    Cool on the surface, you’ll likely enjoy what you’re looking at. The style and idea of this evil world with female fighters who are an unlimited supply of clones is just awesome and unique. The major setback is the repetitive gameplay that isn’t varied. It’s like you’re just playing a demo for hours with no feeling of actual progression because of how many times you’ll be restarting. Without a really fleshed out story, you almost don’t have anything to really fight for. Seeing the conclusion of the story isn’t exciting because you expect it to just end without any dramatic elements in place. There just isn’t enough meat in it to satisfy your hunger. It’s a beautiful world, but not one you’re going to stay in for long.

In Othercide, you control an army of women who are created, fully-formed, from a birthing pool, assigned one of four classes, and marched out onto an isometric battlefield to battle an army of evil doctors. However before we dive deeper in to the game what happened to the colors we know such as orange, purple, yellow and pink? Inspite the fact that game has a great story line and for a strategy game it's action full looking at a screen that's full black might give you some headaches. The combat system itself is a pleasing puzzle, mostly reliant on manipulating the initiative tracker that is a constant presence along the bottom of the screen.I actually don't personally seek out strategy games- especially turn-based ones, but some how I found myself playing Othercide for hours. I’d suggest giving it a go yourself as well on your Xbox One console.… Full Review »

    Othercide, juego de estrategia por turnos estilo roguelike, a base de puntos que permiten una forma de jugar diferente, los personajes no seOthercide, juego de estrategia por turnos estilo roguelike, a base de puntos que permiten una forma de jugar diferente, los personajes no se curan, a si que te obliga a tener mucho cuidado con cada acción que realices.
    Su estética me gusta mucho, al igual que la paleta de color, muy acertada para este juego.
