelligence on the management echelon, who would be the ones you would be directed to take down or arrest, so why do it? Did the US Army foot the bill for the street cars? When did they sneak that into the budget that goes before the House Armed Services Committee? How does that get explained when some General in USSOCOM has to parade out during a closed-door session of congress? "We spent 1.37 million of the budget on training SOF forces to drive hot, fast sexy cars. We also used the funds to buy high performance automobiles for the purpose of TAKING DOWN A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION". That pig ain't gonna fly right and some congressman/woman will freak the f out.

    The progression through the campaign is an amazing experience. You start of doing easy missions, which gradually get harder as you are on a quest to kill the boss of the cartel.     There are also loads of weapons to unlock or find in the world, which can then we customized with loads of gadgets or camoes, which also need to be unlocked and found.

    And getting around the world is no trouble either, because you have a lot of different vehicles to pick from or if you don’t want to drive or fly anything, you have the option to fast travel, which is very useful due to the work being enormous.

    Overall this game is awesome for anyone who likes games about progression and open worlds. I finally you want a good CooP game that you can play with your friends, this is your go to.    … Expand

Et si vous vous tirez dessus, ils resteront là à attendre la directive de tirer au lieu de simplement venir à votre aide. Trois vraies NOUILLES INUTILES !!!!!

    Message pour UBISOFT : Ce serait bien si nous pouvions avoir l'option de les envoyer au campement ET QU'ILS Y RESTENT...De toute façon, le jeu est plus captivant en solo.

    I enjoy this game a lot, but it does have problems. The story is very fun. Each mission is different from each other, and they are also very enjoyable. The gameplay is also fun. Fighting enemies is awesome, but there are not many weapons in this game. The driving isn’t great though. It helps to drive to locations to get there faster, but cars have a lot of glitches and aren’t the bestI enjoy this game a lot, but it does have problems. The story is very fun. Each mission is different from each other, and they are also very enjoyable. The gameplay is also fun. Fighting enemies is awesome, but there are not many weapons in this game. The driving isn’t great though. It helps to drive to locations to get there faster, but cars have a lot of glitches and aren’t the best things to control. Also, the only other bad thing is the character animations in cutscenes, they don’t look very real. I think this game can be addicting and fun (even though there are problems), I recommend this game!… Expand

    I had this 8 point score before all the changes, (Tier 1 system etc.) Some of changes made quite improvement like we can actually aim and shoot from chopper, which is so much better. I did like the new Tier 1 system at the beginning, but as you level up the tier, game becomes more and more unplayable, losing fun because enemies are way too strong and nothing makes sense about "being ghost"I had this 8 point score before all the changes, (Tier 1 system etc.) Some of changes made quite improvement like we can actually aim and shoot from chopper, which is so much better. I did like the new Tier 1 system at the beginning, but as you level up the tier, game becomes more and more unplayable, losing fun because enemies are way too strong and nothing makes sense about "being ghost" when you try to sneak in. because they impossibly spot you even though you are not detected yet. And only thing you can improve is your gun damage. I mean what?! This has to also let us improve our body armors and everything. because they literally kill you one shot from no where.     un realmente digno sucesor del ghost recon future soldier, una jugabilidad buenisima, la IA de los compañeros no estorba mucho, es más la puedes ir mejorando al estilo rpg, así como tu personaje, aunque a veces la forma de matar a los jefes puede ser la misma, la historia que conlleva sumerge realmente en bolivia y es divertido estar atacando a los narcos, y a la unidad aunque sea másun realmente digno sucesor del ghost recon future soldier, una jugabilidad buenisima, la IA de los compañeros no estorba mucho, es más la puedes ir mejorando al estilo rpg, así como tu personaje, aunque a veces la forma de matar a los jefes puede ser la misma, la historia que conlleva sumerge realmente en bolivia y es divertido estar atacando a los narcos, y a la unidad aunque sea más duros para los que les gusta los retos, ahora voy a jugar los dlc y espero que algún día ubisoft saque una sequela de este juego ya que tienen de donde… Expand

I favor the single player games and when I do buy an FPS shooter I rarely venture into the online play once I complete the campaign.    Really my only reason for the 9 and not 10, is there’s always room for improvement. That being said, I’d call GR Wildlands the best game i’ve plaid in the last decade.

    Now admitedly my selection of games is widely skewed from the average gamer. I favor the single player games and when I do buy an FPS shooter I rarely venture into the online play once I complete the campaign.

    Wildlands offers a fantastic story experience set in a massive openworld. I read a lot of action/thriller/expionage novels, and playing this game was like acting one of them out. The autonomy of the story itself was appealing enough to get my immediate thumbs up. “Here’s a drug cartel, take it down.” Thats essentially all the guidance you get. Different aspects of the cartel are ranked by difficulty, to help guide you away from picking battles you are highly under supplied to take on. However, if you wanted, right from the start of the game you could drive right up to the head honcho’s gate and kick it down guns blazing.

