    I found Spanish localization full of stupid mistakes, texts contain errors and stupid translations! I don't understand who did those works, seems like a baby of 3 years worked on translations! This is unacceptable!     €80 for a game full of bugs... The game is too much expensive, boring and repetitive... The framerate is terrifying...It is not worth them... I was a fan of the prequel and I was so hyped for this game...but i wasted my money...If I could ask for a refund, I would...The game hasn't changed much,they just added annoyances...no ita dub...     I am very unhappy about the missing Italian localizazion which they did on purpose because Italy is a big country of 60 million people, it would have definitely deserved Italian localization like Spain which only has 47 million people and despite that received latin Spanish localization too (2 Spanish localizations).     I couldn't find any positive aspect in this game: terrible punishment for Italian players (our language missing in the game); boring story and gameplay; no button assignments; no manual save system; crashes; bugs (many bugs); terrible graphics for a 2022 game; Denuvo added just two days before the realease. Gamers will not forget dear Techland

    Such a shame, I was really hyped with the whole "narrative focus" and "decisions with consequences" thing... It could have turned out so differently if Avellone had been at the helm... Next time you try to turn a sandbox game into a    Abysmal writing, cardboard NPCs with 0 charisma, awful narrative, boring main storyline and repetitive Ubisoft-esque sidequests. Instant refund.

    Боялся, что получится хуже 1 часть, но это, к счастью, оказалось не так. Русский перевод порадовал. Так как проходил 1 часть недавно, то сразу начало кидаться в глаза хорошая графика и приятная атмосфера, паркур стал гораздо глубже, как и сама боевка. Если понравилась первая часть, то вторую можете спокойно брать. Жду багги в длк.

    This world is so beautifully drawn that you can get the impression you are in the middle of the movie,
    A great story, good efficiency. If I could do parkour in real life I'm pretty sure it would be as much fun as in the game. All those small details that make you feel this is so real!

    This game is definitely a gem of 2022. The plot is not thrilling, but there are highly rated games where it is worse. Graphics are epic, mechanics could be better - but they are ok. The romance of the main character with some woman is missing. The main storyline could be longer, but it's still longer than the messiah of gaming CP2077. The best zombie game since Days Gone

    A very good game, I like every element, and the most unique is parkour, combat, music. Villedor looks very good and has a great atmosphere in the city especially at night. Without revealing too much of the plot at night there is an adrenaline rush and a chase element which gives a lot of satisfaction. It's just a good game, I had no bugs, time well spent.

    Stop review bombing a perfectly good game just because you want to cry to mummy. Absolutely amazing fun, great dynamics, look and feel.
    Only bug bear is most mission so far appear at night and I am way under powered for that haha...

    The best game since The Witcher 3. I don't understand how people can give zero ratings because of a few glitches that Techland will fix very soon. The game totally engulfed me. All mechanics are tuned to perfection. GOOD NIGHT, GOOD LUCK!

    Great game with tonnes of content and fun gameplay. Improvment over legendary Dying Light 1 - the best parkour and zombie game ever made.

    Developers, don't be fooled by these **** who didn't bring the language, your game is a logical development of the first part, in the second you improved everything, something to a lesser extent, the game pulls 9 points unambiguously, for the heavy atmosphere, the screams of people who are torn apart by zombies, excellent parkour and a normal plot, thanks to the developers for the game

    The graphics are OK, the sounds are OK, the gameplay..ehh..the story.. what story? It's as generic as it gets. The game is super glitchy and unfinished. The enemies and friendly NPCs all move around awkwardly    What has happened to the Gaming Development industry? Is this what they call a finished product? Are they proud of this?     Is the game fun? Kind of? As long as you can make fun of it and just follow quests WITH A FRIEND. By yourself? Go play Days Gone or almost any other BETTER open world and/or zombie game.

    I also do NOT understand why devs feel the need to add the work f**k into every sentence either. Good writing requires a bigger dictionary.    … Expand

    Not a bad game at all. Not the greatest ever either. But, it tries hard and succeeds a lot of the time. The parkour systems are cool but take a while to unlock to their full potential. Combat is alright. But, with the sprawling map and all the things to do it makes for a good time.

