    Terrible game full of bugs and glitches that don't let you continue the story.

    Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste hours (literally) of your time, for nothing !

    The game is a lot of fun and made me laugh countless times, there were times when I paused the game to have time to hold back my laughter, as I really like the humor shown in the TV series "Rick and Morty" (the series that the game was heavily inspired).

    But, frankly analyzing the product, the only aspect that makes the game stand out are the smart and funny lines along with the subtle    The game is a lot of fun and made me laugh countless times, there were times when I paused the game to have time to hold back my laughter, as I really like the humor shown in the TV series "Rick and Morty" (the series that the game was heavily inspired).

    But, frankly analyzing the product, the only aspect that makes the game stand out are the smart and funny lines along with the subtle and bold jokes, which are scattered throughout the plot. And the fact that there is no translation into Portuguese ends up destroying the great advantage of the game for most Brazilians who do not understand the languages made available by the developers, fueling the serious misconception of Americans who faithfully believe that Brazilians understand Spanish fluently.

    (Recalling that the Brazilian game market is one of the largest in the world and it is practically unacceptable that an Indie game as audacious as this one that came out at the end of 2022 comes without translation into Portuguese even though it has support for several other languages).

    Looking at the game from the perspective of someone who doesn't understand the language being spoken, it's a mediocre and even tiring game.    … Expand

    This game is about humour, but a bit excessiave and abusive humour that fits teenagers. Basically this game is a shooter with limited mechanics and 4 types of the enemy. The narrative is non-existent and there are no characters that play any role in the narrative but only support humour flow. Graphics is very laggy and not smooth on Xbox One X - I had to wait about 1 minute in game waitingThis game is about humour, but a bit excessiave and abusive humour that fits teenagers.     High On Life certainly isn’t an intellectually profound game or a deep and meaningful one (despite a quasi-emotional end-game), it’s just an FPS that wants you to laugh and indulge in silliness for a little while. As long as you jive with the game’s grooves, you will like what High On Life has to offer, but be warned – when you’re playing a game that’s high on its own supply, sometimes it won’t think straight and it’ll leave you yearning for something more.