    The gameplay favors the stealth approach but does not enforce it, another great aspect. I found myself taking the stealth approach on almost every mission and going loud at the first sign of trouble. I loved the use of silenced weapons, the drones for recon, the locals for reinforcements and neccesity to find better weapons. I happened to have played through the game using cpu as my 3 crew members, despite the AI controled they were very useful and have a variety of functional commands to give. Had i been able to synchronize my playing time with friends online, i’m sure Co-Op play would have made it even better.

    The graphics, sounds, movement and emursion were outstanding. Even the banter between your team feals realistic. At one point the game auto-updated and the helicopter controls were sort of “dumbed down” but i was very pleased to find within the options, a return to “classic controls.”

    At my time of writing this, there is a new DLC for pvp multiplayer which I have not played and do not plan to. I did purchase and play the Fallen Ghosts dlc, which was great. Similar to the main campaign but with a substantial increase in enemy skill/weapons including some invisible cloaking. You also don’t pick up where you left off, per say. That is, after finishing the main story, you have quite an arsenal of bad a$$ guns. But when you crash land at the start of Fallen Ghosts you start out empty handed. This served to up the difficulty be in a good way, i remember it being difficult to accumulate some weapons but not impossible.

    I have very few gripes with Wild Lands, but since it’s a review and not an award session. The missions can be somewhat repetitive without any major changes aside from difficulty. However, for me just the change of location, geography and buildings was enough to keep it interesting.

    Overall I’d say Ghost Recon Wildlands is an absolute MUST for fans of single player action games. For those who favor the pvp stylings of the Call of Duty series, i would also recommend the game for a change of pace but it’s not a “must have” for you as it is certainly not a Run-and-Gun shooter.    … Expand

    Ghost Recon: Wildlands is one of my favorite games I've ever played. I haven't played Ghost Recon games before but I did like this one. The story was not great and there were many bugs, but I had so much fun taking an armored SUV and charging into an airport to steal a plane. The free roam is so much fun.     Also, driving and flying feels cheap and arcade-y.

    With difficulty set on medium, and all HUD elements activated, it plays like a mildly stealthy 3rd-person- shooter: Follow the yellow line on the minimap, mark the enemies with big red dots, watch out for the big white directional arrow that tells you from where you are being spotted. Kill all the red dots - sorry, bad guys - on your screen/minimap, advance to next mission icon, collect skill icons, etc.
    Playing the game like this, I'd give it maybe 5 or 6/10.

    The whole thing drastically changes, however, when you set the difficulty to the highest level, and disable as many HUD elements as possible. I don't play like that to prove something, or feel like a pro gamer dude. But if you have only your eyes and ears, without minimaps and helping icons, it feels a LOT more realistic.
    You will die from 2 or 3 shots, and you won't be able to see enemies through walls. If you get spotted, enemies will charge at you from all sides. This makes direct confrontation and Rambo-playstyle almost impossible, forcing you to play tactically and think about every move you make. It makes every infiltration so much more intense. Moving slow, being aware of your surroundings, all that greatly adds to the immersion.
    Plus, without all the blinking icons you can actually enjoy the graphics of this game. The environment looks amazing, weather and lighting effects are beautiful, and the different regions are extremely diverse.

    I understand that playing in "realistic mode" is not for everyone. It's much harder, and every mistake you make is severely punished; even more so when playing offline, having to rely on your utterly incapable AI- teammates. On the other hand, infiltrating an outpost, stealing a weapon and extracting without being detected, feels so much more satisfying. If you like tactical gameplay and stealth, you will have fun. The underwhelming story is just a framework for the game, I don't pay any attention to it at all.

    I also enjoyed the gun and character customization. Big playground for gun nuts. Every weapon has a different feel to it, and there is a huge selection of attachments, colors, etc.
    You can change your outfits depending on your location, there's lots different clothes, accessories and camoflages to choose from.

    Wildlands on hard mode kind of reminded me of a bigger version of Metal Gear Solid 5, although the stealth mechanics and AI are not as refined as in MGS5.

    There has been a lot of criticism as to the repetitive nature of this game. I must say, to me it doesn't
    feel repetitive at all. There's extraction, clearing buildings, stealing planes and helicopters,
    destroying equipment, capturing convois, and more. Sure, those missions are the same in every region of the game, but in addition to the changing landscapes, weather, environment, day/night-cycle, you can approach each of those missions in different ways.

    Playing online can be more fun, but it depends who you are playing with. Also, a special PvP mode with smaller maps will be introduced in the next months. I played the PvP beta, it was fairly enjoyable.

    Ultimately, how much you will enjoy this game will depend on your own creativity and playstyle. It can be either a dumbed-down Bolivian Grand Theft Auto experience without the interesting story and characters, or a tough, tactical military RPG. I would definetely recommend it, especially now when you can get it for a lot less than 60 bucks.    … Expand

    This game is perfect on all levels, the solo gameplay is great because I have no other friends to play with it is my only option. How many different play styles really makes me love the game, you could go with the stealthy approach with the sniper, and the sync shots or you go guns blazing with your squad, the game is great overall!

    One large negative - No in-game ability to pass time. Personally I hate playing at night. Others I know prefer playing at night. There is an easy solution for this but it is not in the game.

