    This game is $14.99, but it should be $30, or even $40. The game is vast, detailed and nearly impeccable in every way, with perhaps only the social element lagging behind the rest. It is every bit as feature packed as the AAA rated games that it is similar to, such as Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing. I'll be playing Stardew Valley for a long time to come, and I genuinely hope that this review inspires you to pick it up and do the same, because this is one of the finest examples of passionate, empowered independent video game making I've ever come across.

    Stardew Valley is an unique game. At the first time, it's looks like a pixelated Harvest Moon, but is more complicated than that. Is a reality that you don't want to escape.

    Stardew Valley is [one of] the most intriguing and engaging games you'll play in 2016, and maybe 2017. If you want a break from all the skull-crushing and bullet sponges, and want to kick back and relax while actually feeling like you're accomplishing things, buy it.

    While the game isn't perfect -- side activities can be dull and there are a few frustrating bugs -- Stardew Valley will no doubt remain a staple in my rotation for months to come. It's a game that fully succeeds in its premise and for that it is worthy of your time.

    Stardew Valley takes its inspirations and runs away with them into not just an amazing game, but undoubtedly one of the best of the year. There is no shortage of engrossing gameplay, and it has an adorable personality. The Xbox One version has been ported over with very few issues and I see myself emerging only grudgingly from my farm work over the holiday season.

    Unfortunately, Xbox One version does suffer from some slight stuttering in larger areas like the farm, but developer Chucklefish confirms that there is a planned update to fix it within the coming weeks. Otherwise, Stardew Valley for consoles is still the same great game we first played on PC, and comes just as highly recommended.

    I might not be as hypnotized with Stardew Valley as a lot of other folks, but it's pretty much the Harvest Moon follow-up I've been waiting for since the SNES and Nintendo 64 days.

    I found this game to be very surprising refreshing. I've never played Harvest Moon, and wasn't too sure to expect going into this game, but II found this game to be very surprising refreshing. I've never played Harvest Moon, and wasn't too sure to expect going into this game, but I figured for $15 I would give it a go because it looked fun and had some good comments from other players who played it on PC. The first time I played it I actually was only planning to play it for maybe an hour just to try it out, and ended up stuck in it for 6. I think I spent about 50 hours in about two weeks on this game. It's very addictive, colorful, and I love the characters when you get them to open up and build relationships with them. The game has a few minor stutters and occasionally issues with the cursor feature on the Xbox One, but nothing that ruins the game. The colorful Super Nintendo like graphics, casual game play, rewarding selling system, variety of activities to engage in, and beautiful music (especially the fall music) make this game easy to enjoy and lose a lot of time in. The crops and animals can get a tad repetitive, but there is always something to do or work towards in the game.… Full Review »

I have not had a crash and neither have any family members. So they must have patched it. The only down side on this is it cost me $14.99 plus tax on the XB1 store, when steam had it $5 dollars less and doesn't charge taxes. But at least on XB1 myself and other family members can be playing on multiple XB1's at the same time and unlike Steam no one get's booted from a shared title.… Full Review »

    Okay this is a Fantastic game this is my favorite game of 2016 and will be so much hours with in 2017 because I love it it's a game for relaxOkay this is a Fantastic game this is my favorite game of 2016 and will be so much hours with in 2017 because I love it it's a game for relax but you can use for be a life game because you can marriage have kids and other things but this game I have played in PC and when I see in the store of Xbox one I was like I have saw a ghost LOL but I bought in the xbox one for dont' be far front this game I confess when I was playing for the first minutes the game get laged but returned and when I pass the year the game crashed but have the upade that solve the lag and I dont' know if the bug of the pass year is fix because I tried a method and have worked I pass the day without selling any kind of a thing and the year passed I thing the problem was in the time when the money was put in your acount and in the same time passed the year and game can't resolve what was more important to run in that time pass the year and transform the farm or put the money in your acount... or other bug but this game is an unforgettable expirince!… Full Review »
