    This game was heavily criticized for not being from BUNGIE but 343 did an excellent job. The online game is fantastic, war zone is the best.

    It diverted a lot from how a Halo game should be. The unlock system was atrocious and the game was overly modernized. However, I still believe Halo 5 is underrated and it accounts for a majority of my fond adolescent gaming memories. It's no Halo 3 or Halo Reach, but it's still a gem.

    La campagne.... Elle était bien, malgré que le major n'était pas assez m'y en valeur, mais bien content d'avoir retrouvé le même système qu'avait Halo 2 avec deux personnages différents.

    What a masterpiece! Industry defining. Halo 5 is one of the most gorgeous and well thought out games that I have played. The missions are designed to perfection. The multiplayer is innovative and exciting. Warzone is fresh. The ost was great!

    Bien mieux que le dernier !
    J'ai fait toutes la série des Halo et celui-ci est mon préféré.
    Les graphismes sont magnifiques, l'ambiance est géniale et la bande sonore de qualité.
    Le jeu est super bien optimiser, jamais eus de bug.
    Le gameplay et l'un des meilleurs de la série.
    Je l'ai refait plusieurs fois et je ne m'en lasse pas.

    The game is decent. With a story campaign that mostly revolves around Locke, Master Chief becomes less relevant.. In all of the past games, besides ODST and Reach, the story revolves around Chief. The gunplay feels okay, but they don't feel beefy and strong like the guns in previous games.

    Multiplayer is awesome, tons of quality content here, a lot of game modes that are just fun to play, Warzone is a great idea very well executed and forge is a great way to expand the experience yourself keep playing new stuff everyday.    Campaign may be a little short and end up a little anti-climactic, but it's still good enough to keep you interested and looking forward to the sequel.

    The history continues very good, we have a new enemy, (the eternal warden), a enemy worthy of the master chief, a lot of plot twist very good, a short game if you play in the normal difficulty you can end it in 1 day, but is an amazing game

    I’m not a Halo fan and that’s good, because I can evaluate the game without being biased. Basically Halo is some sort of compilation of ideas from other games: Appearance of Master Chief was inspired by Doomguy; locations are very similar with ones from Unreal Tournament; gameplay is also quite similar to UT series and to COD as well.
    Some of the locations also was inspired by recently released games.
    But the problem of Halo that everything in this game is made worse than in the analogs. Weapons design probably the most boring I’ve ever seen in any FPS game. Location design is primitive, character design… well, no comments, I thought it should be aliens, not monkeys. Storytelling… well, even Quake 4 did it better days ago.

    I’m a huge fan of FPS games since 1995, but this game is mediocre in all ways.
    The closest feelings from this game is feelings playing Pariah (2005), same boring experience.

    Concluding: this game is overrated as hell. It has absolutely nothing to be so highly rated.    … Expand

    Yeah I really considered it a LOT before giving Guardians a solid 10, because it has a lot of flaws, like the master chief - locke fist fight... Thing is I loved the direction 343 took with Halo 4, after the trilogy ended I never imagined myself to be so invested in HALO LORE once again, and after completing Guardians I feel I want MORE! the game graphics are awesome and gameplay is theYeah I really considered it a LOT before giving Guardians a solid 10, because it has a lot of flaws, like the master chief - locke fist fight... Thing is I loved the direction 343 took with Halo 4, after the trilogy ended I never imagined myself to be so invested in HALO LORE once again, and after completing Guardians I feel I want MORE! the game graphics are awesome and gameplay is the best the series has given me, with proper ADS, sprint, and modern mechanics I was able to enjoy the experience to the max. As I said before the game is not perfect, the story takes some turns that I do not like but I had such a blast playing the campaign over and over, it got me watching youtube videos about the game LORE for months. And now that Infinite is out, I gave Guardians one more run and had a total blast! thats why its a solid 10 for me :)… Expand

    O jogo é lindo, seu multijogador é inovador e muito divertido, o modo Fornalha é o mais completo da franquia, o grande problema são as microtransações e a campanha, que apesar de não ser ruim, é uma campanha bem abaixo dos níveis da série

    I had the chance to replay this with The Master Chief collection, right before Halo Infinite comes out. Quickly, I can say that the story could of been better, but it was not a TREMENDOUS turn-off. It had it's moments, but these moments weren't anything to remember compared to previous Halo stories. Graphically, it looks phenomenal, even though I'm not a big fan of how the new SpartanI had the chance to replay this with The Master Chief collection, right before Halo Infinite comes out. Quickly, I can say that the story could of been better, but it was not a TREMENDOUS turn-off. It had it's moments, but these moments weren't anything to remember compared to previous Halo stories. Graphically, it looks phenomenal, even though I'm not a big fan of how the new Spartan armors look.

    The most fun I had with Halo 5 was in it's multiplayer, where the addition of advanced movement really sets it apart from the last Halo game. Considered to be a drastic change to some Halo veterans, I think it was a great idea to move the gameplay forward with this new addition. It didn't hinder the way a traditional Halo played, other than at times I would get frustrated in how WELL people used those advanced movements to their advantage.

