I don't usually write reviews for games but this definitely goes down as one of the worst games I've ever played. I remembered playing theI don't usually write reviews for games but this definitely goes down as one of the worst games I've ever played. I remembered playing the first Hello Neighbor back in 2017, and how that game was a buggy mess, and it's safe to say that the developers learned nothing between then and now. It's only about 3 hours if you go in blind and 3 minutes if you know how to break it. At first the bugs were funny but when you're softlocked 3 times without glitches being present, it goes to show that no amount of polish went into this game. Story is non-existant, the "audio design" is painfully generic, each enemy is just a reskinned neighbor, textures pop in and out even when right in front of you, and when it isn't running like garbage, it's just crashing outright. Now, you could say that this is fine because it's just a game made for kids but this game was sent out with a $40 pricetag, and is $60 for the Deluxe Edition. I ended up playing this game through Game Pass and even I feel ripped off. Full Review »