    A worthy sequel to a worthy game. The gameplay is on top, and the game landscapes are simply unbelievable. The story is strong, though uncomplicated. Only one fact overshadows - a bunch of grind. The absolutely inadequate amount of resources needed to improve the blueprints is depressing. Therefore, today the rating is 7.

    Właściwie nie planowałem kupowac tej gry, jedynka nie bardzo mnie wciagnęła ale po kilku filmach na YT, przełamałem się, kupiłem i gra jest świetna. W końcu solidnie zrobiona gra z ciekawą historią, ciekawymi mechanikami i co najważniejsze chodzi na wszystkim, również gen 8 czy na PC z GTX1050 :P Lubię ogrywać gry na różnych platformach, wiec to dobra wiadomość dla mnie i wszystkich. NIeWłaściwie nie planowałem kupowac tej gry, jedynka nie bardzo mnie wciagnęła ale po kilku filmach na YT, przełamałem się, kupiłem i gra jest świetna.     Co do braku dubbingu włoskiego, to sorry ale imperium rzymskie skończyło się ponad 1500 lat temu i włoski nie jest językiem specjalnie ważnym dla świata, podobnie jak polski ale jednak gra jest polska.
    Można właczyć napisy po włosku i wg. mnie ok a jak sie nie podoba to niech się uczą innych jezyków w końcu deklaruja sie byc krajem wysoko rozwiniętym i wykształconym.    … Expand

Occasional problems include not being able to talk to the shop, not being able to crouch, and a sort of lag with NPC during missions where you have to stop to talk with them several times.     Played on Series X, poorly optimized. Looks like 720p almost at 60 frames, at 4k you drop below 30 FPS and the parkour will make you sick. Unplayable essentially.

    This is an open world first person zombie game that took me about 20 hours to complete, and can be played wit up to 4 players co op… Youre a night runner, youre infected early on in the game which adds a layer of tenseness to the game which I loved, Theres a timer when youre in buildings or running around at night that have hav to keep filled with UV lights or the the sun so you don’t turn into a zombie.. this mechanic was never annoying.. in fact I never ran out of time, but I appreciate the level of immersion there… bevasue sadly this mechanic is where the immersion ends.. Like the original Dying light the world here just doesn’t feel lived in… it’s a mess zombie playground but even more lifeless than last time.. .a generic game world feel rather than again feeling like a world that used ti be brimming with life… I did love exploring the buildings during the main story missions, but nothing ever enticed me to seek things out on my own.. no addictive hook when it came to loot as every weapon breaks, theres nothing cool to find in this world, so why bother? Why not just stick to this super boring story? Which is what I did… One thing Dying Light 2 improved on is the flow of the parquor… It still needs works, its still frustrating at times, but it miles better than the original… and the combat is great too.. I loved getting into fights with my modded weapons, however the enemies this time around feel kind of brainless and just in the way rather than a threat like the past game.. and my biggest complaing.. I absolutely hated the second half of the game… running around in Dying Light 2 just isn’t fun… its not.. I feel like Im the only person who feels this way and I have no idea how.. I died more trying to get from point a to b, than I did the enemies once I finally got to the mission…
    I would love a more mirrors edge / modern assins creed style system in the future because I dreaded having to run through this city in the second half.. I didn’t mind the first half of the game where building were low and close like an old school assassins creed game, but the larger city.. awful…
    Overall Dying Light 2 is a fine game, its good, the combat is great, but the loot system is a disappointment and the story is just bad, it is.. I was non invested in the world at all…
    Youll have fun going through the campaign, its just a shame nothing in the world entices you to explore or to care…

    Хороший первый большой релиз этого года. Имеются незначительные мелкие баги. Игра с самой приятной реализацией паркура. Вполне неплохая боевая система. Ну и визуал европейского города смотрится лучше.

    Utterly boring game. Boring story. Boring combat mechanics. Boring main protagonist. Boring characters. Boring setting.