    I'm hopeful that people will still continue to play this game after Halo Infinite releases, since it really is it's own unique experience in the Halo universe.    … Expand

Sem dúvidas um dos Halos mais fracos quando se fala de história, destrói tudo que foi construído no 4, parece que se arrependeram da morte da Cortana e deram uma desculpa esfarrapada para sua volta, além de ter a personalidade totalmente diferente da Cortana carinhosa e caridosa do 4. É legal ver um pouco da Blue Team, mas a outra (eu realmente não lembro o nome) MEU DEUS... só gente chata, o Buck carrega aquela galera toda nas costas, e dividir o protagonismo do Chief com o Locke é a coisa mais tosca que eu já vi, personagem totalmente sem carisma e CHATO...
    MAS nem tudo é ruim, a gameplay é muito fluída e fácil de de jogar, e isso realmente é um ponto positivo, no entanto a 343 teve que sacrificar um de seus maiores diferenciais fazendo com que seu jogo se torne mais um COD futurista.    … Expand

Я прикоснулся к Легенде в первый раз где-то год назад, и то была первая часть Halo: Combat Evolved. Даже в прилизанном и облагороженном на сегодняшний день виде всё же сильно ощущается, что игра к нам пришла из далекого 2001 года. Я не из сентиментальных, и как человек, избалованный масштабными красочными мирами и новомодными сверхудобными механиками современного поколения игр, первенца Хало не воспринял и быстро бросил. Думали вникнуть по серьезному в эту серию, начиная с Halo 4 — первой, которая получила полную отечественную озвучку и которая уже более-менее вписывалась в наши игровые стандарты, однако ее как назло майки продают нынче только в составе The Master Chief Collection. Поэтому стартовали мы плотное знакомство с Halo с пятой части. Первое что приходит на ум в самом начале погружения в Guardians так это то, что человеку не знакомому с лором Halo будет не очень просто воткнуться в происходящее, контекста очевидно сильно не хватает. Это примерно как начать смотреть какой-нибудь фильм где-то с середины и в случае с Halo 5 не досмотреть его до конца, так как очевидно что грядущий Infinite будет продолжением внезапно оборвавшейся истории Guardians. В любом случае с чистого листа происходящие в Halo 5 события не оставили равнодушным. Катсцены в игре отлично срежиссированы и впечатляюще смотрятся, яркие харизматичные персонажи, сыгранные реальными актерами и нарисованные ребятами из 343 Industries вызывают неподдельный интерес. Играем мы поочередно за лидеров Синей и Желтой команды спартанцев Джеймсона Локка и соответственно за главную легенду серии Мастера Чифа с видом от первого лица. Посмотреть в Halo 5 есть на что ибо миры и обстановка, в которых мы побываем реализованы отлично, голова кругом идёт от глубоких и насыщенных космических просторов и неведомых планет. К механикам движения, стрельбы наших спартанцев также никаких претензий нет, всё ощущается плавно, и нацелено на то, чтобы расслабиться и кайфовать от происходящего. Хотя моей благоверной хотелось чуть большей подвижности персонажа. Как мне кажется некая небольшая неуклюжесть наших спартанцев связана с нехилой такой броней, которую они на себе носят. Впрочем, я не ощущал недостатка в движении + для толчка у нас присутствует небольшое реактивное ускорение с места. Очень порадовал оружейный арсенал, сделанный в футуристическом ключе в самых причудливых и замысловатых формах. Честное слово даже и сравнить не с чем, очень круто всё выглядит и почти всё хорошо ощущается.… Expand

    It may be an unpopular opinion but I actually love this game's story. & imo it also has the best mult-player of any modern FPS game including MCC. I think people are too hard on this game.

    It was good. It was a big gamble to not have Master Chief as the only protagonist in the game and over all I think that was a mistake. I truly believe that had this game been named anything else, like Halo 3:ODST was, then it would have been better received. With that being said, gameplay was good and graphics were as well.

    Talvez fue decepcionante manejar a Spartan Lock y no a John 117 pero eso no deja de ser el peor juego. Al contrario es un grande juego yo soy fan de la saga de halo y este esta muy bueno es la maravilha de los FPS Halo 5 Guardians un gran juego solo Reach le gana pero este esta genial. Gracias

    Su historia es una patada en los huevos para los fans, pero hablando objetivamente es un juego muy completo con una campaña buena, y un multiplicador adictivo. 343 va por buen camino, y tengo fe que en su tercera oportunidad lograra llevar a la saga devuelta a lo mas alto.

    В мультиплеере ТТК просто огромный это даже дольше чем в королевских битвах. И в целом одни задроты там остались    Прекрасный шутер

    Não gostei da campanha, na minha opinião a pior até agora, focaram muito no agente Locke e pouco no Master Chief, sim é legal eles terem adicionado um outro protagonista mas não gostei como deixaram o Chief de lado, uma coisa que gostei foi a volta do Árbitro. Mas o que amo no jogo é seu multiplayer, muito bom mesmo, Arena, mapas personalizados, WarZone e WarZone firefight, uma adiçãoNão gostei da campanha, na minha opinião a pior até agora, focaram muito no agente Locke e pouco no Master Chief, sim é legal eles terem adicionado um outro protagonista mas não gostei como deixaram o Chief de lado, uma coisa que gostei foi a volta do Árbitro.     Well thought out game, with awsome visuals, continuing the story in a more aprochable way. Although i felt like the game had something more to give that was missing, Maybe some DLCs. An Awsome game the same.