Although it is much more fun with friends, it is still a really fun single player game. The gunplay is satisfying, and the stealth is fun to experiment with. The Gunsmith gives the player lots of options to customize their weapon.     When I first played the beta for this game, I was amazed at how large and open the world was. I was even more amazed when I first got the full game and found that everything is available from the start. You aren't held back by a narrative in this game--you can explore wherever you want, whenever you want. That is something I will commend this game for.

    All but a few regions are essential to the story. Each region has a series of missions that must be completed before you take down the boss of the area. After you take out the boss, you move on to other regions until you have destabilized the cartel completely.

    That being said, having a huge open world ends up being Wildlands' downfall. With so many regions and missions to complete, it gets repetitive. Many missions are copied and pasted into other areas, so you may end up doing the same mission but in a different place.

    In addition to that issue, having a large world becomes an issue when transportation is also a problem. Helicopters are by far the most reliable, fast transport in the game, however, using them is a real pain in the butt.

    Your AI allies are either extremely useful or useless. If you go down, they will run across a pit of lava and through enemy fire as if they were invincible and revive you. They can also Sync Shot on your command, and spot enemies you may have missed. However, in combat, they are about as useful as stormtroopers. They can't hit anything, and are only useful for distracting enemies. On the flip side, having friends join you instead will make your teammates more effective, but at the cost of Sync Shot and invulnerability.

    Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this game to my friends. It just gets stale after a while.    … Expand

    Ghost Recon Wildlands is like GTA but reloaded. There are so many things to do your way, skills options, vehicles, weapons, rebel faction supporting your missions, and so on. Ghost Recon is an Awesome Game!

    My first impression was "Damn, I'm impressed!" Then reality took hold and what is a visually stunning game with some fine game mechanics became a bit of a chore. Like other open world games, the freedom is there to do your own thing. However, the repetitive nature of the missions soon becomes boring.     Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad game and for the visuals alone it deserves a higher score. Sadly though, the game just doesn't provide the challenge or experience that I expect from a Ghost Recon game. Maybe this is something that can be rectified in future DLC.    … Expand

Hook up an xbox controller to your PC then go back to kbd/mouse when on foot (first time I've ever been forced to do this, but I'm not complaining because it works very well.) This game was fun for a few hours, however, I don't see many people sticking with it till the end. The story is weak, the characters are crap, and the constant presence of unidad is obscene.… Expand

The discrete militant group known as the Ghosts head to Bolivia to reign in a cocaine mega-distributor known as El Sueno who has Bolivia's law enforcement bought so well that no citizen can hope for reprieve. Your team, directed by a CIA operative known as Bowman, moves throughout Bolivia with the intention ofWildlands is all over the place from a quality and consistency standpoint. The discrete militant group known as the Ghosts head to Bolivia to reign in a cocaine mega-distributor known as El Sueno who has Bolivia's law enforcement bought so well that no citizen can hope for reprieve. Your team, directed by a CIA operative known as Bowman, moves throughout Bolivia with the intention of dismantling Sueno's entire operation. This means you'll be taking down 4 arms of his operation that controls things like manufacturing, marketing, distribution, security, money, etc. As you put the squeeze on Sueno, it forces him to try and react. That's the premise, and the world and order you make your moves are both massive and varied. There is no linear story line that players will play through since it really doesn't matter as you're simply capturing high value targets and blowing up portions of Sueno's operation. What Wildlands does better than some games like it is how well it plays whether you're in a cooperative setting or just playing by yourself. People can join games in progress with friends or randomly - whatever you want. This kind of freedom can make Wildlands seem better than it really is. At its core, Wildlands is a Far Cry copycat, where everything you do and interact with is heavily copied from recent Far Cry games. It's clear that Ubisoft had no problems being extremely unoriginal and hoped that the product would be so good that nobody cared. They got close. Wildlands is so big and can take so long to complete that it's value in terms of what you pay for what you play is significant. For me, it took 3 days of playing time (that's 72 hours) to fully beat each mission in this game. I played it on the 2nd-hardest difficulty so people playing on easier difficulties might be able to get everything done sooner.

    My biggest problem with this game, besides it not being original, is that even the potential in the story and characters don't feel fully realized. There's a few great moment in the narrative as it pertains to certain members of El Sueno's followers and your encounters with them, but otherwise I felt like the details were more on the bland side like early Destiny. You get the point of what's going on but nothing is really that memorable. There is also a lot of collection that occurs in this game with weapons, accessories, and skills development. This portion of the game is done at least fairly well but the skill trees aren't all that interesting and it's absolutely possible to beat this game on anything but the hardest difficulty without investing much into skills and support.

