    Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker captures the essence, the speed and the personality of Naruto magnificently well. It’s deep, engaging and distinct. There’s certainly some adjustments needed for class balance, and matchmaking can indeed drag on for longer than it should, but when everything clicks into place, there’s little else that comes quite as close to the source material as this does.

    The online components of the game held up pretty well throughout my time with the game and any problems were very few and far between. I loved the visual style of the game and when they combined with the good sound design it did make the gameplay become more fun and immersive. Traversing in combat is very fun and that’s mainly because everything feels so fluid thanks to the fantastic controls that have been implemented. I really enjoyed creating my own ninja and that was mainly due to there being quite a lot of customisation I could use when creating my character. The world in which the game takes place in is a little on the small side and this did make traversing around it a little bit tedious.
    There is nothing much at all when it comes to a story and I often found myself getting a little bored because of that. The missions are good at first they do unfortunately get repetetive quite quickly and that did take the fun out of completing them a bit. Does Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker do enough to get a recommendation from me? Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker did stir up a lot of interest within me and that was mainly down to it looking like it was trying to create something different in the series. This something new then does make the game stand out a little bit, but in the end even though the game has quite a bit of fun and enjoyment included it isn’t up there with the best games this series has to offer. The main reason why it isn’t up there with the best of the series is because it doesn’t do enough to keep drawing you in time and time again and I think that’s mainly because the world in which the game takes place in is small and the missions that are in the world get repetetive quite quickly. This however doesn’t make this game a bad game it just means that you get bored too quickly. That being said Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker probably still does just enough to get a small recommendation from me because the online works very well and when in full flow the game is very fun even if it’s only fun in short bursts.    … Full Review »

    Overall, this game is a mixed bag, on the one hand this game is a definite recommend compared to most Naruto games, however in hindsight,Overall, this game is a mixed bag, on the one hand this game is a definite recommend compared to most Naruto games, however in hindsight, that's not saying much
    The graphics look good for the art style they chose for this, however the overall visuals do not look as good, polished or as flashy as say Storm 4, the story is almost non existent, considering that the only purpose of talking to characters throughout the small world you free roam in is just to find challenges and unlock new items or abilities.
    Just like Xenoverse, it is nice to create your own character and get in on the action, however the amount of customization and abilities is criminally underwhelming
    I would recommend buying the first season pass and playing the game in one sitting, unfortunately the game is both to long and too large to warrant replay value, however if you are a fan of the series, I would consider playing it with friends, instead of just alone, but I would recommend Storm 4 way more than this    … Full Review »

Another problem is the skins that are very ugly (most) and that the game is VERY EXPENSIVE and because it has few maps since it is a Battle Royale I believe that for its price ($250) it is not worth paying. But if you have a good discount, it's really worth buying (as I paid 25 reais for the game), since the gameplay is very fluid and the game modes are very good. Grade 7.5/10 It's good but there's still a lot to improve… Full Review »
