    Fun game shame on Capcom for letting it die, this could have absolutely competed with dead by daylight if it was taken care of. Why don't they just release the game as a standalone..

    The game is a lot of fun. With a good team of survivors you can fight against most masterminds and have an adrenaline-pumping match. The character and weapon design, music, and enemy selection is great. The most challenging part of the game comes from specific mastermind builds that are hard to counter (I.E. trap spamming or turret spamming).     So yesterday I started playing this game. And there are things that bother me, but mostly this has something to do with the amount of players that are playing this game.

    There are people in the comments, that warn you to not play this game. But I really encourage you to try and not let yourself easily get discouraged of going on.     This is better experienced on PS, however gameplay is much better on PC. There are cheaters on here, along with people parked outside McDonald's for free WiFi playing. This game would be playable without the hackers and with dedicated servers. The developers abandoned hope for this game so updates stopped over a year ago. I love this game so it's a damn shame people need to cheat to win,This is better experienced on PS, however gameplay is much better on PC.     The graphics are great, the sounds are excellent, the animation is good, like RE2R AND RE3R, nice ideas and areas, fun characters..

    Resident Evil: Resistance on the Xbox One is a game that has released too early. Lag, matchmaking issues, unbalanced gameplay, a lack of content: all the major multiplayer issues are here. When it does work, there is fun to be had as a Survivor – despite being at a disadvantage – or when chasing down Survivors as a player-controlled zombie. But there is a lot more that needs to be done here, and quickly too, before the timer runs out on this multiplayer game.

    Clearly the best multiplayer outing for the Resident Evil series yet, it is nonetheless held back by some long lobby wait times, lack of ability to non-verbally communicate with team mates and an overpowered Mastermind suite. When things come together the gameplay is fun, though nothing revolutionary, and it even manages to carry over some of the tension found in the main games, so I really hope a solid community builds up going forward.

    Project Resistance is overall a good companion online mode for the Resident Evil 3 remake rerelease, so be sure to check it out if you pick it up. Fans of Dead by Daylight should give it a try since it has a similar overall setup to that game, but it's very much its own game. At first Project Resistance doesn't seem like much, but after spending more time with it and learning how to get better at it, it actually is quite a fun game.