    Lastly, the AI is all over the place. Sometimes it performs very well, other times it seems fairly dumb. In the end, I liked Wildlands because it was just barely interesting enough to keep me going but not interesting enough for me to glue myself to my seat and pay close attention to a world of fantastic people and story lines. If things like that are a big reason why you play games, Wildlands doesn't succeed as well. However, given that Ubisoft's last Tom Clancy title was the fundamentally-broken The Division, Wildlands comes off as a greater success. It's not going to be a waste of your money but it's nowhere near contention for game of the year.    … Expand

    Story - The story is like the Division except there is an actual plot in the story line and the main characters talk as well. But for all the Bosses in the game they don't have an actual life bar, including your character making this game too easy to beat but too long to finish. I have put in close to 20 hours (First Try) in the game and finished 1 out of 2 endings (To get the second Ending you have to get 100% in the game which took me 40+ hours to get.) because there are 44 bosses to beat, all the missions before getting to a boss are repetitive and whats worse is El Sueno (The main/final boss of this game) is not considered a final boss, only a cutscene. Overall this is just a disappointment.
    Gameplay - Gameplay has that typical first person/over the shoulder shooting game with an open world environment. What feels irritating is after fast traveling the characters spawn in a crouching position, why can't the characters spawn in a standing idle position? The tutorial was very lazy to show as they are just a bunch slide shows and would sometimes make the player look at them again on the main menu instead showing a simulation training/video before going into an actual engagement. The level up system is awful to me where most customization require the player to perform side missions in order to get what the player wants. What is also irritating is when a player dies/fails the mission they spawn more than 300 meters away from the objective instead of spawning 100 meters since they are some missions that require not to be seen by enemies before completion.
    Mechanics - The driving mechanic (All Vehicles) is very loose, the reason is when turning, the vehicle somehow slipps from the road and would eventually flip over. No lag inputs during gameplay which gave the gameplay less to stress about because of the driving mechanic. There was no stamina meter when the main character is running and eventually gets exhausted for a few second, I notice that because in the division there was no stamina meter when running, but the character did not have a limit of exhaustion while running.
    AI - AI's from the players squad are only useful for the "Eagle Eyes" but for everything else they seem to be very dense when following simple commands like regrouping and reviving the player while they are down. When selecting the command wheel to regroup they seem run to the players location but won't be beside the player. When the player gets shot down it takes almost 2 minutes for the AI to show up and revive the player. Having them as the players Eagle Eye is proven useful like the drone. They will let you know where hidden enemies are coming from, giving the player intelligence on what the mission is about and letting the player know if the close is clear or not.
    Conclusion - Story is a disappointment, gameplay level up system is awful, driving mechanics is sloppy and AI's are good for catching enemy sights. This game looks to be made purposely for online multiplayer co-op, especially in a open world game. This game is what was The Division meant to be.
    Final Verdict:
    5/10 - With the missions being repetitive and the Final Boss not being a "Final Boss" this game does not give a strong hope in the open world industry but still fun to play with other players.
    Buy or Not Buy - Not Buy. If you don't like online or have bad internet connection, this game is not meant for single player.
    Rent - No. Since the game requires you to play 30+ hours to explore in the open world.

The map is split into 22 zones, all of which have a lot of content to enjoy, from main story, to rebel ops, to collectibles such as weapons, skill points and background story items. The topography is diverse and beautifully rendered and ranges from jungle to forest, to desert,Full playthrough review. The map is split into 22 zones, all of which have a lot of content to enjoy, from main story, to rebel ops, to collectibles such as weapons, skill points and background story items. The topography is diverse and beautifully rendered and ranges from jungle to forest, to desert, to salt flats, all of which effect how you approach a mission.

    The story is sparse but does a good enough job at moving the narrative forward. The gameplay is somewhat repetitive but that was not a problem for me in my 75+ hour playthrough as I really enjoyed the feeling of being a badass special operations soldier. In some missions you are creeping at night through a dense jungle then in the next mission you are sniping from atop a mountain while in another mission you are assaulting a base in an open area and go in Rambo style. You are rarely forced into a single approach thus allowing you to chose if you want to ghost an enemy base or call in rebel support such as a diversion, mortar strike, spotting, or backup which allow you to meet just about any situation on the fly.

    There are three vehicles that you can have the rebels drop off for you, a truck, an armored suburban with a minigun or a helicopter which is fairly easy to fly once you get use to it. You can also fast travel which comes in handy on such a huge map. I like the day night cycle and the weather effects. Night ops are fun as you have to use your night vision as the game is very dark at night, also the infrared is great for picking out targets in the inky blackness of night.

    As you play you will come across metals that basically supply you with ability points. You can spend your points on weapon ability, physical ability, team and rebel toughness, and tech skills such as the drone and synchronized shooting. If you desire you can decimate the enemy by useing your drone to mark targets and having your team synch shot stragglers. Make sure to add skill points to your binoculars as some enemy positions have drone jammers that can be shut down or destroyed but can be very hard to find or shut off quietly.

    Because of my unreliable internet I played single player and found the team A.I. to be quite good. The commands are few but effective. I like to snipe the snipers, mortar and heavy weapons positions, call in rebel support, set my team to attack, then run into the base with a light machine gun and let the chaos ensue! My loadout was an assault rifle with a 4x scope and a silencer that I used for short range sniping and stealthy base infiltration and a light machine gun for when things get hot!

