    again remedy shows us the best gameplay,the superb visuals and the strong story.i love this game so much heavy battles with great time-powers,pleasing narration follow up great acting and at last but not least game let you play it as you desire.this game is a jump-ahead-link for games and movies.

    the game is simply amazing. The graphical effects with the time abilities is INSANE! A must have for all Xbox and PC owners. The game can last from 10-20 hours so it does not overstay its welcome.

    This is some of the best story telling I've ever seen in a video game. I absolutely love the live action movie sequences that are mixed into the gameplay. If you are looking for a a game with an amazing story and a lot of detail then this is a game for you. The gameplay itself is nothing amazing but it is still very enjoyable and fun to play.

    First things first, the game is beautiful. If you thought Ryse showcased the power of the Xbox One, wait until you see this game in action. Gameplay wise, it uses the Tomb Raider cover mechanics where you get into cover automatically when close. Third person shooter mechanics are standard fare, but where things get interesting is with the time powers. With a simple button press you canFirst things first, the game is beautiful. If you thought Ryse showcased the power of the Xbox One, wait until you see this game in action. With a simple button press you can manipulate time like a god, rather it's to form a shield to stop incoming bullets and then dashing to a better advantage, there's a lot of tools at your disposal.

    Now onto the interesting section, the show. Characters are well acted and the story is engrossing. The first episode really sets the tone for the game and show, and possible future iterations of both. The action reminds me of a Bourne movie and the backdrop of the overall story is some of the best sci-fi writing out. It's genuinely an amazing experience overall.    … Expand

    Absolutely fantastic storytelling. Great atmosphere and graphics. Very fitting soundtrack also. The acting is great and the episodes in between gameplay really flow well and provide a nice interlude between gunfights and exploration. The movement of the main character can be slightly clumsy in places but that is such a minor point that I wouldn't dock points for it. 10/10 well done remedy!

    Enjoyable and stunning gameplay, original mechanics good actors, wonderful graphics and sound, one the best games of 2016, play it, enjoy it, great powers based on time.

Mixing both gameplay elements of old and new, it's the perfect combination of what made their past games special while bringing new things to the table. The combat is smooth and fast, the graphics areIf you're a fan of Remedy's past work, Quantum Break delivers.     Takes me back to my first play of Max Payne. This game is very very fun to play and has a great story. Good on Remedy and MS for taking a chance on the tv show. It isn't perfect but I can see this becoming a regular occurrence. I would have preferred that hey put their time and money into one set of tv episodes as opposed to multiple takes with multiple paths but that's just me. Excellent game.

The performance of each game can leave a lot to be desired on lesser hardware. Especially Control. But, on with my opinions.

    The story? Absolutely perfect if a little convoluted. I've had an absolute blast playing through this game, watching the episodes that play as you go through the game. The acting, in game AND in the live action episodes dispersed throughout the game, is absolutely phenomenal. Nothing oscar worthy, but for a video game spliced with a TV show (which is so effing unique, still don't understand how somebody could rate this negatively) it is way, way more than just adequate.

    The key point here that i'd like to help everyone appreciate, is that Remedy are innovating as far as story telling goes in video games. The "remedy expanded universe" is turning out to be one of the most interesting "universes" in media history. Alan wake, Quantum Break, Control. Each of these games in their own ways, are extremely unique. But they all share a universe, and that is the real draw. It sucks you in, and doesn't let go. Like i said, none of these games are "perfect", but this is meaningless when you consider the absolute fact that NOTHING in the video game industry is perfect. Not Mario 64, Zelda OOT, Golden Eye. NOTHING has ever achieved perfection, only in nostalgia do these games look perfect. Halo 3 is the closest i've seen a game come to being perfect, and even that isn't quite there. I digress.

    Quantum Break is the epitome of "Multi-Media", and i say Multi-Media quite literally. The spliced TV show is as entertaining as the game. I found myself enjoying the breaks from the frantic and fast paced gameplay. The 20 minute episodes move at a relentless pace and give exposition perfectly, if a little clumsily at times. The fact that these episodes make up almost 2 hours of the time you'll be spending with this game running on your machine is a unique thing in itself. I believe the only other games that really ask you to sit without having your hands involved in the story directly are the amazing efforts by the one and only Hideo Kojima. This game gives you the option, however. So if you don't fancy sitting around or aren't heavily invested in the story, you do have the option to skip. I'd recommend you don't. These episodes are extremely well made and largely entertaining overall.

    If you give this game and the "TV show" that comes with it a little of your time and attention, i guarantee you will end up hooked. It grabbed me and did not let go until the very end.

    Strong recommendation, 9.5/10. Ignore the negativity, give it a go. Once you have and if you enjoy it, i suggest you try out Control if you haven't. It's very much similar to this game.    … Expand

    its so sad that this game is being bashed, its a good game, not excellent not perfect but it really is a good game, i give it a 10 because the score should be at 8, thats what the game deserves, and an 8 is not bad, is good.

    Amazing Audio !!! Great Graphic !!!! Good plot ! !!!Really good actors ! just need a performance update and will be great ! and some DLC (free ofc) !!!!

