    Nuka world, as last expansion for the Bethesda's post-apocalyptic world, adds a huge world that will satiate those are still looking for some radioactive soil.

    Not the best end for Fallout 4, but still an interesting and lasting DLC that manages to entertain despite not doing anything new besides its new location.

    Nuka-World doesn’t constitute the best time I’ve had playing Fallout. The action and mild role-playing don’t grow the core experience in any meaningful ways. But it did remind me why this epic post-apocalyptic adventure has kept my attention for nearly two decades, and it has everything to do with the series’ setting, culture, and mythology, all of which echo our own in ways familiar and sometimes uncomfortable.

    Nuka-World signals the end of Fallout 4 and the team at Bethesda should be proud of the game they’ve created. Nuka-World gives you several more hours in the wastelands of Fallout 4 and scratches the exploration itch one more time.

    It's finally happened, we've reached the final DLC in this long and grueling season pass and boy has this been no fun in the slightestIt's finally happened, we've reached the final DLC in this long and grueling season pass and boy has this been no fun in the slightest standing right next to drinking bleach in my favourite things to do. Where i think its safe to say that Bethesda Studios is just incompetent rather than a bad company, this DLC takes full stride in wearing it dunce hat as it parades across the evergrowing plague that is Fallout 4.

    I think the primary issue with this DLC is that it completely forgets its target audience entirely and where there may be poorly textured severed heads and guts sticking out like a sore thumb. The overly childish nature of the entire DLC feels more the like the material featured in a 12 year olds wet dream rather than the product of someone who achieved a higher level of education to be able to write this utter trife. The best way that I can describe the story to someone is that if The Pitt from Fallout 3 was given a PG rating and had the depth of a puddle in terms of storytelling ability.

    In addition general gameplay dosent seem to have improved in the slightest with a whole new array of subpar weapons and armor that you will never likely use. One new addition, a water gun is among these which serves a single purpose as a gimmick in one mission before its use other than a decoration is ruled out entirely. Moreover the look of the environment like the main game is completely ugly with the same trash piles and poorly designed folliage covering up how bland and lifeless the ammusement park is.

    Although i heavily disliked this DLC i now have a sense of absolutely joy as i pack away this game never for it to see the light of day and look forward to the forgetting that this game ever existed. For those now downloading the DLC I only suggest that you find a better means to relocate the 5GB this DLC takes to install    … Full Review »

When fallout 3 came out, it was an amazing game, but by the time all of the expansions had been released, it was a masterpiece. Given, the Pitt and Point Lookout were a little weak in the story department, but they still managed to produce a new experience with quality gameplay and great new items introduced. I know New Vegas wasn't bethesda's doing, but that is a game with spectacular, interesting gameplay when all of the DLCs are included. It was the previous game in the franchise, so Fallout 4 had a lot to live up to coming off the starting line. I understood that. I bought an Xbox One SPECIFICALLY to play it, and I didn't like the mechanics of the game and the gameplay seemed to be a bit lackluster most of the time, but I knew that the DLCs of the 2 previous games improved those traits substantially. So, I waited for all of the DLCs to come out. Aaaaand what happened?

    Bethesda released a season pass full of patch-worthy improvements with a mess of unnecessary and impractical devices for your settlement. Nuka World was my last hope, and it was the same half-assed BS they have been dishing out. The only comparable DLC is Far Harbor because it is the only other expansion pack, side-noted that I think was an oversized area with no real content other than powerful monsters like the glowing sea, and I think this add-on fell short still.

    IN SHORT:

    The missions are absolutely monotonous, a few new sub-par items can be had, and the area its self is goofy and reminiscent of a Call-of-Duty-DLC-map. The characters are shallow and unthoughtful, and the rewards are not worth the burdenous gameplay.

    Its not worth your money, and if you bought the season pass like I did, your time. I was truly, truly disappointed by the rushed feel of this DLC. It was flat-out offensive as a finisher to the game's PATHETIC list of DLCs.    … Full Review »