    I think for some the thin narrative and repetitive gameplay will be a turn off, but for me the gameplay was a blast that never got old! I look forward to another playthrough!    … Expand

    GR Wildlands est en effet le meilleur de Far Cry et de Splinter Cell et... de Ghost Recon, sauf qu'ici la partie Ghost Recon fonctionne enfin via une interface d'ordres claire et efficace. On planifie aussi, on observe et on marque avec le drone, ce qui donne une véritable dimension tactique au jeu. Les rebelles peuvent vous aider en fournissant des véhicules, des appuis au sol, une reconnaissance et des tirs de mortier.

    Le jeu fait penser souvent à MGS5 mais en bien et en sérieux ; difficile de retourner au jeu japonais après une telle démonstration de force : la maniabilité est impeccable, la balistique est finement gérée et l'intelligence artificielle est remarquable. Vos potes ne se font pas repérer comme des cons et si ça dérape, c'est de ma faute à moi, le chef de l'escouade, pas de la leur. Ils viennent vous réanimer le cas échéant, car les tirs sont surtout dirigés contre vous : mieux vaut ça que l'inverse, à savoir aller réanimer des bras cassés...

    Les tirs synchros sont un régal à utiliser et font partie de la stratégie, tout comme le C4, les mines, les leurres... et tout le toutim. A noter qu'Ubisoft s'est mis à la parité puisqu'on peut faire le jeu entièrement avec une nana façon Sarah Connor ou autre présentation : on a toute une partie de personnalisation assez bien faite ma foi.

    "Stratégie", le mot est lâché, mais surtout réactivité et adaptation : il faut prendre les bonnes décisions au bon moment, car si le jeu peut être pris comme un bourrin et fournir une action endiablée, il implique de nombreuses missions d'infiltration totale, l'occasion de constater l'IA étonnante des ennemis, retorse à souhait... il faut alors reconsidérer la situation et attendre la nuit, plus propice.

    L'histoire se laisse suivre et garde un ton fort crédible, en plus de proposer deux fins différentes d'une maturité qui ne laisse pas d'étonner pour un jeu Ubisoft, je ne m'y attendais pas !

    Techniquement c'est une belle réussite aux niveaux graphique et sonore et malgré quelques rares ralentissements, GR Wildlands tient la rampe sans sourciller (installé sur un SSD) et offre une image propre et nette, avec bien entendu le temps et la météorologie dynamiques. De superbes panoramas !

    Il n'y a aucune tour à escalader (!) mais néanmoins un brin de farmage à faire (comme dans tous les mondes ouverts) voire un assez gros farmage en fait pour rassembler les ressources nécessaires si l'on veut développer en profondeur les capacités de son équipe, des rebelles et de nos armes et gadgets : il faut alors attaquer des convois et voler des avions ou hélicos, des tâches qui peuvent lasser quelque peu... à la longue.

    On doit également rassembler des "intels" en territoire contrôlé par les sicarios et là encore, l'approche est libre et permet d'expérimenter... mais il est clair qu'il faut être prêt à crapahuter de long en large.     L'approche est laissée à la discrétion du joueur et on découvre de multiples façons d'arriver à ses fins. En tout cas, les missions principales, très nombreuses, se révèlent très bien construites et assez variées. Procéder à l'extraction de témoins en plein camp ennemi n'est jamais une mince affaire.

    On note quelques bugs pas bien méchants et un pilotage de l'hélico auquel il convient de s'habituer ; son inertie peut parfois agacer sérieusement... surtout quand on a des missiles au cul.

    Voilà donc ce Ghost Recon Wildlands, résolument passionnant en solo mais vendu par Ubisoft trop souvent pour sa partie coopération, laquelle se révèle comme dans tous les jeux de cet acabit assez pathétique : on passe sa vie à réanimer les branques qui vous accompagnent ou une fois mort, à attendre que le dernier clampin remplisse éventuellement l'objectif...

    Et pour égaler la performance de l'IA, il faudrait 4 joueurs qui connaissent et maîtrisent à fond tous les compartiments du jeu, sans rentrer dans le tas comme des tanches, à se faire repérer comme des bleus !

Playing with friends is much more fun than playing with bots, but the one benefit playing with bots over friends is the Sync Shot skill, where you can 100% rest assured that they will hit their shot when you order them to. You can clear out heavily fortified enemy locations entirely without being detected if you go about it the right way using this method. It does allow for the game to incorporate a big mental aspect with regards to planning.

    Also, I have not mentioned yet that the world is HUGE and the environments are beautiful. You will notice after playing a while that they did re-use some building models, but you'll generally be so caught up in what's going on around you that it becomes a moot point.    … Expand

    Excellent game for coop not so much for solo. Great story, it can get a little bit repetitive since its stealth tactical incursion game. For me its only fun if u play it on extreme with all the aids turned off. U can grasp the feeling and tension of an undercover black op in the jungle. It has its flaws but with the latest patch they fixed some of them.

