    Jump King is a 16bit Jump Man game. You play as a guy that's never skipped leg day, in fact, for this guy every day all day is Leg day. You start in a hole, where an old man asks if you too had heard the legend that there's a smoking hot babe at the top? That's your story, from there your task is to jump. You can move your knight from left to right, but you can't jump unless you'reJump King is a 16bit Jump Man game. You can move your knight from left to right, but you can't jump unless you're standing still. To jump you hold down your button to charge the power, and release to jump. While holding jump you must hold a direction to jump that way and you have zero in air control. Every jump is a pixel perfect jump, needing an almost precise amount of power to properly make. This game is hard. For those who lack patience, and can't handle losing possibly tons of progress for a single mistake may want to walk away from this title. Still here? Good! That being said, yes falling is the penalty for a bad jump, sometimes just a tiny bit, other times you can fall several screens before finding a solid spot. Some of your jumps must be made from one screen to another, and the whole game goes up. Remember, you're after the smoking hot babe at the TOP. If you're patient and love a good platforming challenge then here is one heck of a challenge, Jump King has got you covered.… Expand

    If you fancy torturing yourself or some friends (or are a wacky YouTuber!!11!LOL) with this hard as nails, repetitive jumping game then you may get something out of Jump King. But for those of us just looking for a fun platforming challenge, there are countless better games out there fit for the task.

    Jump King on the Xbox One isn’t for the faint-hearted: vertigo sufferers and hot-headed people are better off leaving this “smoking hot babe” for the real heroes. It is however a simple 2D vertical platformer that works on two levels; instantly accessible whilst being painfully difficult.