    The parkour was decent, but the novelty quickly wears off. I played this for about 8 hours before returning it, it just wasn't getting interesting.

    The graphics aren't bad, but it still just looks boring and lacks a defining aesthetic.

    Ignore the review bombing about localization (which will get sorted out) and just play the game. If you liked the first one, you will definitely like this one. It's getting more flack than it deserves. The game is actually pretty good.

    pro:
    - great atmosphere, enough to give goosebumps and scare, especially during night time - nice soundtrack - interesting story, the first half was better tbh - great parkour gameplay, was superfun - weapon mods were awesome - some nice sidequests contra: - weapon durability, you get the korek accesoire    i completed the game after 80 hours. so i will just review with pro contra

    - weapon durability, you get the korek accesoire at the end which basically gives infinte durability and makes the whole durability system worthless
    - story is not satisfying enough, you never get satisfaction. someone tries to kill you, you just shake it up and say "chill bro", never had the feeling that i had any power in choices
    - sound bugs, loud shrieking on the xbox series x, ruined some of the best parts of the game for me
    - survival sense stopped working ever few minutes, so i had to restart a LOT
    - lack of ranged weapons. seriously, what were you thinking with locking a crossbow at lvl4 peacekeepers
    - story choices made me feel like, even if i did take the right one, i **** myself over with it. an entire region is not unlocked for deciding the righteous path... whose stupid idea was that?
    - after lvl6 you get absolutely no gear for your actual level, you have to grind that locked area , which is under water.. have fun diving for 30min each run to get some decent stuff.. ingame you dont get anything. you have some high level bosses AFTER you complete the story, those drop same level gear. tbh worst choice devision ever
    - after beating the story, everything gets to your level but you still cant find anything above lvl6 have fun with your lvl 8 crossbow with 1000 dmg which will need like 50 shots to kill one boss. again, stupid decisions by the developer, probably to draw out the game longer
    - after completing the story, most sidequests get deleted or you cant do them anymore. the game warns you before starting it, however, after the game finishes , you start exactly where you stopped before... so why would you lock content for someone who completed the story first? stupid decisions again
    - the higher your level the more ressources you need, some items need up to 400 scraps for each craft. yet the merchants still sell the same amount like in the beginning, so they made another stupid decision with that one.
    - the shops and money are useless after a while, i had like 250k gold and had nothing to buy, because there are no artifact gears at the vendors after rank6, and the amount of craftable items is the same , which would cost not even 1k if you would buy them all out
    - no newgame+

    tldr. overall, it was a nice game, a fun experience, but a lot of small mistakes add up to a big one , enough to annoy you at some point. started great, got worse the more i played. still has potential to improve. has no replayability and no newgame+. dont finish the mainstory if you are someone who wants to complete the game, it gets harder once you beat, and the lack of "quality of life" features makes it annoying    … Expand

    The Combat and Parkour XP are a pain in the ass to get
    The story basically diverts you most of the time only to give you a unsatisfying ending (DL1 was better)
    The ending boss fight while you actually fight him doesn't actually do anything exciting with the fight
    playing casually is fine but completion wise its not worth the 120 i paid for the deluxe

While fighting enemies the game randomly lags while doing parkour attacks. Enemies are sometimes grey skinned mannequin looking things. Enemies will freeze in place for several seconds after you hit them then re appear andIt's better and worse than the 1st game. Sometimes I'll do several parkour jumps, rolls, falls etc.. with no sfx at all. Then roughly 20 seconds later I'll hear all the sounds that were supposed to play earlier while my character is just standing there. I'm currently on the final story mission and its skipping entire cutscenes.. Techland should be embarrassed… Expand

    Me encanta este juego , no es perfecto pero tal vez con unbpoco de cariño mejoraria ..me encanta su mundo el sistema de crafteo.. si es verdad que encuanto a habilidades y armas le falta contenido pero como dije con un poco de cariño quedaria perfecto