But too little original content to keep interest. I have no doubt playing this as a co-op game will be much much better. But I usually play single player only. It does have its glitches, like having to kill yourself if you get caught in a rock or between a garbage bin and a wall. The flying could be done differently, however it could be worse. The glitches in the game do not effect the story line and are fixable through patches.
    The story line is absolutely amazing. Having the ability to see two different endings with El Sueno living and dying is great. It sets up for future DLC content to expand into different countries in South America. I give this game a high rating due to how many bosses there are to fight and the over abundance of side missions to do and collect.    … Expand

You are dropped into the tutorial zone and after quick lesson on the basics of spotting and stealth you are sent on your merry way. Each area of the map has a boss that you have to eliminate before moving on the next, do it so many times you can have shot and the under boss, eliminate them and you can go after the big boss "El Sueño". This is a 4 player Co-Op shooter make no mistake and that's the way to play it. Whilst playing solo you do get 3 AI team mates but the Ai is mostly useless and half the time i just solo outposts and tell them to wait outside on the naughty step. So get a group of friends, mic up and suit up for a tactical experience that is unique. Want to go straight to one of the hardest areas on the map, sure. Want to run into a base guns blazing and take no prisoners, no problem. Wildlands shines because of this freedom going into a region find out who the boss is, what they do and what you have to do to take them down is fun. and being able to choose how you want to complete this objective is brilliant and is excellent fun with friends. For example, our teams objective was to destroy a Submarine docked at a small cartel outpost. we scouted out the base and marked all the enemies and decided our approach. One guy went of to borrow a a helicopter whilst another placed himself up high with a sniper rifle. Me and my buddy snuck our way in, taking out sleeping enemies till we reached the sub. we placed the C4 and made our way out but my lack brain cells caused me to miss a shot on a enemy and land right next to a guy in heavy body armour. Next thing a small platoon of dudes arrived and decided our final meal should involve bullets. we were pinned down in a small hut awaiting out helicopter escape route killing guys left and right of us, whilst sniper fire took out anyone who got to close. long story short a lot of people died and we flew out with smiles on our faces but completely forgot to detonate the C4. This is just one example but you get the picture. but what harms this game is bugs and its repetitive, the collectables (weapons, skills and intel) keeps you moving but they are just icons on the map you want to get rid off. Bugs are also an issue, right now i have some of audio that loops once every time i spawn in and its not game breaking but annoying AF, another bug i find is enemies spawning in mid way though my stealthy massacre that i just cleared and spotting me.

    In summary, its like Just Cause 3 (repetition and completion). But replace all the goofy explosions with 4 player co-op stealth.    … Expand

    This is The division with just a new skin, the environmentt is about the only thing worthwhile, the AI is dumb, the missions are the same fetch missions as with any other ubisoft game, save some time and find another game because this one is just a time drain like the division.

    It is true that the dialogue is lacking. Your squad mates are unnecessarily crass during the open world bits, and the story events keep to that trend. I also found myself turning off the radio every single time I got in a vehicle. There's no overlooking the lack of quality here.

    A lot of the missions you will do are similar to each other in objective, but the locale and best way to go about accomplishing them will be different. In the 30 hours I have in so far, I have done many extraction and assassinations but if you enjoy putting on the silencers, scoping out your target area and accomplishing your task without being detected...then you will never not have fun with this game. I personally never tire of those experiences and Wildlands let me have them non-stop.

    The shooting in Wildlands feels very good, and I enjoy that any enemy can be taken down in one shot regardless of difficulty (note: my friend and I are playing on the hardest setting). The guns sound great, suppressed or not, have weight to the shots, and like most games now are accompanied by a red kill 'x' when your shot is fatal. This is extremely satisfying for long range sniping, as your bullets are effected by gravity and those 600m+ shots will arc in and provide great enjoyment.

    The driving and vehicle controls are pretty wonky. It definitely has taken getting used to piloting helicopters and planes, and even driving the motorcycles. The helicopters are the worst however, with no way to turn the rudder (RB or LB in most modern games with such vehicles) so precise movement is pretty difficult. Some realism was sacrificed for ease of use on most vehicles, as they are able to drive up embankments that should be impossible by the laws of physics...and they also turn themselves right side up most of the time when a tumble or roll occurs. Some may not like this, but when you're in the middle of nowhere and your car rights itself it is handy.

    Overall, I have loved my time with the game but there are weaknesses holding it back. If you're like me and enjoy the things I have mentioned above, like being able to choose stealth or going in swinging, long range sniping fun and antics, great weapon customization and numbers, then I really think you will like this game and your time with it. Just be prepared for bad dialogue throughout and some fighting with the vehicle controls.    … Expand