    La jugabilidad y variedad de armas, movimientos, vehículos, multijugador son excelentes. La banda sonora es buena y en la parte de la historia si bien tiene una buena duración, se alejó un poco de la esencia del canon principal y no me agradó del todo.

    Halo 5 is by far the worst HALO experience, but that doesn't mean that is a baed game. It gives you the best multiplayer HALO experience with amazing graphics. Unfortunately the story is not great as well as some NPC, but if you enjoy HALO franchise games, it deserves a place in your collection.

    Great game, amazing music and fantastic gameplay. Graphics are amazing, but I have to say I played it on xbox one X.
    At the begining I was a bit disappointed with all the new features, I was expecting a bit more traditional halo, after 1h I loved the new mechanics.
    I really don't get why such amazing games like halo 5 or gears 5 get so much hate on the reviews.

    The campaign is underrated in my opinion, no it's not the best story in the series, but not bad. But the level design, and environments are great!
    Multiplayer on the other hand is overrated, Warzone modes are fun, but not anything amazing, and the multiplayer map design is not very good. Also, Multiplayer has constant framerate issues and looks much worse than the campaign

    Good game, not amazing. The campaign is one of the least compelling. But the multiplayer really shines. Crispy, smooth, and ready for tournament play, it's one of the best Halo multiplayer experiences, in a long time.

    Bad story for a casual unless you know about the Halo lore and if you do then it's actually good. Gameplay is good, multiplayer is good. Don't like the engine they used to make Halo 5. The old modified blame engine is one of the best. Graphics are good but bad at the same time. Looks like HD plastic.

    this **** was good but not Halo 3 level. legendary mode was tough but with a friend it just became easier to get through. fun story though. multiplayer was king.

    The campaign is okay at best but the multiplayer is pretty solid. Warzone is a mess, the progression is disappointing, and the customization is a huge step backwards but Arena is very good, it easily has the best gameplay and weapon balance in the series, forge is great, and overall I really like it.

    Campaign gets boring after an hour or two, but multiplayer is the saving grace. Custom Games are hilarious and tons of fun with friends, and matchmaking is also tons of fun. As one who has put over 200 into custom games, i can say they are the major reason I’m giving an 8. Hopefully infinite will have a more interesting campaign and small improvements to customs

The campaign is a bit short, and it's not that you don't play as the Master Chief for what feels like most of the campaign, but overall it's a blast, the story is rich, and the graphics look good. I love the hidden dialogue between NPCs and the hidden intel. My only real complaint with the campaign is there are a few cutscenes that I think should have been playable experiences. Killing Jul Mdama should have been something the player could do, and I think it would have been great to fight Master Chief when Spartan Locke finds him. How cool would that have been to fight the Master Chief?

    The multiplayer is fantastic. I love the armor abilities and the sprint function. They add so much more to the multiplayer experience that the original three games lacked. I've been playing halo since CE, and I know some of these new mechanics are not well received, but in my opinion they bring Halo to a modern audience who is looking for a more fast paced and exciting multiplayer experience.    … Expand

    The bad:
    You don't mess around with the Chief and his team, this leaves a sense of estrangement from what was seen in the trailers in a frantic hunt for Locke vs John 117. The Knights that came out as big enemies in Halo 4, here they return but to Harder Deputy Boss mode than in the previous game.

    Lo Meh !:
    No, Halo did not die in Reach, many criticize Halo 5, without having played it. The Bungie-Lovers do not accept that Halo 5, although it is not the story that will change the world or the way you see video games, is a great pillar of multiplayer, a game that after years of coming out has a very active community both in cooperative and competitive games, both to hang out in Warzone or laughing like crazy in Action Bag, or by sharing modified content and maps in Forge. An impossible accomplishment like "Seriously Something" is missing like in Gears of War Saga. It is not the infecting garbage that many who have not even played it say.    … Expand

    Halo 5 is still inferior to the main trilogy from Bungie. But this is much better than Halo 4. The plot is no longer so delusional, and the division of missions into 2 detachments is an excellent plot move. The graphics on Xbox One X are amazing. I advise everyone in the Halo Infinite preversion.

    Halo 5: Guardians is okay. Its campaign is rubbish, but the multiplayer is solid thanks to the foundation it’s built upon. Warzone is a really enjoyable experience, and while combat is still mostly about tossing grenades and hitting the melee button, the whole Requisition gimmick adds some much-needed flavor to proceedings.

    The latest Halo is a big deal only for hardcore Halo fans. For me the single player campaign was unbearably pompous and despite 1080p and 60 fps the visuals are not as breathtaking as they once were in Halo 4. The game builds a solid foundation for Halo 6, but it’s not one of those games you absolutely have to play. [13/2015, p.48]