    Dying Light 2 to godna kontynuacja pierwszej części serii. Wbrew opinii innych graczy, mnie fabuła w tej grze bardzo zaciekawiła. Widać że grafika jest lepsza niż w pierwszej części. Duża różnorodność ruchów parkourowych jak i kombinacji w walce tworzy bardzo przyjemne zwiedzanie świata. Wspinanie się po budynkach sprawia dużą przyjemność. The story is actually pretty good and very underrated. It is very unpredictable and constantly keeps you on your toes. Graphics are great too.     Dying Light 2: Stay Human is an ambitious open world zombie-parkour game that tries in every way possible to build on its predecessor. Does it do this? In my opinion, yes. Although the changes to the night system were ambitious, in the end it feels like it falls short of the first game. Something I often heard waiting for the game was "Day is for the humans, and night is for the infected." Now, the first seems to be true, with the rooftops being almost completely clear of zombies during the day with rooftop settlements sprawled throughout (depending on your in-game choices), that transitions to a more dangerous place during the night. With everyone heading inside during the night leaving only those unlucky enough stuck outside to turn, adding to the danger.
    The only issue with this is that night simply isn't dangerous enough, even if you're playing on hard (the only difficulty that even resembles the first game), where Volatiles can two shot you. Remember how in the first game, you couldn't go out at night without being fully aware of the dangers? The main danger in the second game is forgetting to stock up on mushrooms for your immunity bar, which is only really an issue early game and can almost be ignored later in. Luckily, this something that could potentially be fixed with the addition of a NG+ or Nightrunner difficulty.
    Now, where the game shines in my opinion is the parkour. Early in there aren't too many options, but mid to late game it is a blast to just run through places like downtown Central Loop and feel like a ninja, maybe drop kicking a zombie here and there from one of the many diverse tall buildings. Oh yeah, there's verticality in this game, if you couldn't tell. The starting area of the game feels even better than Old Town from the first one, and if I did my math right is about the size of the Slums. Central Loop is better, though, with around 1/3 of the map being a massive downtown that contains buildings with multiple fully explorable levels, and going all the way up to climbable sky scrapers. Yes, sky scrapers.
    The combat is also an improvement. No longer are the days of trying to fight Rais's Ultra Instinct soldiers, that can't be hit without extreme measures and who can deflect an arrow coming at them from behind. The zombies also have all sorts of new powers and abilities, with tons of changed looks. Best part, they keep that old TechLand jank to them, especially clear when hitting gas tank zombies.
    But, why most people see it as a controversial game, the bugs. Oh lordy me the bugs. Now, for those who don't know, TechLand went with the February 4th date because it marks George Romero's birthday- a nice reference to the father of zombies. The only issue was they could've easily done a February 4th, 2023 release instead, if they were dead set on that day. If not, I reckon the game would've been ready around maybe August. Simply put, they dropped the game a bit too early and I hope they keep up on patching out the issues.
    All in all, Dying Light 2 is a worth-playing game that can only get better with time, and is actively being worked on by the developers to get it into a AAA state. I personally think they will succeed, considering Tech Land's track record. Other than that, the other aspects of the game work beautifully (with some welcome tech land jank), and ultimately help create what is an amazing, memorable, and captivating experience.

    TL;DR: DL2 is a great game that mostly improves upon everything in the first game. It has a good but in need of tweaking night system, good combat, and amazing parkour that fits the verticality and scenery of the map. It is fairly buggy and in need of patching, but the developers have shown that they are up to the task and are working on it. I personally recommend it, and if you don't want it now, wait a few months and come back, once the most game breaking kinks are ironed out.    … Expand

    I was utterly disappointed by this game. Compared to the first game it is a major set back. They basically removed all the fun parts of the first game. Combat and weapons are abysmal. All the cool moves are gone. You can't even kick zombies. Moves are overly complicated, like stagger a zombie, then run, then jump and then you can kick another zombie. WTF Techland?? Again, WTF Techland?? What were you thinking? I am glad I only bought this piece of garbage second hand for 15 euro but even now regret playing it.… Expand