    A frequent complaint of this game is that it is to much of the same. As a dedicated player of Far Cry games for the outpost busting this game is amazing! Hearing these complaints after playing the game for many many long hours and being hyped to play it as soon as the kids are in bed it just surprises me. I get killed just enough currently to instill danger and excitement whilst allowing me to brutally execute scores of enemies! This game pushes the open world genre in subtle ways and is well worth most peoples time. If this is the starting point for Wildlands; I am eager to see where they will go next with it. Only complaint I could muster is that the soldiers prattle on about certain missions while I am wondering around doing side quests untill I am so tired about hearing about the Quinoa Processing Plant that I feel compelled to do the mission just to get them to talk about something else. At first I was pissed because I thought the controls were terrible...and they are touchy...but accurate. So in other words, don't buy this game at full price if you don't like or can't play with friends. But when you do play co-op, it becomes a completely different game. Unlike with your AI teammates where almost every side mission of the same category (defending a radio, tagging a convoy or stealing a helicopter) is pretty much the same with so much repetition, playing with friends makes them feel different in some way, planning. If you play solo, your AI teammates will just follow your lead and cover you, while you and your friends have different roles making them pretty ambitious. I also noticed when defending a radio that it is merely impossible to do it in solo as your AI teammates provide no roles of their on or backup unless you die. So in some cases of missions, playing with friends can be easier but more fun not only during the experience, but before it when planning your tactics whether they're in stealth or aggression. And one of the worst parts of playing in solo, the AI cannot drive which is a bad thing when attacking the cartel or unidad while on the road as they shoot like storm troopers, just bother to damage the car and not the enemies themselves. When always having to drive, you never get the chance of shooting out the window unlike in co-op. Co-op requires so much tactics, coordination and planning from how your going to do the mission to how you're going to get there and approach it. And the best thing is, you have the chance of gaining new skill points and finding new weapons around the map together. So to do everything in one province; story missions, side missions, gathering intel, finding new weapons and accessories and grabbing skill points and medals could take up to 3-4 hours, and then you move onto a different province with different design and landscape making the mission approaching not very repetitive. Though it really does get repetitive when playing in solo, especially in side missions, you do a mission, fly to another place, do another mission, drive to another place, and so on. Though I'm not saying that playing solo is completely garbage, there are definitely some cool aspects. You get to choose which province to go next without any character or AI teammate stopping or limiting you and each time you get to a new province, you always feel excited to explore it and find out how you're going to take out the buchon, will you have to kill them, extract them or save them? Slowly and slowly, you will work your way to the big boss; El Sueno. Though doing this in co-op will feel just as good as you're exploring the world together, finding new weapons together, gathering new intel together, planning tactics together and deciding which province to go to together.
    In conclusion, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands is an average game when in solo, fun but with repetitive gameplay, lack of tactics and stupid non-supporting AI teammates where all they do is cover you. However if you have at least 2 close friends online who have this game, then you will not regret buying this game, it is a blast and is a lot better than the division's co-op gameplay. Without co-op, its not Ghost Recon Wildlands, its just, well.. Wildlands.    … Expand

    Whatever the case, it doesn't seem justified to me. This is an excellent game. It has:
    -A large, beautiful open world with great variation in landscapes.
    -Many skills and assets to unlock and upgrade, a number of which open many new options to the player.
    -Four player coop that is great fun with friends, and passably good with strangers.
    -A very basic story, one that doesn't require many twists and turns, but one that is satisfying when you see how your four-man team can take down a massive drug empire.
    -A huge arsenal of weapons to be discovered and upgraded.

    The negative aspects of the game pale in comparison to the highlights. The AI is a bit dumb, but in large numbers and on an above-average difficulty setting can still be a challenge. And the mission TEMPLATES are repetitive, as has been repeatedly stated by critics both amateur and professional.

    But here's the thing with repetitiveness, and why I highlighted 'templates' above. It's true, many missions follow the same basic outline: go here, smash this, kill that, get out. But here's where the criticism of repetitiveness rings hollow for this player: it's all on the player as to HOW you tackle these missions. You can go in guns blazing and trust your teammates and your reflexes, or you can creep in an use stealth to take down enemies at close range, OR you can deploy your drone and tag targets, and then take down as many as you can at range with a trusty sniper rifle. You can grab an attack helicopter and fire miniguns into an enemy campsite, or you can skydive onto a mountain and use the elevation to your advantage.

    So what I'm trying to say here is that, if you're playing WIldlands and complaining that each engagement goes down the same way, that isn't the game's fault. That's your choice. Try something different every once in awhile and see how the experience becomes far less repetitive.

    I'd give Wildlands a solid 9.25 out of 10. Game of 2017 for me so far, but I expect it will have tough competition from Mass Effect and Red Dead 2. If you like shooters and/or open world games, you should try it out.    … Expand

    I have not played co-op but I can imagine that would only magnify the fun aspects of the game. The potential for Leroy Jenkins making a mess of well thought out plans is high. Expect to see hilarious videos of this on Youtube.

    I hate to overuse a word but this game has real potential. I played the Division and really like it but that game was constrained by the structure of the game. The expansions to the Division were a mixed bag and felt tacked on. With Ghost Recon Wildlands the open nature of the game should allow the developers to get really creative with expansions while still fitting within the base game.

