All the DLC packs add quite a bit to the game and help it feel more fleshed out and realized, but the sheer number of options one has can be overwhelming for new players who aren’t sure what is worth focusing on and what isn’t. Regardless, the DLCs help make Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition feel like a sprawling experience on an epic scale. Even if some of the content feels a bit middling, there is more than enough of a higher quality to justify the price.

The UI bugs out at start of EVERY mission so u have zero controller input (took them several months to patch this game breaking bug). The game will randomly crash frequently and everywhere so there's no way to avoid it (this is STILL not fixed!)
The Behemoth DLC adds content which for the most part makes the game ridiculously more difficult without actually balancing that out with equal rewards, to the point that it's actually putting players off playing with the DLC!
Game balance as a whole is non existant. They launched with an ability that was so OP that one lone soldier could kill one of the biggest bosses in one turn, but somehow thought that was fine. Then patched it when everyone started using it. But instead of balancing it, they just nerfed it into the ground so now it's not even useable.
The music is very poor and lacks variety - i REALLY miss the different tracks you used to get on Xcom, like the heart pumping music when equipping your troops for battle, that is all missing in this game.
Plus points? The new geoscape with a proper 3d sphere is a big improvement, and i really like the new combat aiming system.
Overall, you could sum up Phoenix Point by looking at its origins - it was a kickstarter project and unfortunately also PLAYS like one. Needed a LOT more time & resources spent on Balance, Testing, and Content.
