    8/2/21-8/12/21 100% Main Story

The only thing that I remember about the original is that it sounded cool and wound up being boring. Not sure if I ever finished it. But in the interest of supporting remakes and remasters I gave this a shot. Very bad decision as it turned out. Crypto is a goofy character that sounds like Jack Nicholson for some reason and the humor falls flat everywhere. It's like playing a Nickelodian cartoon.

The worst part is all the frustrating missions, though. Sometimes you have to defend for an insane amount of time or fight a boss that takes forever. It's not fun and is very contrasting to the missions that take three minutes to complete.

It's an incredibly poorly designed game in the first place, regardless of the quality of the remake. Skip it if you are on the fence.

Fairly boring and unchallenging throughout. Then the final boss throws all strategy out the window and reduces you to a one hit glass cannon dodging missiles, mobs and massive gun spray for about an hour. If that sounds fun. Play this game.

If you want to make your optional objectives impossible to complete, then don't have optional objectives at all. It's a remaster of a average game, and if you cant fix what made the original **** don't bother

    Cons:

    - Primitive missions structure in general and minimum unique situations (also only two boss fights).
    - Meagre amount of weapons and contraptions.
    - Trivial and predictable story and inexpressive characters without even minimum deepness.
    - A bit outdated graphics and mostly similar locations.
    - Actors play is usually bad or excessively expressive, strained (which don't make me laugh).

Destroy All Humans! is hard to criticize. It's not a bad game, it's just a product of its time. So you can only recommend it to those who liked it in 2005. These players will appreciate an upgraded visuals and laugh at silly, but still funny jokes. For others, it's a game with a repetitive gameplay and unremarkable visuals.

Destroy All Humans! is not a complicated or even particularly difficult game. But it sticks to the original game's strengths.

Destroy All Humans! is an integral remake of a very unique game that still offers quite a bit of charm and a lot of fun 15 years after its original release. Unfortunately, the satirical tone is not always in good taste, especially in 2020, and the sadistic gameplay gets a bit sloppy after a few hours.