    Some people are going to hate this game and they may be justified based on it not meeting their expectations. I would suggest watching a few Youtube videos of the gameplay or renting it before buying.    … Expand

    What I didn't expect this game to have is great gameplay because that is what this game definitely has is some of the best gameplay I've seen in a Tom Clancy game in years! This game is essentially a US Military Covert Ops simulator. You have a mission in a designated area (No surprise) and you choose how you want to approach the mission. You can run in guns blazing (Which I don't normally ever do) or you can work with your team to stealthily eliminate enemies within a given radius, move in, rinse and repeat.

    This game is best played with friends! There is little enjoyment for anyone looking to play 15+ hours of this game on his or her own because as I've established, this game is repetitive and it isn't a game you play for the story.

    I would also like to point out that when I customized my character, I made sure he looked just like a US marine in fully-camoed IBA, kevlar gear similar to that of a US soldier that added an element of realism to my game. My friends did the same and we had a blast pretending to be a covert ops seal team behind enemy lines.

    Aside from the mediocre story, bland characters, and repetitive levels, there are, however, a few issues I had with the game. While the armor customization is good, the character customization is very limited. You have a select few heads to choose from (similar to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic back on the original Xbox system) and that sucks! I also would have loved some more armor customization options and weapons to go along with the game.

    This game is far from perfect! I expected a mediocre game with little enjoyability and because of that I was very pleasantly surprised. Until I played the beta, I didn't even have any interest in buying the game after the disappointing Division and Rainbow Six Siege games released!

    This isn't the best Ghost Recon game, in fact I believe it is far from it, but that's okay because what I got is something I've been wanting to see in a modern military shooter for a long time. My dad, a former US infantry specialist even came down and saw me playing the game. He commented on the game and was surprised by the level of detail went into my decisions during various missions throughout the game and he doesn't like modern military video games (because he feels they dilute the actual experience, kind of like the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare games)

    I really enjoyed this game! And if you had my low expectations for it, I'm sure you would too!

    Wow, I've never seen a game lookin this good! Flying around your helicopter in the open world gives you some amazing views if you are not chased by a sam missile. Action is fierce, and the game will keep you busy for a long time. Much better than any call of duty game in single player. Must buy for first person shooter fans. Worth every penny!!

    The voice-acting is EXTREMELY mediocre. It's by far the worst I've heard in recent years. It's incredibly stiff with cheesy, over-the-top lines. I'm amazed that they even let that **** into the game. This also leads to the theme (i.e. all story-related elements) itself, which was just as mediocre. There's nothing gripping about it.
    Not very varied gameplay. The world was, as previously mentioned, fairly large. Unfortunately you do pretty much the same thing over and over when you aren't doing main story missions.

    Over-all the game was mediocre. It felt like another run-of-the-mill open-world game with stories that are worse than those found in most Korean free-to-play titles.
    I'm beginning to think that Ubisoft bribed Critics in order to get such a high score. There's no way in hell that anyone who's played more than a handful of games could give it scores like 80/100 and upwards.    … Expand

    Ghost Recon Wildlands is the game I have been wanting to see for a very long time. Military based, tactical shooter, open-world, and a plausible story and setting! The shooting mechanics are the best I have found and the environment is incredible. The only down side are the driving physics are a bit weird but it's still fun. I will be playing this game for a long time to come!

    It seems the game was made by different team that made previous Ghost Recon games. While the previous games had their own problems, they were polished and fun to play.     All the game has is marketing lines, big open world with a lot of to explore, weapon customization etc.
    All you do in the game is drive around to the same mission you just did a moment ago. There's no sense of tactical battles, tension seen in previous GR games. You get to the place, a few bad guys pops put, there's a little shooting COD style, then you drive to another place to do exact same thing until you discover philosophical side in yourself asking how long can you do the same things. So much for exploring the big open world. The weapon customization is just as inspiring as the gameplay.
    Coop doesn't change anything. The same horrendous gameplay, just with other people.    … Expand

    Lifehack: Wait for this game to go on sale and get some patches. Don't want to encourage Ubisoft to keep releasing unpolished games, and you save some cash.

    This game is best played co-op with friends, so if you want you can convince your mates to hold off for some time while the patches and free content updates roll in.

    There’s so much fun to be had here, and the co-op is probably the best I’ve seen in a long time. The country of Bolivia is massive and fun to explore, with plenty to do and visuals that never fail to impress.

    Ghost Recon: Wildlands is by no means a terrible, or even bad, game: it provides moments of intense fun, particularly with friends, when you're trying to clear out a base without being detected. Yet, it has some serious issues. The A.I. coding is just not good; the huge draw distances causes stutter and screen-tearing on consoles; and even though there is undeniably a lot of content in the form of missions and things to collect, it does become repetitive and dull—just how quickly it becomes a drag depends on your tolerance for walking around and collecting things, I suppose. But if you don't have friends to play with, and you have to rely on boneheaded teammate A.I. to help you fight questionable and irrational enemy A.I., then the game's problems are amplified.

    Basically, Ghost Recon: Wildlands is a good game. It offers you a big wide world with many missions and possibilities. It combines the tactical gameplay we all know and love from other Ghost Recon games, with all of these elements spread out on the beautiful map of Bolivia. But its repetitiveness, forgettable story and the trouble finding a decent team make its problems more obvious than ever.
