You play as Greta, an unfortunate, inattentive girl that lives in a fantastical shadow puppet world. Your adventure starts on Greta's worst day, when she finds a glowing butterfly and decides to catch it! In the process she inadvertently causes absolute chaos and who knows how much in damage, including smashing a taxi... After being repremanded by everyone, she is sent to her room. In her room the glowing butterfly shows her a way out! Through the theater and into new worlds. In the theater you learn how Greta intracts with the "hard" shadows, as they actually are. Once through the theater you get a ball of light you controll with the right joystick, and with it you can manually manipulate the shadows to use as bridges, ramps, steps, lifts, and more. The light isn't obstructed by any scenery and can be moved wherever you wish. Manipulation of the world, using the shadows sometimes takes some time, but ultimately patience got me through the roughest of times. If you rush, you'll get stuck in the shadows, or launch yourself or an object you're trying to use out-of-place and have to start back at step one. Projection is a charming and fun game, where taking your time pays off well. A great game if you enjoy a bit of thinking. Full Review »
