    Excellent game, truly a breath of fresh air with its humorous dialogue, heightened even more by Justin Roiland's genius performance. His unique voices, along with the theme and art style, lend to this masterpiece strong elements of "Rick and Morty", and "Solar Opposites".     High on Life is one of the best games I've played this year, Vibrant world, amazing gameplay ideas in an FPS game, the concept is great and the jokes are hilarious, a must play.

    La premisa de High on Life es sencilla. Es un shooter, sin más. Un FPS de la vieja escuela con oleadas de enemigos, misiones, jefes enormes y espectaculares, algún que otro puzzle sencillo y algo de exploración para encontrar coleccionables, todo ello empaquetado en una historia bizarra y un humor irreverente como seña de identidad. Y la cosa es que funciona maravillosamente. Se juegaLa premisa de High on Life es sencilla. Es un shooter, sin más. Un FPS de la vieja escuela con oleadas de enemigos, misiones, jefes enormes y espectaculares, algún que otro puzzle sencillo y algo de exploración para encontrar coleccionables, todo ello empaquetado en una historia bizarra y un humor irreverente como seña de identidad. Y la cosa es que funciona maravillosamente. Se juega genial. Es imposible no sonreír ante alguna de las bizarras soluciones del juego. Desde las conversaciones entre los gatlianos o las armas que te acompañan, hasta los insólitos coleccionables. Recorreremos varios mapas a modo de niveles en extraños planetas, más o menos abiertos, masacrando esbirros por oleadas y buscando el camino hacia el jefe final.

    Nuestra misión es encontrar a los señores del cártel G3. Es decir, los terratenientes y el capo de una organización criminal que se dedica básicamente al negocio de las drogas. Han descubierto que los humanos, consumidos en una especie de pipa muy similar a una cachimba, dan un subidón que da gusto y esto…. al parecer tiene muchos fans en la galaxia. Por lo que aparecen enfrente de nuestra casa, pegando tiros y secuestrando a todo el mundo, buscando material para sus clientes. Gracias a una simpática pistola llamada Kenny, un gatliano cuyo planeta también ha sido victima del G3, nos transportamos a Blim City, una sucia capital de un planeta extraterrestre, donde comenzaremos nuestra carrera como cazarrecompensas para acabar con los mafiosos interestelares.

    Como única crítica diría que el juego al no estar doblado (y pobremente traducido) al español hace que te pierdas parte de los hilarantes diálogos de tus compañeros durante la misiones, y esto es un poco decepcionante para un juego cuyo punto fuerte es precisamente ese; una historia divertida y unos diálogos para partirse el culo. Otra cosa es que en Xbox One los tiempos de carga son eternos, no pienso cambiar de generación todavía porque no hay juego que me haya llamado a ello, pero está claro que en Series X/S esto no se dará. Quede este comentario como aviso más que como crítica si no has querido cambiar de generación.

    Recomendado si te gustan los shooters, y cansas de lo típico. Es muy divertido y de dificultad ajustada, hay jefes que se las traen.    … Expand

    Um jogo o qual nós primeiros minutos já vemos similaridade com Rick e Morty. Game com diversas piadas e ótima jogabilidade, me fez lembrar bastante Fallout.

    Un juego divertidísimo políticamente incorrecto al que los cretinos de siempre han intentado boicotear. Espero que Justin Roiland vuelva a ser contratado para Rick & Morty.

    I am absolutely LOVING this game! Yes the comedy isn't for everyone and if you don't like it, it will annoy you.

    BUT if you like the comedy and a solid Metroid Prime Clone with great graphics and entertaining story try this.

    I am blown away by how much fun this game is. Every single, solitary second is filled with humor and whimsy. The combat is surprisingly engaging. Forcing you to switch weapons, perform combos, and use abilities(jet pack, dodge etc) in every encounter. There’s so much to unpack. So, I won’t even try. It’s best to experience it for yourself on GamePass. Don’t listen to the naysayers; trustI am blown away by how much fun this game is. Every single, solitary second is filled with humor and whimsy.     Great game funny hilarious Rick and Morty humor and the gameplay Loop and shooting is fun ignore the Metacritic by the game journalist who never play video games this is a great game I highly recommend

    I'm writing this with some bias. I am a big fan of Rick and Morty, and Solar Opposites. So his style of comedy is right down my alley. That said, I loved this game because it reminded me of an old school game. It's silly, funny, ridiculous, brightly colored and tonnes if sound. It's like the type of games we used to get before realism was the most important thing. The combat isn'tI'm writing this with some bias. I am a big fan of Rick and Morty, and Solar Opposites. It's like the type of games we used to get before realism was the most important thing. The combat isn't intuitive or anything amazing, but it's simple and it works, like an old fps. Plenty of things to keep you entertained while doing the main story. The main story is ridiculous, as well and that's OK for a video game. The endless chatter can get annoying for some, although I enjoyed it. But again I like Roland's brand of comedy. I don't know why it's getting so much hate from critics, maybe more politics involved than I understand. It's on Xbox game pass so no worry to try it and I recommend trying it. It's better stoned as well.

    I don't want to give any spoilers but the game is very straightforward. A few missions and you're done, like a cod game. Don't expect hours our of this. I played for twelve and I milked it because I enjoyed it.    … Expand

    Gameplay is okish and navigation kinda feels meh but the story telling, voice acting, the weirdness, love to details, breaking the 4th wall makes this sooo good. If the combat would be better it would be a solid 10/10. But tbf it's their first game so their budget had to be small. Keeping this in mind, this game is a must play. Especially if you love Rick and Morty as i do

    This game is so good . The combat is simple and easy to understand . The humour/comedy is on point , voice acting is spot on but sometimes cuts out . While it might not be for everyone I really enjoy it , 9/10

    I am absolutely loving this game. The gatlians are so funny to listen to and all of the different interactions with random characters make me laugh all the time. The story is very good in my opinion and the game play is super fun. The only problem I have is that the gatlian Gus isn't very good at all. I mean shotguns are supposed to be powerful but it feels like he just sneezesI am absolutely loving this game.     Amazings game, Very Very funny history and dialogue for the characters. Too bad this game doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

    Luego de los últimos parches el juego es una joya. Agrandaron los subtítulos. Me divertí como con ningún otro. Tiene mucho humor y la historia está buena. Me gustó el diseño de los personajes y las armas re locas

    High On Life certainly isn’t an intellectually profound game or a deep and meaningful one (despite a quasi-emotional end-game), it’s just an FPS that wants you to laugh and indulge in silliness for a little while. As long as you jive with the game’s grooves, you will like what High On Life has to offer, but be warned – when you’re playing a game that’s high on its own supply, sometimes it won’t think straight and it’ll leave you yearning for something more.