    Me ha gustado mucho, la historia es muy buena y combinada con las escenas de película te mantiene siempre atento. Los gráficos son excelentes y la jugabilidad también. Conforme avanza la trama vas adquiriendo habilidades que combinadas con las diferentes armas te dan un buen repertorio de posibilidades en combate.

    I honestly can't see why this game has a rating of under 80. It's amazing. It's been a while since the last good story-focused game. The gameplay is fun and it feels really good. The only negative is the performance drop from time to time, but otherwise it's pretty amazing.

    Amazing game, spent about 20 hours on my first run through. There is actually more content then I expected. So many things to read and observe to pull you further into the immersion of the game. I thought the balance between gameplay and cutscenes/episodes was good since i loved this game for the story and its concept rather then the shooting and killing (which is also awesome fun with theAmazing game, spent about 20 hours on my first run through.     very good game , nice gameplay amzing history with facto replay more than once, the best xbox one graphics, innovating live action cutscenes, im believe this is the best remedy game for me.

    This is one of the best games I've ever played. It offers a very good narrative-driven story mode, with really deep and interesting characters and a very nice setting. It really is a masterful piece of narrative, and its writing is just amazing.

    The game plays very good and the graphics are wonderful. It's just one of the best games this generation so far.

    I've already clocked about 4 hours into Quantum Break, and I am loving the ride so far. I didn't expect to like the TV show portion of the game, but I think it's absolutely fantastic. The acting, story, and writing are all top notch. And as good as the TV show is, the gameplay in Quantum Break is even better. The time-stopping mechanics are a blast, and they're handled very well. It’sI've already clocked about 4 hours into Quantum Break, and I am loving the ride so far. I didn't expect to like the TV show portion of the game, but I think it's absolutely fantastic. The acting, story, and writing are all top notch. And as good as the TV show is, the gameplay in Quantum Break is even better. The time-stopping mechanics are a blast, and they're handled very well. It’s especially fun to see individual raindrops freeze as you slow time down and run about disarming/killing a whole group of enemies. In general, the game is as interesting to look at as it is to play. I can't recommend QB enough.… Expand

    My favorite thing about Quantum Break is that it isn't your typical video game. I love the fact that it is like playing through a television series as the lead character with a chose your own adventure element. Once I finish the game I can't wait to go back and make different decisions to see how things change.     simply a must own if your a xbox gamer there is not a better looking game. The story is tight and cohesive and the episodes after are done very well. 10/10

    Playing the game with no internet connection so I skipped the shows. Overal the game is on another level in terms of action. The story is very interesting aswell. Well done Remedy.

    Love this game. But its genre actually is interactive-move. There is not so much action, and it is very casual. There is 80% of story and cutscenes. So if you looking for gameplay it is not for you. The whole experience is close to Beyond Two Souls in my opinion.

    Es un juego con una excelente narrativa, si bien no es el mejor shooter, o mejor dicho, el juego con mejores mecánicas de disparos, cumple con su cometido de hacernos usar el tiempo. Sí bien la mecánica de disparos es algo monótona, QB tiene una trama con una serie que se equilibra de forma perfecta, contando una historia muy al estilo remedy. Un juego que se debe jugar.

    Cool story and the gameplay is fun and original. TV episodes go well with the gameplay. Graphics are the best I've seen this gen. The audio and the FX are like great when combined with the awesome gameplay. I wasn't prepared for a game this great but Remedy delivered!

    At first I had my doubts about this game, specially after reading some of the bad reviews , but finally I decided to give it a try and oh my this game is incredible, the shooting really reminds me of Max Payne and the story is good enough to keep you playing.

    For my one of the best games,it have only "story and cutscenes" in the first 30 minutes,but after this,the game turns into a very interesting game,with very good shooter mechanics,a beautiful visual and graphics,good physics(even better with the Time Powers) and the effect are just Awesome,the Sound Effects and Dialogues are extremely well made and then react extremely realistic to "TimeFor my one of the best games,it have only "story and cutscenes" in the first 30 minutes,but after this,the game turns into a very interesting game,with very good shooter mechanics,a beautiful visual and graphics,good physics(even better with the Time Powers) and the effect are just Awesome,the Sound Effects and Dialogues are extremely well made and then react extremely realistic to "Time Control" (like you slow the time and the sounds seems like it's REALLY in slow motion,something that even Max Payne 3 form Rockstar didn't make it so well) also the story is extremely good and i really like the way you can change the story… Expand

    Quantum Break is an incredible game that will hook you for its ten hour duration and stay with you long after that. The story is packed with mystery, suspense, and engaging characters caught in a high stakes situation where every decision is significant. While adding TV show may not have revolutionized storytelling, Quantum Break is a must play game for those looking to sink their teeth into a meaningful adventure.

    Quantum Break is a bad movie, but a really good game. It did not convince me with its poor (and poorly told) story and characters that I did not care about at all, but as a shooter it is really enjoyable and creative. [05/2016, p.38]
